Ensuring the proper level of information resources confidentiality is actual goal for modern enterprises. However, it is also important to conceal the very fact of the presence of confidential data or the possibility of obtaining access to it. Most modern enterprises use legend methods, but they are not sufficient to solve the problem. The article presents the methodology for using steganography to increase the level of confidentiality of enterprise information resources. According to the methodology, it is proposed to use music notations and records as steganography containers. The results of the research, conducted by the authors, are applicable both in transfer processes, and in storage of valuable and important enterprise information resources. © 2024 IEEE.

This study examines the development of specialized models designed to solve image-matching problems. The purpose of this research is to develop a technique based on energy tensor aggregation for dense image matching. This task is relevant within the framework of computer systems since image comparison makes it possible to solve current problems such as reconstructing a three-dimensional model of an object, creating a panorama scene, ensuring object recognition, etc. This paper examines in detail the key features of the image matching process based on the use of binocular stereo reconstruction and the features of calculating energies during this process, and establishes the main parts of the proposed method in the form of diagrams and formulas. This research develops a machine learning model that provides solutions to image matching problems for real data using parallel programming tools. A detailed description of the architecture of the convolutional recurrent neural network that underlies this method is given. Appropriate computational experiments were conducted to compare the results obtained with the methods proposed in the scientific literature. The method discussed in this article is characterized by better efficiency, both in terms of the speed of work execution and the number of possible errors. © Authors retain all copyrights.

The purpose of this investigation is to develop a method for quantitative assessment of the uniqueness of personal medical data (PMD) to improve their protection in medical information systems (MIS). The relevance of the goal is due to the fact that impersonal PMD can form unique combinations that are potentially of interest to intruders and threaten to reveal the patient's identity and medical confidentiality. Existing approaches were analyzed, and a new method for quantifying the degree of uniqueness of PMD was proposed. A weakness in existing approaches is the assumption that an attacker will use exact matching to identify people. The novelty of the method proposed in this paper lies in the fact that it is not limited to this hypothesis, although it has its limitations: it is not applicable to small samples. The developed method for determining the PMD uniqueness coefficient is based on the assumption of a multidimensional distribution of features, characterized by a covariance matrix, and a normal distribution, which provides the most reliable reflection of the existing relationships between features when analyzing large data samples. The results obtained in computational experiments show that efficiency is no worse than that of focus groups of specialized experts. © Authors retain all copyrights.

When selecting the technology to be used for additive manufacturing, it is important to be guided by a list of requirements for the parts to be manufactured, the characteristics of the powder material and an equipment specifications. For this reason, it is very important to have a model that describes all the stages of production. The article is devoted to the consideration of the issues of optimisation of the creation of a plan of production technology management based on the consideration of multiple criteria of the model of the choice of the most effective technology, assuming the optimal utilisation of the equipment. In the text of the article several indicators have been used that describe the adaptation and allow to argue the practical advantages of using modern 3D printing technologies and to determine a specific manufacturing option. By selecting a manufacturing option, it is possible to calculate the most efficient placement of products on the platforms, as well as to work out a suitable order of the main manufacturing operations in order to minimise costs and time. Due to the advantages of the proposed model, it was possible to reduce the production time of a batch of products by about 2.5%. The advantages of the proposed model can be applied to similar production facilities, which will reduce plant downtime and slightly speed up production.

Operation the relevant and reliable information is a strategically important aspect of modern society. Unfortunately, the manipulation of false data and its deliberate dissemination are increasingly being used by attackers. The article is devoted to the development of methods for automated modeling of the information spreading processes among employees of a large industrial enterprise in order to timely prevent the formation of wrong opinions. The results of the study could be used both in assessing the opinions of employees of large organizations and public opinion in general. © 2023 IEEE.

As part of solving a set of computer vision problems when analyzing video streams, a fairly popular task is to effectively stop the process of identifying scenes or objects. Arresters are one of the main problems in systems that implement online computer vision. This is explained by the fact that period of time spent obtaining results in video analytics systems is no less important than the reliability of the analysis results. In this regard, the conducted research focused on the problem of stopping when identifying scenes in a video stream. This requires detailed stopping algorithms for identifying scenes in video streams with a decision to arrest iterations, taking into account that it is not possible to generally assess the accuracy of the identification result. In this work, a list of properties of monotonic stopping functions was compiled, and an original algorithmic technique for solving stopping problems was proposed. The testing results demonstrated the high efficiency of the proposed method for identifying the text part of documents.

The machine-building industry is characterized by a number of distinctive features, including the periodic alteration of the range of manufactured products in terms of size, configuration and other factors. An urgent task is to control the time resources spent on production. This is due to the fact that even a minor change in the logistics supply chains and minor changes in equipment loading and changes in the equipment park can collectively lead to a significant increase in the overall production cycle and an increase in negative costs. The most promising avenue for reducing the technological time of manufacturing products by multiproduct enterprises is the minimization of waiting time due to the uniform distribution of each technological transition in accordance with the state of the available equipment in the workshop (plant, production area, enterprise). This study presents a model that enables the calculation of the total number of operations required to produce a conditional product. It is feasible to optimize the technological processes, thereby modifying the structure of each production operation in order to align it with the existing technology. The testing of this methodology demonstrated a significant increase in the utilization rate of machinery, with an observed increase of 8%.

This research aims to develop a new procedure to improve the performance of the personal identification system. This process will be based on the analysis of digital facial images using special artificial intelligence technologies. Additionally, it is emphasized that the successful development of a completely new neural network algorithm for personality identification and its special robust modification are required to achieve this goal. Furthermore, it is essential that this algorithm demonstrates increased effectiveness in identifying faces. As part of this algorithm, two key components are distinguished, namely, an algorithm aimed at determining the area where a face is located in an image, which involves the use of a standard version of a convolutional neural network. And the presented neural network algorithm is the second component, which is designed for personal identification with a specific robust modification. The studies presented have shown that an algorithm with a proposed architecture, will have around 25 times less weight parameters than the algorithms utilized at present. Also, unlike other algorithms, it was possible to improve the level of accuracy.

The decision of lane change problem is one of the sophisticated and accuracy demanding task in ADAS development process. Lane change task can be characterized as non- linearity with high fraction of uncertainties. This is caused by dynamic changeable traffic environment and thus one of state of the art approach to solve this problem is the use of machine learning technic. In this work lane change systems based on reinforcement learning methods were observed. These lane change systems are provided by specific modification of deep Q-network (DQN), deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG). In the process of consideration descriptions and the comparison of proposed methods are given from position of Average Velocity and Collision Times.

Peristaltic pumps are widely used in areas where it is necessary to transport substances in isolated conditions with a certain dosing accuracy. Theoretical and experimental research are an integral part of creating new pump designs. Testing the pumping equipment is carried out to evaluate a number of indicators and the degree of their deviation from the norm. In most cases, special equipment is required to conduct tests. The purpose of the current work is to improve the quality of manufactured peristaltic pump units by conducting in-plant control. For this purpose, a production stand for simulating the working environment for in-plant tests (PS SWEINT) was developed, allowing to control deviations from the norm of such indicators as productivity, pressure, flow rate and dosing. After constructing and optimizing parametric geometric models of the stand and its elements, its geometric and operational characteristics were finally determined. Simulation modeling allowed us to calculate the stress-strain state of the stand and its units, which ensured an assessment of the strength of the structure under various loading conditions. The results of the reliability assessment allow us to conclude that the stand is functional and can be put into operation after successful completion of acceptance tests. © 2024 IEEE.
