The preparation of the intellectual resource of the enterprise for innovative projects to create high-tech products is carried out on the basis of existing management personnel at the enterprise. The implementation of the formation of a management strategy requires, on the basis of a system of uniform priority criteria, the training of highly professional engineering personnel with inventive abilities. The intellectual resource is a modular complex that includes the following modules: high-tech products, information support and a highly professional personnel reserve. The result of multidisciplinary educational processes is the formation of intelligence and creative thinking within the framework of these areas for the creation of unique high-tech products.

The article discusses the problems that could arise in complex optical computing systems based on the principles of multi or bi stability. In general, the state of multistable systems can be investigated using nonlinear Fokker-Planck equations. On the basis of the above equations, possible transitions between multistable states that occur under external influences are considered.

The ever-growing competition among manufacturing enterprises requires paying closer attention to the quality of products and their competitiveness at the global market. Product quality is directly determined by the efficiency of business processes throughout the product lifecycle. The process of post-production support and product maintenance is part of the product life cycle. Automated customer relationship management systems (CRM systems) are an effective and modern means of monitoring and optimizing post-production support and service processes. The article discusses the problems of automation and management of enterprise services using modern solutions in the field of information technology. The obtained algorithms of service management cover the stages of warranty, post-warranty service, provision of advisory services for the commissioning of products. Based on the data obtained, the analysis of the stages of post-production support that require automation is carried out. Automation of processes is achieved by implementing the obtained algorithms into a CRM system connected to a unified IT infrastructure of the enterprise.

Ensuring the proper level of information resources confidentiality is actual goal for modern enterprises. However, it is also important to conceal the very fact of the presence of confidential data or the possibility of obtaining access to it. Most modern enterprises use legend methods, but they are not sufficient to solve the problem. The article presents the methodology for using steganography to increase the level of confidentiality of enterprise information resources. According to the methodology, it is proposed to use music notations and records as steganography containers. The results of the research, conducted by the authors, are applicable both in transfer processes, and in storage of valuable and important enterprise information resources.

The demand for improving the quality of educational content in the virtual reality system is the most important factor in the process of higher education. The university education system is faced with the task of not just transferring knowledge, but also full immersion of the student in the field of an immersive educational environment. The need to create high-tech equipment for universities is justified by the graduation of creative-minded specialists. Quality assurance in the development of VR and AR equipment forms additional properties and criteria of educational content related to the transfer of non-verbal knowledge. Non-verbal knowledge reflects the emotional-sensory level of cognition and can be transmitted using augmented and virtual reality technologies. A model for assessing the quality of educational content in the process of functioning of the virtual reality system is proposed. © 2021 IEEE.

The modern educational process with included communication and information technologies has a number of pressing problems. Operation the relevant and reliable information is a strategically important aspect of modern society. Peristaltic pumps are widely used in areas where it is necessary to transport substances in isolated conditions with a certain dosing accuracy. Theoretical and experimental research are an integral part of creating new pump designs. Testing the pumping equipment is carried out to evaluate a number of indicators and the degree of their deviation from the norm. In most cases, special equipment is required to conduct tests. The purpose of the current work is to improve the quality of manufactured peristaltic pump units by conducting in-plant control. For this purpose, a production stand for simulating the working environment for in-plant tests (PS SWEINT) was developed, allowing to control deviations from the norm of such indicators as productivity, pressure, flow rate and dosing. After constructing and optimizing parametric geometric models of the stand and its elements, its geometric and operational characteristics were finally determined. Simulation modeling allowed us to calculate the stress-strain state of the stand and its units, which ensured an assessment of the strength of the structure under various loading conditions. The results of the reliability assessment allow us to conclude that the stand is functional and can be put into operation after successful completion of acceptance tests.
