VPN network is widely used at present, among which L2TP VPDN can better solve the problem of decentralized users accessing private networks, but users accessing through a variety of network types and multiple ISP will have higher time prices and occupy more bandwidth resources. Aiming at these drawbacks, a multi access L2TP VPDN network model named ILP is proposed, which has the characteristics of security and low cost. The simulation experiment of the new model is carried out, and the experimental results are analyzed by Waxman mathematical model, which shows that the results of the network simulation experiment are excellent. Finally, according to ILP model, the actual network is constructed, and all parameters operate normally. © 2022 IEEE.

Social media electronic word-of-mouth data affects stock market confidence and trading. As a result, stock market sentiment research of comments is essential for stock market forecasting. Unfortunately, English is becoming the de facto language for sentiment analysis. This study translates writings from places where English is not the local language into English so that multilingual sentiment analysis can be performed. In order to predict stock market movements, this research combined social media's unstructured data with structured data, such as transaction records and technical indicators. Parameter determination has a significant impact on the effectiveness of forecasting models;in recent years, deep-learning(DL) and machine-learning(ML) models have developed as effective means of dealing with anticipating issues. In order to anticipate stock market indices and business stock prices using hybrid data in places where English is not the native language, this research utilized Long-Short-Term Memory(LSTM) models that utilized the geneticalgorithm(GA) to choose parameters. The created LSTMGA model outperformed the other ML-strategies with different types of data in terms of accuracy when it came to generating forecasts using hybrid multilingual sentiment data. As a result, the stock market forecasting method that combines the suggested LSTMGA model with hybrid sentiment analysis is both practical and encouraging. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years,progressive developments have been observed in recent technologies and the production cost has been continuously *** such scenario,Internet of Things(IoT)network which is comprised of a set of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV),has received more attention from civilian tomilitary *** network security poses a serious challenge to UAV networks whereas the intrusion detection system(IDS)is found to be an effective process to secure the UAV *** IDSs are not adequate to handle the latest computer networks that possess maximumbandwidth and data *** order to improve the detection performance and reduce the false alarms generated by IDS,several researchers have employed Machine Learning(ML)and Deep Learning(DL)algorithms to address the intrusion detection *** this view,the current research article presents a deep reinforcement learning technique,optimized by BlackWidow Optimization(DRL-BWO)algorithm,for UAV *** addition,DRL involves an improved reinforcement learning-based Deep Belief Network(DBN)for intrusion *** parameter optimization of DRL technique,BWO algorithm is *** helps in improving the intrusion detection performance of UAV *** extensive set of experimental analysis was performed to highlight the supremacy of the proposed *** the simulation values,it is evident that the proposed method is appropriate as it attained high precision,recall,F-measure,and accuracy values such as 0.985,0.993,0.988,and 0.989 respectively.

The Internet of Things(IoT)is a modern approach that enables connection with a wide variety of devices *** to the resource constraints and open nature of IoT nodes,the routing protocol for low power and lossy(RPL)networks may be vulnerable to several routing ***’s why a network intrusion detection system(NIDS)is needed to guard against routing assaults on RPL-based IoT *** imbalance between the false and valid attacks in the training set degrades the performance of machine learning employed to detect network ***,we propose in this paper a novel approach to balance the dataset classes based on metaheuristic optimization applied to locality-sensitive hashing and synthetic minority oversampling technique(LSH-SMOTE).The proposed optimization approach is based on a new hybrid between the grey wolf and dipper throated optimization *** prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach,a set of experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of NIDS for three cases,namely,detection without dataset balancing,detection with SMOTE balancing,and detection with the proposed optimized LSHSOMTE *** results showed that the proposed approach outperforms the other approaches and could boost the detection *** addition,a statistical analysis is performed to study the significance and stability of the proposed *** conducted experiments include seven different types of attack cases in the RPL-NIDS17 *** on the 2696 CMC,2023,vol.74,no.2 proposed approach,the achieved accuracy is(98.1%),sensitivity is(97.8%),and specificity is(98.8%).

To accurately extract Brillouin frequency shift of BOTDA with large sweeping step sizes, a novel structure of GAFCNN is proposed, combining time series coding with convolutional neural networks. The experimental data validation results demonstrate that the GAFCNN is capable of obtaining more accurate results under large sweep steps and low signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) than other current methods. © 2025 SPIE.

The adaptation of microservice architecture has increased massively during the last few years with the emergence of the cloud. Containers have become a common choice for microservices architecture instead of VMs (Virtual Machines) due to their portability and optimized resource usage characteristics. Along with the containers, container-orchestration platforms are also becoming an integral part of microservice-based systems, considering the flexibility and scalability offered by the container-orchestration media. With the virtualized implementation and the dynamic attribute of modern microservice architecture, it has been a cumbersome task to implement a proper observability mechanism to detect abnormal behaviour using conventional monitoring tools, which are most suitable for static infrastructures. We present a system that will collect required data with the understanding of the dynamic attribute of the system and identify anomalies with efficient data analysis methods. © 2022 IEEE.

Privacy and security issues concerning mobile devices have substantial consequences for individuals, groups, governments, and businesses. The Android operating system bolsters smartphone data protection by imposing restrictions on app behavior. Nevertheless, attackers conduct systematic resource analyses and divert privacy-sensitive information from plain view. They employ evasive mechanisms to evade system monitoring and create an illusion of benign and non-sensitive communication. Furthermore, covert channels amplify the impact of these malicious activities by facilitating information transfer through non-standard methods. The purpose of this research is to shed light on these novel threats targeting Android systems. The study delves into security and privacy attacks that compromise sensitive user information. The methodology leverages evasion concepts and employs sound-specific covert channel communication, particularly ultrasonic channels. This research work introduces novel evasive attacks, namely Prime-Composite Evasive information Invasion (PCEII) and File-lock-based Evasive information Invasion (FEII), both relying on covert channel communication. These unique variants of attacks successfully evade user data within a few milliseconds for both noisy as well as non-noisy environments and do not show any signs of detection by antivirus mechanisms like Anti-Virus Guard (AVG), 360 security, etc. and state-of-the-art tools such as TaintDroid, MockDroid and others. The paper not only assesses their impact on the privacy and security of information but also introduces avenues for their detection and mitigation. © 2023 The Authors

Brain tumor is a global issue due to which several people suffer,and its early diagnosis can help in the treatment in a more efficient *** different types of brain tumors,including gliomas,meningiomas,pituitary tumors,as well as confirming the absence of tumors,poses a significant challenge using MRI *** approaches predominantly rely on traditional machine learning and basic deep learning methods for image *** methods often rely on manual feature extraction and basic convolutional neural networks(CNNs).The limitations include inadequate accuracy,poor generalization of new data,and limited ability to manage the high variability in MRI *** the EfficientNetB3 architecture,this study presents a groundbreaking approach in the computational engineering domain,enhancing MRI-based brain tumor *** approach highlights a major advancement in employing sophisticated machine learning techniques within computer Science and engineering,showcasing a highly accurate framework with significant potential for healthcare *** model achieves an outstanding 99%accuracy,exhibiting balanced precision,recall,and F1-scores across all tumor types,as detailed in the classification *** successful implementation demonstrates the model’s potential as an essential tool for diagnosing and classifying brain tumors,marking a notable improvement over current *** integration of such advanced computational techniques in medical diagnostics can significantly enhance accuracy and efficiency,paving the way for wider *** research highlights the revolutionary impact of deep learning technologies in improving diagnostic processes and patient outcomes in neuro-oncology.
