The rapid advancement of immersive technologies has propelled the development of the Metaverse, where the convergence of virtual and physical realities necessitates the generation of high-quality, photorealistic images to enhance user experience. However, generating these images, especially through Generative Diffusion Models (GDMs), in mobile edge computing environments presents significant challenges due to the limited computing resources of edge devices and the dynamic nature of wireless networks. This paper proposes a novel framework that integrates contract-inspired contest theory, Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), and GDMs to optimize image generation in these resource-constrained environments. The framework addresses the critical challenges of resource allocation and semantic data transmission quality by incentivizing edge devices to efficiently transmit high-quality semantic data, which is essential for creating realistic and immersive images. The use of contest and contract theory ensures that edge devices are motivated to allocate resources effectively, while DRL dynamically adjusts to network conditions, optimizing the overall image generation process. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach not only improves the quality of generated images but also achieves superior convergence speed and stability compared to traditional methods. This makes the framework particularly effective for optimizing complex resource allocation tasks in mobile edge Metaverse applications, offering enhanced performance and efficiency in creating immersive virtual environments. © 2002-2012 IEEE.

The human brain has a simple time analyzing and processing images. The brain is able to rapidly deconstruct and distinguish an image's various components when the eye perceives it. With the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) as its foundation, this research suggests deep learning conceptual models. When the algorithms are compared, it becomes clear that CNN-based classification of handwritten alphabets performs better than other algorithms in terms of accuracy. The Manual Net, Alex Net, and LeNet Architectures are among the CNN algorithms employed in this research. The convulational layer, max pooling, flattening, feature assortment, rectifier lined unit, and completely linked softmaxx layers are each components of the aforementioned designs. The proposed network is tested using an image dataset comprising 530 training photos and 2756 testing images. The top precision and cost-efficient model will be used in the Django context to build a handler line for supplying the appeal to be recognized and obtaining the productivity outcome of recognized appeal.

Sentiment Analysis is the process of analyzing sentiment of a piece of text by identifying polarity or writer’s attitude towards any topic or product such as positive, neutral or negative. This paper uses sentiment analysis on movie reviews in twitter data, which is the most dominant public social media and its data is accessible using their own Twitter API. Words and misspellings make sentiment analysis for twitter data, harder due to the existence of slang words and bad spelling. This work uses Hadoop for the various features it provides over the API. The proposed work uses the knowledge base approach using lexica analyzer for sentiment analysis of movie reviews. The assigned score for movies is 100. The proposed work get all the positive, negative and neutral comments to judge "how good" or "how bad" the movie is.

With an increasing social demand for fine-grained sentiment analysis (SA), implicit sentiment analysis (ISA) poses a significant challenge with the absence of salient cue words in expressions. It necessitates reliable reasoning to understand how the sentiment is aroused and thus determine implicit sentiments. In the era of Large Language Models (LLMs), Encoder-Decoder (ED) LLMs have gained popularity to serve as backbone models for SA applications, considering impressive text comprehension and reasoning ability among diverse tasks. On the other hand, Decoder-only (DO) LLMs exhibit superior natural language generation and in-context learning capabilities. However, their responses may contain misleading or inaccurate information. To identify implicit sentiment with reliable reasoning, this study proposes RVISA, a two-stage reasoning framework that harnesses the generation ability of DO LLMs and the reasoning ability of ED LLMs to train an enhanced reasoner. Specifically, we adopt three-hop reasoning prompting to explicitly furnish sentiment elements as cues. The generated rationales are utilized to fine-tune an ED LLM into a skilled reasoner. Additionally, we develop a straightforward yet effective verification mechanism to ensure the reliability of the reasoning learning. We evaluated the proposed method on two benchmark datasets and achieved state-of-the-art results in ISA performance. © 2024, CC BY-NC-SA.

Aiming at the k-winners-take-all(kWTA)operation,this paper proposes a gradient-based differential kWTA(GDk WTA)*** obtaining the network,theorems and related proofs are provided to guarantee the exponential convergence and noise resistance of the proposed GD-kWTA ***,numerical simulations are conducted to substantiate the preferable performance of the proposed network as compared with the traditional ***,the GD-k WTA network,backed with a consensus filter,is utilized as a robust control scheme for modeling the competition behavior in the multi-robot coordination,thereby further demonstrating its effectiveness and feasibility.

Lacking supervised data is an issue while training deep neural networks (DNNs), mainly when considering medical and biological data where supervision is expensive. Recently, Embedded Pseudo-Labeling (EPL) addressed this problem by using a non-linear projection (t-SNE) from a feature space of the DNN to a 2D space, followed by semi-supervised label propagation using a connectivity-based method (OPFSemi). We argue that the performance of the final classifier depends on the data separation present in the latent space and visual separation present in the projection. We address this by first proposing to use contrastive learning to produce the latent space for EPL by two methods (SimCLR and SupCon) and by their combination, and secondly by showing, via an extensive set of experiments, the aforementioned correlations between data separation, visual separation, and classifier performance. We demonstrate our results by the classification of five real-world challenging image datasets of human intestinal parasites with only 1% supervised samples. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. With the rapid and continuous development of data-driven technologies such as supervised learning, high-quality labeled data sets are commonly required by many applications. Due to the easiness of crowdsourcing small tasks with low cost, a straightforward solution for label quality improvement is to collect multiple labels from a crowd, and then aggregate the answers. The aggregation strategies include majority voting and its many variants, EM-based approaches, Graph Neural Nets and so on. However, due to the uncertainty information loss and commonly existing task correlations, the aggregated labels usually contain errors and may damnify the downstream model *** address the above problem, we propose a hierarchical crowdsourcing framework1 for data labeling with noisy answers about correlated data. We make use of the heterogeneity of the labeling crowd and form an initialization-checking-update loop to improve the quality of labeled data. We formalize and successfully solve the core optimization problem, namely, selecting a proper set of checking tasks for each round. We prove that maximizing the expected quality improvement is equivalent to minimizing the conditional entropy of the observations given the crowdsourced answer families for the selected task set, which is NP-hard to solve. Therefore, we design an efficient approximation algorithm and conduct a series of experiments on real data. The experimental results show that the proposed method effectively improves the quality of the labeled data sets as well as the SOTA performance, yet without extra human labor costs. © 2023 IEEE.

As blockchain technology rapidly advances, it faces significant security threats from attacks like selfish mining, which exploit consensus algorithm vulnerabilities, undermining system security. Traditional analysis methods, primarily reliant on Markov models, are often utilized to address these complex threats. However, these methods frequently fall short in accurately simulating the multifaceted nature of blockchain attacks, leading to gaps in security measures. To bridge this gap, we introduce AutoMiner, an innovative reinforcement learning-based framework that integrates Miner Monte Carlo Tree Search (MMCTS) with Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks for simulating and detecting potential mining attacks within the Proof of Work (PoW) framework. Our experimental results demonstrate AutoMiner’s capability to outperform traditional selfish and honest mining strategies, achieving up to 20% higher profits under specific scenarios. This highlights AutoMiner’s potential in enhancing blockchain security by providing a more comprehensive and effective approach to analyzing and mitigating mining attacks. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Analyzing sentiment in micro-blogs, such as tweets or short social media posts, is a challenging yet important task in natural language processing (NLP). Deep learning techniques have shown great promise in this domain. Here's a novel approach for sentimental analysis using a deep neural network for micro-blogs. With the exponential growth of user-generated content on online platforms, YouTube has emerged as a dominant space for both creators and viewers to interact. One crucial aspect of this interaction is the comment section, where viewers express their thoughts and sentiments. This research presents a robust sentiment analysis model tailored specifically for YouTube video comments, aiming to extract valuable insights from this rich source of user-generated content. Ultimately, our novel deep neural network approach for micro-blog sentiment analysis demonstrates promising results, offering valuable insights into public sentiment across various social media platforms Using a deep neural network, this study presents a sentiment analysis model for YouTube video comments. This research contributes to the advancement of sentiment analysis methodologies, addressing the unique challenges posed by the concise and informal nature of micro-blogs. Our method, a mathematical model, and individuals were utilized to categorize the comments on various blogs. It was assumed that the classification of humans was entirely accurate. The results showed that, with classification accuracy ranging from 90% to 97%, our model is more precise than the numerical model.
