Detecting deepfake content presents a formidable challenge, necessitating advanced methodologies. This paper proposes a holistic strategy employing Facenet-pytorch, MTCNN, and InceptionResnetV1 for robust deepfake detection. Facenet-pytorch serves as the cornerstone for facial feature recognition, while MTCNN efficiently identifies faces in images during preprocessing. InceptionResnetV1 scrutinizes visual details to detect subtle anomalies indicative of manipulation, such as unnatural facial expressions and incongruent lip synchronization. Our approach underscores the importance of maintaining a delicate balance between accurate detection and individual privacy rights. By leveraging these advanced models, we achieve significant strides in differentiating manipulated content from authentic media, contributing to the ethical deployment of deepfake detection technologies. © 2024 IEEE.

For the cause of evolution of agriculture to its next generation, the introduction of A.I. and data-driven approach is going to be an important part of the agricultural industry that as per our vision would offer numerous economic, environmental and social benefits. Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) is providing more benefits since the weather and other environmental conditions is controlled and predictable. In CEA, the benefits include enhanced productivity in yield, reduced environmental footprints and better resource management. Our solution uses the adoption of Generative AI to visually forecast the potential yield of a crop using stable diffusion and conditional prompts additionally implementing several Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) architectures for data generation, augmentation and super-resolution. Our proposed system also adopts generative AI for real time monitoring of plants. studying their respective conditions and their autonomous cultivation and harvesting patterns. The dataset used contained over 8479 examples for different fruits alongside annotations. This data was used to train the detection models as well categorically feed the GANs for data generation. data generated by DCGAN has a structural similarity of 0.5-0.7 whereas data generated by pix2pix network returns us a structural similarity of 0.7-0.9. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, a new transformer based deep learning network (TDLN) model has designed for detecting ovarian cancer (OC) from the input samples. Primarily, the input images are pre-processed to remove the unwanted noises and thereby enhances the quality through HSV color channel conversion, block matching with triple dimensional filtering (BM_TriD-Fil) and improved gabor wavelet transform (IGWT). From the pre-processed images, the affected regions are gets segmented through a new dual-path residual UNet (DPResU-Net) structure. Using the segmented regions, the feature extraction and classification is performed by utilizing a novel convolutional adaptive-attention based swin-spectral transformer network (CA2_S2TNet) model. In order to tune the parameters of CA2_S2TNet model, chaotic fire hawks optimization (CFHO) has employed. The proposedTDLN model is implemented in the python platform through TCGA-OV dataset and assessed the performance in terms of different evaluation measures. The maximum classification accuracy obtained by TDLN is 99.91%, superior to the existing approaches for OC classification. © 2023 IEEE.

Humanity's exploration of the cosmos spans billions of years, prompting contemplation of our position in the universe. This study advocates for proactive communication with potential intelligent species, driven by uncertainty about their existence. The focus is on exploring Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to enhance exoplanet detection through data augmentation. Utilizing the extensive Kepler dataset, the study evaluates the accuracy of conventional machine learning techniques: Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, and Random Forests. (RF)-trained on original data. Subsequently, it assesses the effectiveness of models trained solely on GAN-generated synthetic data and compares their performance with that of models trained on original data. Lastly, it merges original and synthetic data to create a composite dataset, evaluating the ML model's accuracy. The results indicate that models trained solely on synthetic data achieve comparable accuracy to those trained on original data. Furthermore, the combined dataset yields improved accuracy-87%, 95%, and 96% in Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and RF, respectively-highlighting the potential of GAN-based data augmentation in enhancing exoplanet detection. This study advances space exploration by integrating technology with astronomical research, facilitating more precise and reliable exoplanet detection methods. Leveraging GANs for data augmentation promises novel insights and discoveries about the universe. © 2024 IEEE.

Modernization and intense industrialization have led to a substantial improvement in people’s quality of life. However, the aspiration for achieving an improved quality of life results in environmental contamination. A primary consequence of environmental degradation is air pollution, resulting from rising levels of poisonous chemicals in the atmosphere, which may induce detrimental health conditions in humans. It is harmful to both humans and agriculture. Given that the effects of air pollution on plants may not be readily apparent, it is important to analyse the necessary data and compute the outcomes. Farmers prioritise on pests and plant diseases, frequently neglecting the detrimental impacts of air pollution. Some plant species can withstand high amounts of pollution from suspended particulate matter and accumulated gases, while others are more susceptible to harm. Therefore, plants’ reaction to air pollution is influenced by the kind of harmful compounds, their levels, and the plant’s susceptibility to them. The LSTM +CNN Proposed Ensemble method may be used to analyse the impact of air pollution on agriculture by examining trends in crop production over time and predicting which crop is more resistant based on the pollution data. The initiative created for this aim may assist farmers in determining the most suitable crop to cultivate in their fields to minimize the impact of air pollution on agricultural yield. The findings show deep learning algorithms correctly predict hourly pollutant concentrations such as carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ground-level ozone, and particulate matter 2.5, along with the hourly Air Quality Index (AQI) for California. A proposed model used test RMSE values as a measure to evaluate prediction performance, achieving the best possible results. © 2025 SCPE.

Efficient route optimization is a crucial concern in modern transportation systems, influencing travel time, resource consumption, and user satisfaction. By empowering users to select their priority parameters, such as safety or efficiency, this project enables travellers to make eco-conscious choices and select routes that minimize their environmental footprint. Real-time data integration ensures users can bypass traffic jams and accidents, reducing emissions and fuel consumption. Furthermore, the focus on safety factors helps prevent accidents, thereby fostering safer road environments. Existing systems often fall short, providing limited customization and overlooking safety and sustainability priorities. To bridge these gaps, this project introduces an advanced route planning system that empowers users to select their priority parameters, integrates real-time data for up-to- the-minute updates, and prioritizes road safety. It introduces a pioneering approach that enhances the Dijkstra Algorithm by integrating real-time accident rate and travel time data into the route optimization process. By considering these additional factors, the algorithm produces routes that not only minimize distance but also prioritize safety and time efficiency in dynamic real-world conditions. The algorithm's multi-factor optimization considers distance, accident rates, and travel times, enabling the creation of routes that balance these criteria and offer improved decision-making for users through a user- friendly interface. The algorithm's dynamic adaptability, multi- factor optimization, and practical implementation showcase its potential to revolutionize how routes are planned, leading to safer, faster, and more informed travel experiences. © 2024 IEEE.

Generalizing to out-of-distribution (OOD) data or unseen domain, termed OOD generalization, still lacks appropriate theoretical guarantees. Canonical OOD bounds focus on different distance measurements between source and target domains but fail to consider the optimization property of the learned model. As empirically shown in recent work, the sharpness of learned minima influences OOD generalization. To bridge this gap between optimization and OOD generalization, we study the effect of sharpness on how a model tolerates data change in domain shift which is usually captured by "robustness" in generalization. In this paper, we give a rigorous connection between sharpness and robustness, which gives better OOD guarantees for robust algorithms. It also provides a theoretical backing for "flat minima leads to better OOD generalization". Overall, we propose a sharpness-based OOD generalization bound by taking robustness into consideration, resulting in a tighter bound than non-robust guarantees. Our findings are supported by the experiments on a ridge regression model, as well as the experiments on deep learning classification tasks. © 2024 12th International Conference on Learning Representations, ICLR 2024. CBDC-as-a-problem looks like a mania of interest from central banks and financial institutions all over the world. It may describe CBDC technology and CBDC technology development, the positive aspects of CBDC and its future perspectives as follows: The CBDC is linked to the existing banking systems in the past which was based on the past findings of the blockchain, DLT, etc., that possessed the qualities the previous ones did not have - security, trust, and transparency. Innovation, design and CBDC safety that falls below this paper are discussed in this section below. The paper proceeds to show several paths that central banks are taking to CBDC development given the regulation and changing dynamic of the financial world. However, the studies do not end there;information on the potential of CBDC for financial stability, monetary policy formulation trajectories, transaction privacy, and the role of banks is included. Given that in field of finance the CBDCs are becoming more and more important, this research paper shall ensure to provide consistent background to policymakers, financial institutions and society at large on CBDC and its structural implications. This guarantees that everyone is in the know so it will be possible for them to come up with compliant plans and decisions informed by the knowledge in this changing landscape that simply does not stop evolving. © 2024 IEEE.

With an emphasis on the cognitive and emotional effects of e-learning platforms, this study fills a research gap concerning user experience studies. The study suggests a nonintrusive technique to evaluate the psychological impacts of e-learning platforms by considering feedback data of users in the form of videos and analyzes emotions from video and decides the user feedback level. This process automates the understanding of feedback in a short amount of time for anyone, without requiring specific knowledge of the system. Feedback analysis for E-Learning platforms using deep learning methods for facial expression analysis is proposed in this work. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), a category of deep learning, has become increasingly popular for its ability to precisely analyze and comprehend emotions from facial photos. These models may efficiently learn and extract essential features by being trained on large datasets of tagged facial expression photos. This application takes video feedback as input for various E-learning platforms and analyzes emotions and displays the predicted emotions on video. A publicly accessible dataset is used to test the proposed technique, and the results show that it achieves 90.3% accuracy. This indicates that the approach is highly effective in accurately recognizing facial emotions. © 2024 IEEE.
