With the wide application of Quadrotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (QUAV) in military and civilian fields, its flight reliability problem has become a hot research topic. The propellers, which are the important components relating to the performance of QUAV, play a central role in safe flight. Traditional data-driven fault diagnosis methods of QUAV are based on Euclidean distance, which cannot effectively capture the interrelationship of multiple variables. In this paper, we treat the fault diagnosis of QUAV propeller as a node classification problem in non-Euclidean infinite dimensional space by introducing the method of Local-Global Attention-based Graph Neural Network (LGA-GNN). First, the graph topology is constructed using the KNN method based on the real flight log of the QUAV. Then, the local and global attention strategies are integrated to form a graph-based collaborative feature extraction model. Finally, a unified end-to-end fault diagnosis framework tailored for QUAV is proposed. In the experiment section, real flight data of QUAV with different propeller fault conditions are collected, and the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified by comparing with other methods based on real data. © 2024 IEEE.

The development of the new energy automobile industry is an important direction to accelerate the construction of a powerful automobile country, and it is also an effective means to break the constraints of energy and environment, which is of great strategic significance to China. In this article, based on the perspective of the development of the overall new energy vehicle industry, we analyze the market size and development stage of China's new energy vehicle industry, and explore the characteristics of the industry's development. Further, this paper analyzes the industry risks of the future development of new energy vehicles under the background of the imminent withdrawal of government financial subsidies and the transition of the new energy vehicle industry from policy-driven to market-driven, and provides theoretical support for the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese new energy vehicle industry. © 2023 SPIE.

Based on the strict control of carbon emission rights and carbon emission quotas in various countries, this paper proposes a dispatching strategy for the conversion of abandoned wind power into natural gas, and realizes the transfer and consumption of electric energy. In addition, P2G and carbon capture storage and utilization are added to the traditional electricity-heat-gas-hydrogen integrated energy system, which accelerates the process of further realizing "carbon neutrality". Secondly, the economic goal is to consider the tiered carbon trading and wind curtailment costs as the total operating cost;the real carbon emission of the system after carbon capture is taken as the low-carbon goal. By constructing different discrete preference weights between the two goals, the CPLEX solver is used to obtain the complete the Pareto frontier. Finally, the optimal compromise solution and the day-ahead optimal scheduling reference value are obtained according to the fuzzy membership function. Comparing the participation analysis considering P2G, it proves the superiority of the proposed strategy. © State Grid Electric Power Research institute 2023.

Under the high penetration rate of wind power, the power system puts forward technical requirements for the frequency regulation capability of wind farms. Considering that the frequency response capability of the double-fed induction generator (DFIG) is insufficient, it is proposed to combine energy storage (ES) with wind power for system frequency regulation. Based on the frequency characteristic models of the wind farm and the ES system, this paper establishes a prediction model for the over speed control of the wind farm and a prediction model for the electrochemical energy storage system, and optimizes the active power output of the wind turbine and the energy storage system. The strategy is based on the optimal control of the wind turbine output power and ES power variation, and on this basis, an optimal control model considering the ES state of charge (SOC) and power is designed. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can not only effectively suppress grid frequency deviation can also coordinate the ES state of charge and frequency control. © 2023 IEEE.

Simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) algorithm is widely used in unmanned and robotic applications. SLAM usually uses sensor data, which are from the LiDAR, the inertial measurement unit (IMU) and the wheeled odometry, to build maps of the surrounding environment. However, the motion distortion of LiDAR data and the error accumulation of wheeled odometry can affect the accuracy of the front-end odometry of the SLAM algorithm, which can lead to serious errors in the maps created. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of poor map construction results of SLAM algorithm due to various types of sensor errors. we propose the traceless Kalman filtering based (UKF-based) multi-sensor data processing algorithm. Firstly, the proposed algorithm uses the UKF to fuse IMU and wheeled odometry data to reduce the cumulative error of wheeled odometry. And then the algorithm uses IMU and corrected wheeled odometry data and combines with the motion states of the robot to solve the motion distortion problem of LiDAR data. Finally, we verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for wheeled odometry data correction in Gazebo simulation environment and real environment experiments, and compared the mapping effectiveness of SLAM by using the original data and the data processed by our algorithm. The experimental results show that the map construction effect of SLAM algorithm is significantly improved when using the sensor data processed by the algorithm. Experimental validation on the robot shows that the proposed algorithm has universal applicability and good compatibility. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of active power of each unit in a wind farm, an artificial intelligence clustering method based active power distribution strategy of wind turbine is proposed. Firstly, according to the actual operation data of the wind farm, the Pearson correlation coefficient is used to select the clustering data. Then, the Gaussian mixture model is used for clustering experiments. Finally, according to the clustering results, the distribution method of weight proportional coefficient is adopted to evenly distribute power to all units. The simulation results show that the proposed clustering method has a good evaluation score, and the power allocation strategy based on this can fully meet the scheduling criterias. All units can realize the smooth and orderly power rise and fall in the safe operation state, and avoid the problem of frequent start-stop and overload operation of some units caused by uneven power distribution. © 2023 IEEE.

Network technology has become an inseparable part of daily life, which is easily attacked by some criminals. Therefore, ensuring the security of network becomes an urgent problem. In the past few years, various deep learning techniques have been put forward for identifying network intrusions. However, the majority of these approaches overlook the non-Euclidean nature of relationships within network intrusion data. In this paper, graph neural network (GNN) is used to learn the relationship between data. The sample balancing module is to address the significant disparity between the number of intrusive samples and normal samples. The results obtained from the experiments indicate that the suggested approach can enhance the effectiveness of the intrusion detection system. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs) have developed quickly and have been progressively introduced into the international market. Nevertheless, the operation of ICVs produces a large amount of important data coming from driving vehicle and necessitating cross-border transit. As the imperfections of the regulatory framework and the infancy of protective solutions for the ICV data, these data are vulnerable to the threats like eavesdropping and tampering during cross-border transmission. The private information, especially the data barred from leaving the country, will be probably leaked to other nations, endangering individual privacy and national security. Thus, the purpose of this manuscript is to analyze the security risks of cross-border data in ICVs and provide risk mitigation strategies. The legal requirements and pertinent cross-border materials need to be sorted out firstly to establish a thorough technical process for cross-border compliance of ICV data. Additionally, the ICV data risk analyses will be performed at every stage of the cross-border process. Furthermore, some efficient risk mitigation methods need to be offered to improve the security and dependability of the across-border data of ICVs. To address the problems associated with cross-border data pertaining to ICVs, a classification method for the cross-border data of ICVs will be presented according to current rules and data categorization schemes. Finally, this manuscript provides theoretical underpinnings and useful references for building a cross-border data security protection system, as well as a thorough analysis of the development patterns of cutting-edge technologies for cross-border data. © 2024 IEEE.

The security of data generated by vehicles during operation is critically important, especially as the number of intelligent and connected vehicle users continues to rise, leading to the rapid increase of automobile communication data. In response, researchers have employed GAN s to address data security challenges within this domain, achieving significant outcomes. This paper primarily focuses on personal information identification, data desensitization, and secure transmission of data within the framework of automobile data security. In the multivariable fault isolation of industrial process,the effectiveness of fault isolation is affected by the "smearing" effect because of the correlation between *** order to isolate all the key fault variables correctly,the fault isolation problem is regarded as a variable selection ***,LASSO is applied to the sparse contribution vector based on k-nearest ***,the LASSO-KNN model based on sliding window is established,and the sparse representation of contribution vector is obtained by least angle regression(LAR) algorithm and cumulative weight contribution percent criterion,thus the main fault variables are *** an extended EWMA algorithm combined with sliding window mechanism is introduced to achieve on-line fault ***,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by a simulation example of TE process.
