Named data networks are a new concept in network architecture that can process data transmission by name. This concept can be utilized in the case of video streaming. TIPHON is a standard used to support streaming multimedia activities. According to TIPHON, three factors-delay, packet loss, and throughput-can influence how a stream behaves. This study's goal is to evaluate the quality of service (QoS) of video streaming services using an NDN network that adheres to the TIPHON NDN standard. Several things can affect throughput, such as bottlenecks on the computer or network device used. © 2023 IEEE.

In digital development 4.0, store brands are very important. The problem in this research is the lack of consumer trust to buy quality goods in e-commerce store accounts so that it affects consumer satisfaction. This study aims to address this question feedback from the problems of the customer, then on the other hand a questionnaire with the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) model to determine the dimensions of the variables selected according to customer experience. To achieve this aim, both negative and positive customer comments were compiled to assess customer satisfaction, employing a comparative analysis method through Naive Bayes algorithm. The overarching goal was to achieve optimal results and extract valuable insights regarding the determinants that influenced customer satisfaction within the domain of online transactions. This research also has an impact on buyers so they can have an understanding of the factors that support trust in customer satisfaction, so that individuals do not hesitate in making purchasing decisions to shop online. The results showed that the algorithm initially recorded a modest accuracy score of 0.37. Meanwhile, after implementing hyperparameter tuning, the accuracy increased significantly to 0.62. In the aspect of Smart PLS questionnaire analysis, a standardized Normed Fit Index (NFI) of 0.707 was recorded, which was slightly below the established threshold of 0.90. The standardized root mean square residual (SRMR) was measured at 0.071, falling below the specified value of 0.08, indicating a commendable model fit. However, the RMS theta value at 0.240 exceeded the threshold of 0.102. © 2023 IEEE.

The demand for auxiliary systems that utilize methods and technologies of intellectual data analysis and machine learning is increasing in the CRM system development field. These systems are capable of generating valuable insights from vast amounts of data collected in CRM. The article shows the results of the development and study of the CRM system using the methods of affinity analysis. Earlier, the authors developed and implemented the base version of the recommender algorithm based on the use of cluster data analysis and collaborative filtration [1, 2]. The new version of the algorithm additionally uses affinity analysis methods to form recommendations for the selection of products, which made it possible to increase the accuracy of the recommendation system (service) by metrics F2 on average from 67.98% to 81.24% with an increase in the time for issuing recommendations (On average by 2.47 ms). The study and comparison of the basic and modified versions of the algorithm were executed using data sourced from insurance companies, furnished by "FB Consult". © 2023 IEEE.

As the behavior of neural networks is dependent on the characteristics of training data, choosing appropriate data is mandatory to achieve expected levels of their prediction performance such as the accuracy or robustness. Data aug-mentation, or adding data, to improve accuracy can negatively affect robustness, because these two performance indicators are known to be incompatible. Training data debugging may involve deleting some data points as well as adding new ones; a question here is under what guiding principle the addition or deletion is conducted. Such a debugging method, debugging through a lens of outliers in neuron coverage, was proposed for cases of training classical fully-connected neural networks, but its applicability to CNN was unclear. This paper confirms, through experiments, that the debugging method is effective for cases of training CNN models as well, and furthermore demonstrates a concrete debugging process of discarding outliers and augmenting new data points so that the CNN exhibits balanced accuracy and robustness, without sacrificing neither performance indicator.

Heart disease problems are growing day by day in the world. Many factors are responsible for increasing the chance of heart attack and any other disease. Many countries have a low level of cardiovascular competence in predicting heart disease-related issues. Finding the best accurate machine learning classifiers for various diagnostic uses by data mining and machine learning techniques aids in predicting whether or not the heart disease-related issue will occur. To predict heart disease, a number of supervised machine-learning algorithms are used and their effectiveness are evaluated. With the exceptionof MLP and KNN, all applied algorithms had their estimated feature significance scores for each feature. This helps to find the main factors affecting heart disease and the accuracy of the model, which helps to get the best prediction. At the end of the research the support vector machine gives us 87.91 % highest testing accuracy compare with all applied machine learning algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

The classic greedy coloring algorithm considers the vertices of an input graph G in a given order and assigns the first available color to each vertex v in G. In the Grundy Coloring problem, the task is to find an ordering of the vertices that will force the greedy algorithm to use as many colors as possible. In the Partial Grundy Coloring, the task is also to color the graph using as many colors as possible. This time, however, we may select both the ordering in which the vertices are considered and which color to assign the vertex. The only constraint is that the color assigned to a vertex v is a color previously used for another vertex if such a color is available. Whether Grundy Coloring and Partial Grundy Coloring admit fixed-parameter tractable (FPT) algorithms, algorithms with running time f(k)nO(1), where k is the number of colors, was posed as an open problem by Zaker and by Effantin et al., respectively. Recently, Aboulker et al. (STACS 2020 and Algorithmica 2022) resolved the question for Grundy Coloring in the negative by showing that the problem is W[1]-hard. For Partial Grundy Coloring, they obtain an FPT algorithm on graphs that do not contain Ki,j as a subgraph (a.k.a. Ki,j-free graphs). Aboulker et al. re-iterate the question of whether there exists an FPT algorithm for Partial Grundy Coloring on general graphs and also asks whether Grundy Coloring admits an FPT algorithm on Ki,j-free graphs. We give FPT algorithms for Partial Grundy Coloring on general graphs and for Grundy Coloring on Ki,j-free graphs, resolving both the questions in the affirmative. Population aging resulting from demographic changes requires some challenging decisions and necessary steps to be taken by different stakeholders to manage current and future demand for assistance and support. The consequences of population aging can be mitigated to some extent by assisting technologies that can support the autonomous living of older individuals and persons in need of care in their private environments as long as possible. A variety of technical solutions are already available on the market, but privacy protection is a serious, often neglected, issue when using such (assisting) technology. Thus, privacy needs to be thoroughly taken under consideration in this context. In a three-year project PAAL (‘Privacy-Aware and Acceptable Lifelogging Services for Older and Frail People’), researchers from different disciplines, such as law, rehabilitation, human-computer interaction, and computer science, investigated the phenomenon of privacy when using assistive lifelogging technologies. In concrete terms, the concept of Privacy by Design was realized using two exemplary lifelogging applications in private and professional environments. A user-centered empirical approach was applied to the lifelogging technologies, investigating the perceptions and attitudes of (older) users with different health-related and biographical profiles. The knowledge gained through the interdisciplinary collaboration can improve the implementation and optimization of assistive applications. In this paper, partners of the PAAL project present insights gained from their cross-national, interdisciplinary work regarding privacy-aware and acceptable lifelogging technologies. © 2022, The Author(s).

The term "cloud computing" refers to a vast network of linked, virtually hosted, and easily updatable computer resources. That are capable of consisting of a number of different apps and offering a number of different services to customers, and that have the potential to do so. Customers are required to pay for the cost of using the Services in accordance with the company's "pay-for-use only" policy. However, there are certain firms, such as Google Inc, that provide customers with particular free storage space even though the services provided by the company are limited, specifically with regard to the public cloud. A third-party service provider frequently owns and maintains the infrastructure required to run cloud computing services. But because more and more data and files pertaining to individuals and businesses are being stored in the cloud, worries have started to grow about how safe it actually is. Among these are the protection of software for virtualization and distributed computing, the safety of application software, the administration of identities, and the authentication and restriction of access. Nevertheless, efficient user authentication is the most essential need of cloud computing, as it limits unauthorized usage of a cloud server. Cloud computing has become increasingly popular in recent years. In this research, we present a new authentication method between users and online computing systems that is based on the suggested secure hash algorithm (SHA-3) and makes use of the lightweight Sosemanuk method. We created this technique. That system is going to be known as the SoSha3 system. The design that has been proposed for the system deals with data in three different sizes: 128, 256, and 512 bits. In order to make these authentication systems suitable for cloud computing at high rates, some modifications were made to them. Statistical models, enhanced by deep learning techniques, have become pivotal in various predictive tasks, including financial forecasting. This paper addresses the challenge of predicting cryptocurrency prices, utilizing a dataset comprising various cryptocurrencies treated as time series. We employ several deep neural network architectures-including Multilayer Perceptrons (MLP), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory networks (LSTM), and Bidirectional LSTM networks-to forecast future prices. Our methodology involves a detailed analysis of cryptocurrency time series to inform the design of these networks. The performance of each model is rigorously compared, highlighting their predictive capabilities in the context of cryptocurrency markets. This study not only contributes to the empirical literature by applying advanced neural networks to high-volume financial data but also provides a comparative analysis that may guide future applications of deep learning in economic forecasting.
