Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of active power of each unit in a wind farm, an artificial intelligence clustering method based active power distribution strategy of wind turbine is proposed. Firstly, according to the actual operation data of the wind farm, the Pearson correlation coefficient is used to select the clustering data. Then, the Gaussian mixture model is used for clustering experiments. Finally, according to the clustering results, the distribution method of weight proportional coefficient is adopted to evenly distribute power to all units. The simulation results show that the proposed clustering method has a good evaluation score, and the power allocation strategy based on this can fully meet the scheduling criterias. All units can realize the smooth and orderly power rise and fall in the safe operation state, and avoid the problem of frequent start-stop and overload operation of some units caused by uneven power distribution.

To measure accurately the total weight of bulk materials, which are distributed non-uniformly and carried successively on a belt conveyor, and the weight of each packaged product moved in fast speed becomes more important requirement for belt checkweigher. These conveyor-type checkweighers cause errors in weighing due to countless many factors such as structures, installations, operating and environmental conditions. This paper suggests a new hybrid weighing scheme consisting of discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and adaptive noise cancellation (ANC) to calculate weights of bulk materials conveyed continuously. This scheme uses wavelet decomposition and reconstruction to remove noises with high frequencies and uses adaptive filter to suppress noises with low frequencies. The simulation and experimental results show that this scheme removes various types of noises optimally to measure the weight with accuracy degree of ±0.5%. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Under the high penetration rate of wind power, the power system puts forward technical requirements for the frequency regulation capability of wind farms. Considering that the frequency response capability of the double-fed induction generator (DFIG) is insufficient, it is proposed to combine energy storage (ES) with wind power for system frequency regulation. Based on the frequency characteristic models of the wind farm and the ES system, this paper establishes a prediction model for the over speed control of the wind farm and a prediction model for the electrochemical energy storage system, and optimizes the active power output of the wind turbine and the energy storage system. The strategy is based on the optimal control of the wind turbine output power and ES power variation, and on this basis, an optimal control model considering the ES state of charge (SOC) and power is designed. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can not only effectively suppress grid frequency deviation can also coordinate the ES state of charge and frequency control.

The security of data generated by vehicles during operation is critically important, especially as the number of intelligent and connected vehicle users continues to rise, leading to the rapid increase of automobile communication data. In response, researchers have employed GAN s to address data security challenges within this domain, achieving significant outcomes. This paper primarily focuses on personal information identification, data desensitization, and secure transmission of data within the framework of automobile data security. The latest research on GAN s is reviewed and analyzed to assess the feasibility, strengths, and limitations for automotive data security, and the insights into future development recommendations are also provided in this domain.

In recent years,Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes(PeLEDs)have received considerable attention in ***,with the development of PeLEDs,commercial applications of full-color PeLED technology are largely limited by the progress of blue-emitting devices,due to the uncontrollably accurate composition,unstable properties,and low *** this article,we add Cesium chloride(CsCl)to the quasi-two-dimensional(quasi-2D)perovskite precursor solution and achieve the relatively blue shifts of PeLED emission peak by introducing chloride ions for photoluminescence(PL)and electroluminescence(EL).We also found that the introduction of chlorine ions can make quasi-2D perovskite films thinner with smoother surface of 0.408 *** is interesting that the EL peaks and intensities of PeLED are adjustable under different driving voltages in high concentration chlorine-added perovskite devices,and different processes of photo-excited,photo-quenched,and photo-excited occur sequentially with the increasing driving *** work provides a path for demonstrating full-color screens in the future.

Automatic recognition and extraction of roads from high-resolution satellite images is a crucial task in remote sensing and computer vision. With the continuous development of remote sensing technology, more ground object information is contained in images, making it more challenging to extract roads due to increased interference. This paper proposes a gated fusion and dual attention network with an encoder-decoder structure to address this problem. The full-stage gated fusion module in skip connection selectively fuses feature maps of different scales using the Gated Fusion (GFF) unit, which increases the receptive field of the network and improves the accuracy of road extraction. The context extraction and dual attention module introduce rich global information and simultaneously weights features from both spatial and channel dimensions. This improves the semantic segmentation problem caused by focusing only on local information in current road extraction models. Experimental results on two public datasets show that GFDANet can effectively extract roads in complex scenes.

To improve the disturbance rejection ability and repetitive tracking accuracy of manipulators, a composite iterative learning control (ILC) scheme via generalized proportional integral observer (GPIO) is proposed. A high-order polynomial is first employed to model the time-varying disturbances that include unmodeled dynamics, parameter uncertainties and load fluctuations. A GPIO is then designed to estimate the disturbances and high-order time derivatives. By introducing estimations into a PD-type ILC at each iteration, a composite control scheme is obtained, such that the undesirable influence of time-varying disturbances can be effectively attenuated in the repetitive tracking process of manipulators. In this paper, the rigorous stability analysis of the closed-loop system is presented to guarantee that the tracking error exponentially converges to zero as the iteration number tends to infinity. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is finally verified by simulation results. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

TWith the policy of "peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality" put forward, clean energy will gradually replace traditional heating. In order to reduce carbon emissions, this paper combines solid-state heat storage with battery energy storage, studies the characteristics of wind curtailment, and optimizes the coordinated control strategy of heat storage and energy storage capacity allocation. Considering the constraints of power system and thermal system, this paper takes economic benefit and power optimal distribution as objective functions, establishes a multi-objective bi-level optimization model of heat storage and energy storage hybrid system, and adopts fuzzy algorithm to solve the optimal solution of energy coordination dispatching. The capacity and power of each device should be reasonably planned to meet the economic heating and technical requirements. Finally, the rationality and superiority of the coordinated control method and configuration are verified by the example data, which can effectively solve the utilization ratio of wind power and improve the overall economic benefits of the system. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

To achieve the economic operation of a multi-energy micro grid under multiple uncertain environments, this study introduces a novel two-stage robust scheduling approach, encompassing both day-ahead planning and real-time adjustments. First, the multi-energy micro grid day-ahead economic dispatch model is constructed based on the prediction scenarios, and integrated demand response is considered to increase the flexibility of the system. Afterwards, the strategy is adjusted in the real-time phase, considering the uncertainty of energy production and consumption. The Column-and-Constraint Generation algorithm is employed to resolve the above two-stage issues effectively, and the optimal economic operation strategy of the MEMG is obtained. Finally, a case study demonstrates the economy and robustness of the proposed methodology.
