Continual models of solid media with a discrete set of slip planes (layered, block media) and with nonlinear type slip conditions at the contact boundaries of structural elements are constructed. The constitutive equations of the resulting system of equations contain a small viscosity parameter in the denominator of nonlinear free terms. For a stable numerical solution of a system of differential equations, an explicit–implicit method is proposed with the explicit approximation of the equations of motion and implicit approximation of the constitutive relations containing a small parameter. From implicit nonlinear difference approximations analytically using the perturbation method, various effective formulas for the correction of stress components after an "elastic" time step are obtained. To calculate the "elastic" step, we used a grid-characteristic method on hexahedral grids, which allowed us to increase significantly the speed of calculations and simulate a non-stationary three-dimensional problem of generating a response from an oriented layered or block cracked cluster located in a homogeneous medium. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In the article it is shown that the process of digitalization of the information society, which is now a trend of world development, should be considered in the context of consumer, management and technological aspects. The conceptual model of interrelation of concepts of digital economy, which are associated with objects of digitalization, is described: digital transformation, cloud computing, information infrastructure, the digital platform, the integrated digital platform, platform economy, an ecosystem. These concepts are interpreted from the point of view of service-oriented architectures;properties of public service are described. Methodological and technological aspects of digital economy platforms design are considered in terms of open systems model, for which the main definitions and properties are given. The example of the OSE/RM open systems model shows the specifics of digital platforms related to their reorientation towards application industries. It is stressed that a feature of digital platforms is the fact that the platform becomes a provider of application platform services to external consumers. Chaos-based encryption is one of the promising cryptography techniques that can be used. Although chaos-based encryption provides excellent security, the finite precision of number representation in computers affects decryption accuracy negatively. In this paper, a way to mitigate some problems regarding finite precision is analyzed. We show that the use of maps with small Lyapunov exponents can improve the performance of chaotic encryption scheme, making it suitable for image encryption. © 2020 IEEE.

In this work, a new series of 7-chloroquinolines hybrids (6a-6o) were synthesized via conventional and microwave techniques, to give good yields under microwave irradiation. The synthesized molecules were successfully characterized viz, FT-IR, NMR, and mass spectrometry. The final compounds were screened in vitro for their antibacterial, antifungal, and antimalarial activities against the suitable strains. The tested compounds exhibited excellent to moderate antimalarial and antimicrobial activity, to compared references ampicillin, chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, and norfloxacin for antibacterial;nystatin, and griseofulvin for antifungal and quinine and chloroquine for antimalarial. Among them, compounds 6a, 6e and 6i behave the significant activity against Plasmodium falciparum strains with IC50 values of 0.54, 0.45, and 0.58 μg/mL, respectively. Moreover, all compounds were subjected to in silico molecular docking, and molecular dynamics studies. Compound 6e had excellent binding affinities with the target proteins (7DI7), and the results showed a strong correlation with the experimental observations. © 2024, The Authors. Abstract: Using a conservative numerical method, a flow of viscous heat-conducting gas in the diffusor part of a spatial axisymmetric nozzle with a slanting exit section and partially overlapped critical section is simulated. The computations are carried out in a wide variation range of the parameters affecting the behavior and structure of the flow. The effect of the critical section’s area and pressure in the confusor part on the flow parameters in the diffusor part of the nozzle, position of flow separation points, and longitudinal and cross-sectional forces acting on the internal part of the nozzle is investigated. The distributions of the flow parameters in the nozzle are reported. The computations are carried out using parallel algorithms implemented on a computer system with a cluster architecture. © 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

In this paper, we introduce the approach for the synchronization of semi-implicit finite-difference schemes using the adaptive symmetry coefficient control. The proposed method is based on the known parametric adaptive control method that is often used in communication schemes for covert data transmission. In such systems, the desired signal is encoded by switching between two values of the nonlinearity parameter of the chaotic system. The vulnerability of this scheme is that the switching can be detected since the properties of the generated signals can differ significantly depending on various values of nonlinearity parameters. In this study, we propose to synchronize semi-implicit schemes using the symmetry coefficient instead of parameters. Thus, synchronized models will generate signals with similar properties and the switching can be less detectable in comparison with the conventional approach. The developed adaptive synchronization technique can be useful in systems for secure data transmitting including secure communication for the industrial Internet of Things. © 2020 IEEE.

To investigate the effects of 4-methyl-2-{[4-(toluene-4-sulfonyl)-thiomorpholine-3-carbonyl]-amino}-pentanoic acid isopropyl ester(HD5-6)against cerebral ischemia in rodents,the models with global and focal ischemia were induced by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion plus hypotension(BCAOH)and permanent cerebral artery occlusion(p-MCAO)in mice(n=10–12 per group in BCAOH;n=8 per group in p-MCAO)and rats(n=10-11 in each group).HD5-6 prolonged lifetime and improved neurological *** deficits score in HD5-6(30 mg/kg)decreased ***(MDA)in HD5-6-treated mice with ischemia considerably *** infarction volume of the HD5-6-treated rats with MCAO-induced ischemia decreased significantly in the high dose group(P<0.05,*** P<0.01,i.v.).Immunohistochemistry showed that Brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the ipsilateral hemisphere increased and Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)decreased with HD5-6 ***5-6 has protective effects against experimental cerebral ischemia in rodents and the action mechanism may involve anti-oxidation and neurogenesis.

Chaotic systems are prospective for secure data transfer and processing. Over the past decades, many chaos-based encryption schemes have been proposed. It was shown that such cryptosystems are faster than traditional approaches. In this study, we consider a technique for improving pseudo-random sequence generators based on a binary representation of chaotic sequences calculated using a floating-point data type. We show that we can extract more than 40 bits from the binary representation of each real number and use them as the output of the generator in stream ciphers. Moreover, we show that the features of floating-point calculations lead to pseudo-random properties of the least significant bits of the mantissa of numbers obtained by solving the simple systems of linear and nonlinear differential equations without chaotic behavior as well. The obtained results can be used to reconsider and improve chaos-based cryptographic algorithms. © 2020 IEEE.
