This article investigates the adaptive resource allocation scheme for digital twin (DT) synchronization optimization over dynamic wireless networks. In our considered model, a base station (BS) continuously collects factory physical object state data from wireless devices to build a real-time virtual DT system for factory event analysis. Due to continuous data transmission, maintaining DT synchronization must use extensive wireless resources. To address this issue, a subset of devices is selected to transmit their sensing data, and resource block (RB) allocation is optimized. This problem is formulated as a constrained Markov process (CMDP) problem that minimizes the long-term mismatch between the physical and virtual systems. To solve this CMDP, we first transform the problem into a dual problem that refines RB constraint impacts on device scheduling strategies. We then propose a continual reinforcement learning (CRL) algorithm to solve the dual problem. The CRL algorithm learns a stable policy across historical experiences for quick adaptation to dynamics in physical states and network capacity. Simulation results show that the CRL can adapt quickly to network capacity changes and reduce normalized root mean square error (NRMSE) between physical and virtual states by up to 55.2%, using the same RB number as traditional methods. © 2025 IEEE. The foundation of any network management systens is a database that con-tains information about the network resources relevant to the management tasks. A networkinformation model is an abstraction of network resources, including both managed resources andmanaging resources. In the SNMP-based management framework, management information isdefined almost exclusively from a "device" viewpoint, namely, managing a network is equiva-lent to managing a collection of individual nodes. Aiming at making use of recent advances indistributed computing and in object-oriented analysis and design, the Internet management ar-chitecture can also be based on the Open Distributed Processing Reference Model (RM-ODP).The purpose of this article is to provide an Internet network Resource Information ***, a layered management information architecture will be discussed. Then the Internetnetwork resource information model is presented. The information model is specified usingObject-Z.

Revisiting Multiple Pattern Matching Algorithms for Multi-Core architecture

Due to the huge size of patterns to be searched,multiple pattern searching remains a challenge to several newly-arising applications like network intrusion *** this paper,we present an attempt to design efficient multiple pattern searching algorithms on multi-core *** observe an important feature which indicates that the multiple pattern matching time mainly depends on the number and minimal length of *** multi-core algorithm proposed in this paper leverages this feature to decompose pattern set so that the parallel execution time is *** formulate the problem as an optimal decomposition and scheduling of a pattern set,then propose a heuristic algorithm,which takes advantage of dynamic programming and greedy algorithmic techniques,to solve the optimization *** results suggest that our decomposition approach can increase the searching speed by more than 200% on a 4-core AMD Barcelona system.

A discrete time feedback control system model based on a multi-router network has been presented. The model can be described by a set of recurrence equations. The numerical examples about the bifurcation of average and instantaneous queue size along with the variety of RED control parameter are shown. The simulate experiments about those of the RED control parameters are also presented. All of these results show that instability in TCP-Reno traffic under RED can be induced by the inherent nonlinear behavior of the network.

The theory of the concept lattice is an efficient tool for knowledge representation and knowledge discovery, and is applied to many fields successfully. One focus of knowledge discovery is knowledge reduction. This paper proposes the theory of attribute reduction in the concept lattice, which extends the theory of the concept lattice. In this paper, the judgment theorems of consistent sets are examined, and the discernibility matrix of a formal context is introduced, by which we present an approach to attribute reduction in the concept lattice. The characteristics of three types of attributes are analyzed.

Due to the existence of strong correlation between database metrics and response times, an online discovery quantitative models system of web service management with the linear least-squares regression algorithms was proposed. The model used the stepwise linear regression algorithms to choose a particular subset from the numerous metrics as the explanatory variables of the model, so it can be updated continuously in response to the changes made in provider configurations and the evolution of business demands. The simulation experiment for Oracle Universal Database under a TPC-W workload chose three most influential metrics that weight 66% of the variability of response *** results show that the effectiveness of quantitative model constructing system and model constructing algorithms. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2005.

Matchmaking is the basis of service discovery and composition. Using ontology semantically express the capabilities of services, accurately match, discovery and composition service. Domain ontologies and Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) aim at modeling concepts, the role of FCA in ontology engineering is supporting the critical task of reusing independently developed domain ontologies. Evaluating concept similarity identifies the different concepts that are semantically close. In this paper, using concept and attribute of Web services to construct the ontology. Also, an ontology-based method for assessing similarity between FCA concepts is proposed. Such a method is intended to support the ontology engineer in difficult activities such as ontology merging and ontology mapping in the development of the Semantic Web. © 2010 IEEE.

Application-level network traffic analysis is a fundamental technology, which could be widely adopted such as intrusion detection system. However, network traffic analysis algorithms consuming considerable computational resources can not be adopted by using conventional network capturing technologies. In addition, developing an application protocol analyzer is a tedious and time consuming task. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a scalable and exible traffic analysis platform (SF-TAP) that provides an efficient and exible application-level stream analysis of high-bandwidth network traffic. Because SF-TAP is horizontally scalable, such heavy algorithms can be adopted for high-bandwidth networks. Furthermore, because of the modularity of SF-TAP, developers can easily implement network traffic analyzers by using SF-TAP.

Traffic prediction plays an important role in network layout, traffic management and etc. Two weeks network traffic of CERNET northwest center was investigated by seasonal ARIMA model and a traffic prediction model was proposed. Model parameters were educed by improved linear modeling. Traffic prediction data under different steps were computed according to the model. The experiments results show that the prediction data match real data approximately when prediction step is less than 10. The least mean square error of prediction is independent of time and only depends on step. The mean square error becomes bigger and the prediction effect becomes worse when the step becomes more.
