Semantic communication, an emerging AI-driven communication paradigm, offers great potential for multimodal data delivery in space-ground integrated networks (SGINs). However, the dynamic nature of SGINs presents severe challenges for path selection, making it difficult to ensure the quality of service (QoS) at the semantic level. To this end, we propose in this paper a novel path selection scheme in space-ground multimodal semantic communication networks based on the sleeping multi-armed bandit (MAB) approach. Specifically, we first model the approximate semantic entropy and semantic rate, formulating an optimal path selection problem that integrates link state information and semantic data transmission volume. Then, we convert the path selection problem into a sleeping MAB problem and meticulously design an upper confidence bound (UCB)-based algorithm to solve it, called Periodic Probability Sleeping Path Selection (PPSPS), which copes with the dynamic feature of SGINs. We further theoretically verify the bounded regret of the PPSPS algorithm, indicating that it can ensure good semantic communication QoS. Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed path selection scheme compared to traditional reinforcement learning methods.

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have emerged as a state-of-the-art solution for establishing communication in remote and obstructed areas. However, before UAVs can be integrated into existing communication infrastructure, it is essential to address the energy constraints and security concerns arising from their line-of-sight links. This paper focuses on a UAV-enabled communication system in which a UAV relay facilitates information transfer from the source to the destination nodes when the direct link is heavily shadowed or obstructed. A nearby terrestrial passive eavesdropper can intercept information transmitted through the source-to-UAV and UAV-to-destination links. To address this, we utilize destination-aided cooperative jamming. Additionally, we consider simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) at the UAV to provide the energy required for data transmission. In particular, the UAV utilizes a hybrid-SWIPT technique to harvest energy from the radio-frequency signals. For this setup, we derive accurate expressions of secrecy outage probability and system secrecy throughput (SST) over Beaulieu-Xie distributed channels. Using the SST expression, we formulate an SST maximization problem to jointly optimize the transmit powers, power allocation, SWIPT coefficients, and UAV’s three-dimensional position. The formulated problem is solved using the hybrid heuristic framework, combining continuous genetic and particle swarm optimization algorithms. Numerical results demonstrate the significant enhancement in information secrecy of the system with the proposed hybrid scheme and also provide valuable insights into the system’s behavior. © 2019 IEEE.

With the emergence of current developments and their devices that allow correspondence between organizations with each other, just as it is between organizations and service providers, just as with their customers, for some reasons, including advertising and a return to what is acceptable to them with the organization. Items, deals, etc., therefore, this examination provides an internal and external investigation of the current web-based business phase with a focus on promising conditions, risks, qualities, and shortcomings of FashionValet's electronic stage, whose administrations offer more than the Internet. Also, FashionValet is a stage organizer for online shopping and style in Southeast Asia other than Poplook, Zalora, and others, and the bulk of them are important competitors to FashionValet and they implement their own systems. The FashionValet experience, for example, is the history of the creator just as the other company's foundation has been pointed out to characterize how organizations, especially FashionValet, have moved from their primary stage to where they are today as the most aggressive design project. In addition, the technologies and innovations used by FashionValet are shown to provide a comprehensive detailed blueprint. To understand the improvement in style organizations in Malaysia, it was examined further. The paper outlines the critical elements to FashionValet's thriving as an end. © 2021 IEEE.

Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) safety has always been a critical reason for hindering the development of magneticenabled wireless power transfer technology. People focus on the actual received energy at charging devices while paying attention to their health. Thus, we study this significant problem in this paper, and propose a universal safety guaranteed power-delivered-to-load (PDL) maximization scheme (called SafeGuard). Technically, we first utilize the off-the-shelf electromagnetic simulator to perform the EMR distribution analysis to ensure the universality of the method. Then, we innovatively introduce the concept of multiple importance sampling for achieving efficient EMR safety constraint extraction. Finally, we treat the proposed optimization problem as an optimal boundary point search problem from the perspective of space geometry, and devise a brand-new grid-based multi-constraint parallel processing algorithm to efficiently solve it. We implement a system prototype for SafeGuard, and conduct extensive experiments to evaluate it. The results indicate that our SafeGuard can obviously improve the achieved PDL by up to 1.75× compared with the state-of-the-art baseline while guaranteeing EMR safety. Furthermore, SafeGuard can accelerate the solution process by 29.12× compared with the traditional numerical method to satisfy the fast optimization requirement of wireless charging systems.

This study aims to build live texturing augmented reality to enhance the attractiveness of coloring books. This research has four main stages, namely data gathering, object preparations, software development and evaluations. This study uses UNITY 3D in building a Live Texturing Augmented Reality System. The AR method used is the Marker method. Users can color the marker. The 3D object will follow the color given to the marker in real time. This system is expected to increase children's attraction to coloring. It is hoped that children's understanding of color can also be improved. Furthermore, this system is expected to help children in deciding on color selection so that children's creativity is getting better.

Hard Regularization to Prevent Deep Online Clustering Collapse without Data Augmentation

Online deep clustering refers to the joint use of a feature extraction network and a clustering model to assign cluster labels to each new data point or batch as it is processed. While faster and more versatile than offline methods, online clustering can easily reach the collapsed solution where the encoder maps all inputs to the same point and all are put into a single cluster. Successful existing models have employed various techniques to avoid this problem, most of which require data augmentation or which aim to make the average soft assignment across the dataset the same for each *** propose a method that does not require data augmentation, and that, differently from existing methods, regularizes the hard assignments. Using a Bayesian framework, we derive an intuitive optimization objective that can be straightforwardly included in the training of the encoder network. Tested on four image datasets and one human-activity recognition dataset, it consistently avoids collapse more robustly than other methods and leads to more accurate clustering. Minimum Description Length Clustering to Measure Meaningful Image Complexity

We present a new image complexity metric. Existing complexity metrics cannot distinguish meaningful content from noise, and give a high score to white noise images, which contain no meaningful information. We use the minimum description length principle to determine the number of clusters and designate certain points as outliers and, hence, correctly assign white noise a low score. The presented method is a step towards humans’ ability to detect when data contain a meaningful pattern. It also has similarities to theoretical ideas for measuring meaningful complexity. We conduct experiments on seven different sets of images, which show that our method assigns the most accurate scores to all images considered. Additionally, comparing the different levels of the hierarchy of clusters can reveal how complexity manifests at different scales, from local detail to global structure. We then present ablation studies showing the contribution of the components of our method, and that it continues to assign reasonable scores when the inputs are modified in certain ways, including the addition of Gaussian noise and the lowering of the resolution. Measuring Size of Enterprise Applications: Using Data Transaction Points in the Field

ContextEnterprise Applications are complex, effort-intensive applications that include most of the business processes of the enterprises. They differ from traditional software applications by their high reuse rates. Effort predictions for these applications are usually performed in ad-hoc fashion and results in large variation. Prediction models utilizing traditional software size measures do not produce accurate results as *** this paper, we aim to evaluate a novel size measurement method for Enterprise *** developed a size measurement method considering unique characteristics of EA projects. This method measures "changes" where pre-built functionality is not sufficient for customer requirements. With the claim that the number of data groups executed for a transaction should be reflected in the size, we defined the size measurement unit, Data Transaction Point (DTP). We proposed to measure size of an EA project as DTP in three categories: "unchanged"," changed" and "new". In order to understand the applicability of the method in real life, we evaluated the accuracy of effort estimations using DTP for multiple *** size measurement method has been evaluated through two different SAP implementation projects. For assessing the effort estimation accuracy, MMRE, MdMRE and PRED (30) metrics were calculated. For the first project, results were "0.21", "0.17", "0.90" respectively, and for the second project, results were "0.24", "0.19", "0.78" respectively. These results showed that accuracy of effort estimations for both projects were in acceptable and reliable *** empirical study revealed that the proposed size measurement method is an applicable method for EA projects. Data breach is a serious issue as it leaks the personal information of more than billions of users and their privacy is compromised. More than 77% of organizations do not have a Cyber Security Incident Response plan. So, it is necessary to be informed of network security and ways to store and generate secured passwords. Having different and random passwords for ones digital accounts can exponentially increase the security of user’s data. The goal of this project is to build a password manager which can securely store and encrypt passwords and other data. The multifactor authentication will provide increased security to validate the user into password management system. Multifactor authentication system includes physical security key and graphical password authentication.
