The paper considers the problem associated with the construction of an antenna, based on the flat focusing reflector with waveguide slots of a square profile, filled with a homogeneous dielectric. Algorithms for antenna modeling and optimization are presented. Optimization is based on the use of a multi-criteria approach. The antenna directional diagram for the main frequency is demonstrated. Frequency dependences of antenna efficiency and aperture efficiency are shown. The illustration of the phase distribution that will correspond to the surface of the aperture for boundary frequencies is demonstrated. The illustration is given of the phase distribution at the emitting aperture at frequency for cutoff frequencies. © 2022 IEEE.

3D bioprinting is gaining immense importance in the biofabrication of organs, cartilages, bones, tissue repair or regeneration in tissue-engineered applications, personalized medicine, tailored therapies, and pharmaceutical testing. This study envisages the types of controls employed in the production of 3D printed bioimplants, which is either implemented through the use of digital control or action perceived with respect to response to stimuli, using various materials, printing techniques, and enabling technologies of Industry 4.0. Different search strings like 'enabling technologies' and 'controls' are used in the 3D printing of bioimplants, which are confined to computer science for the exploration of scientific literature from the Scopus database. The systematic literature review methodology of the extracted literature gives an insight into critical concepts, present status, publication trends, research domains, a survey of controls implemented in 3D printing of bioimplants since inception, and presents research directions for future work. This article underscores the significance of 3D bioprinting for business managers and practitioners in terms of opportunities and challenges, business model innovation, decision-making, costbenefit analysis, regulatory landscape, ethical and societal considerations, supply chain integration, market adoption barriers, and helping organizations achieve sustainability, precise control, biodegradability, efficiency, reliability, safety, and collaboration © 1973-2011 IEEE.

Software development companies commonly use Global Software Development (GSD) in their industry. A competent Scrum team supports the success of the GSD project. This research aims to identify the game components in the form of types, elements, and technologies that contribute to building experience for the Scrum team in a GSD environment. We used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the Kitchenham and snowball method. From the 12 papers, we concluded that none of the games specifically focused on the competence of the Scrum team at GSD. The SLR results also identify ten game elements and technologies as a reference for game development to meet the challenges in GSD. The conclusion is that there are still great opportunities to develop a game that can improve the competence of the GSD Scrum team. Game development should refer to elements and identified technologies. © 2022 IEEE.

Watershed partitioning, following a maximal vertex-cut constraint, ensures each basin is strictly isolated from its neighboring basins. This partition is composed of watershed arcs positioned between pairs of adjacent basins. When these arcs create a connected partition, applying watershed partition on an arc-graph ensures that the corresponding arcs of watershed points in the arc-graph still maintain this connected partition. This crucial property is leveraged in the proposed iterative watershed partition method for extracting hierarchical partition lines in an image. The method effectively extracts river basins from SRTM DEM data of the Indian state Uttarakhand, revealing a well-structured hierarchy of catchment basins.

Modern society strives for simpler, more efficient, dependable, speedier, and more automated lifestyle. Existing vegetable cutters in the market have drawbacks such as high investment costs, additional manpower, and time consumption. Moreover, none of them provide the feature of cleaning, peeling, and cutting in a single machine. The veggies offered in the market have pesticides and chemicals, and many people, in their haste, do not wash them properly, endangering their health. To reduce human labor while also providing good health care, a solution to this problem is required. This paper offers a novel method for developing a vegetable cutter and chopper using an Android application and IoT devices. In addition, smart vegetable cutters clean, peel, and cut veggies all in one piece of equipment. This strategy will assist human society in reducing the amount of additional manpower needed and would save them time. © 2023 IEEE.

In the dynamic landscape of online social networks, recognizing sensitive content is essential for safeguarding user privacy, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing diversity awareness. Building on prior research, this study explores new dimensions and methodologies for detecting sensitive content. We examine the temporal evolution of sensitive content, revealing how patterns shift over time, and address cross-linguistic challenges, emphasizing cultural and contextual nuances in detection. We employ advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning models and BERT that improve the accuracy and robustness of the detection procedure. In the experimental study, BERT transformer reported the best performance in detecting sensitive content in text. Additionally, we incorporate explainability techniques such as LIME and SHAP to provide deeper insights into the model's decision-making processes, ensuring predictions are interpretable and reliable. Our work enhances the theoretical framework of sensitive content detection in social networks and provide methods that are accurate and scalable and can facilitate the creation of user-centric interaction that prioritize privacy and user experience.

Organizations have adopted Continuous Software Engineering (CSE) practices aiming at making software development faster, iterative, integrated, continuous, and aligned with the business. In this context, they often use different applications (e.g., project management tools, source repositories, and quality assessment tools) that store valuable data to support daily activities and decision-making. However, data items often remain spread in different applications that adopt different data and behavioral models, posing a barrier to integrated data usage. As a consequence, data-driven software development is uncommon, missing valuable opportunities for product and process improvement. In this paper, we explore an ontology network addressing CSE aspects to develop a data integration solution in which networked ontologies are the basis to build reusable and autonomous software components that work together in a system federation to provide meaningful integrated data. We achieve a comprehensive and flexible solution that can be used as a whole or partially, by extracting only the components related to the subdomains of interest. © 2023 ACM.

A Fair and In-Depth Evaluation of Existing End-to-End Entity Linking Systems

Existing evaluations of entity linking systems often say little about how the system is going to perform for a particular application. There are two fundamental reasons for this. One is that many evaluations only use aggregate measures (like precision, recall, and F1 score), without a detailed error analysis or a closer look at the results. The other is that all of the widely used benchmarks have strong biases and artifacts, in particular: a strong focus on named entities, an unclear or missing specification of what else counts as an entity mention, poor handling of ambiguities, and an over- or underrepresentation of certain kinds of entities. We provide a more meaningful and fair in-depth evaluation of a variety of existing end-to-end entity linkers. We characterize their strengths and weaknesses and also report on reproducibility aspects. The detailed results of our evaluation can be inspected under https://***/emnlp2023. Our evaluation is based on several widely used benchmarks, which exhibit the problems mentioned above to various degrees, as well as on two new benchmarks, which address the problems mentioned above.
