For decades, speed sensors based on the spatial frequency filter method have successfully proven themselves in a wide range of applications. This makes the sensor concept particularly suitable for the area of functional safety. New filter variants extend the previous measuring range to very low speeds up to standstill detection. By combining the sensor with a safety system on chip for recording and analysing measured values, a functionally safe measuring chain can be established. In order to demonstrate the variability and performance of the new filters, an optical application-specific integrated circuit was designed, which forms the basis for further extensive tests. The core components are a large number of freely configurable photodiode channels, which were realised via a redundant structure, as well as two different transimpedance amplifier concepts. In the further course of the project, the ASIC will be analysed with regard to its desired performance parameters and its robustness.

Learning to write in children requires the child's habit of using a pencil to write on paper. The manual method has drawbacks such as the use of a lot of paper when children have to study harder to keep repeating the exercises and also cannot be done online remotely. In addition to this, writing exercises on the touchscreen can also train children to be more skilled at using the touchscreen. To overcome these problems, the author will discuss the use of handwriting recognition technology to practice writing capital letters (A-H), where the technology will be built on a web-based basis. The recognition algorithm used is K-NN. Testing the use of the website was carried out at Tunas Mekar Sari Kindergarten, Denpasar. The identification number and result will be stored on the web server. Based on the experiment, it was found that from 80 image data, the K-NN algorithm succeeded in providing accurate recognition results on 60 image data, and obtained an accuracy of 78.75%. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper constructs a non-cooperative/cooperative stochasticdifferential game model to prove that the optimal strategies trajectory ofagents in a system with a topological configuration of a Multi-Local-Worldgraph would converge into a certain attractor if the system’s configuration isfixed. Due to the economics and management property, almost all systems aredivided into several independent Local-Worlds, and the interaction betweenagents in the system is more complex. The interaction between agents inthe same Local-World is defined as a stochastic differential cooperativegame;conversely, the interaction between agents in different Local-Worldsis defined as a stochastic differential non-cooperative game. We construct anon-cooperative/cooperative stochastic differential game model to describethe interaction between agents. The solutions of the cooperative and noncooperativegames are obtained by invoking corresponding theories, and thena nonlinear operator is constructed to couple these two solutions *** last, the optimal strategies trajectory of agents in the system is proven toconverge into a certain attractor, which means that strategies trajectory arecertainty as time tends to infinity or a large positive integer. It is concluded thatthe optimal strategy trajectory with a nonlinear operator of cooperative/noncooperativestochastic differential game between agents can make agentsin a certain Local-World coordinate and make the Local-World paymentmaximize, and can make the all Local-Worlds equilibrated;furthermore, theoptimal strategy of the coupled game can converge into a particular attractorthat decides the optimal property.

Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a prevalent eye complication among individuals with diabetes. Early detection of DR can prevent vision loss and lower associated problems. Manual diagnosis via retinal fundus images requires the expertise of medical professionals to assess several complex characteristics, including visual acuity tests, pupil dilation, and optical consistency tomography. The process is challenging, time-consuming, and prone to errors. This paper proposes a deep learning (DL) technique, DRDnet22, to detect and categorize DR into five distinct stages. The APTOS 2019 dataset is utilized in this study, which contains 3662 images. The study employs dense block and transition layer with global average pooling (GAP) techniques, and the combination of distinct Convolutional Networks (ConvNets) results in an enhanced representation beyond the utilization of features from a single ConvNet alone. To conduct an ablation analysis, the conventional pre-trained model’s performance was compared. The performance evaluation points out that the proposed model achieved 81.6% accuracy, which is an advantage over other DCNN models. Despite facing a few inaccuracies, the model’s competence in spotting vital features underscores its diagnostic potential.

The concept of sustainable environment enhancement has drawn attention on a global scale. This study examines the connection between environmental design as well as the long-term development of a sustainable environment in the modern era using a big data approach. Big data analytics is the challenging process of sifting through vast amounts of data to discover subtle data like market patterns, connections, and client preferences. To evaluate commercial big data, we proposed a novel, highly efficient approach for controlling the sustainable environmental supply system. Additionally, this lessens the hazard that comes with using hazardous substances. This research covers both economic expenses and carbon emissions in 3 contexts. The results show that the environment's sustainability scale will expand as the Binhai region of China is further developed, the commercial structure is changed, and the public's view of urban sustainable advancement steadily rises. © 2023 Bharati Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

Persistent Memory (PM) offers both byte-address ability and non-volatility, making it well-suited for accelerating $\mathrm{B}^{+}$ -Tree indexes. However, existing persistent $\mathrm{B}^{+}$ -Tree indexes face significant performance challenges due to high structural modification operation (SMO) overhead. SMOs often result in costly item migrations and increased tail latency, which severely degrade the overall performance. In this paper, we present SSTree, a high-performance $\mathrm{B}^{+}$ – Tree index specifically optimized to address SMO overhead. SSTree introduces three key innovations: (i) efficient leaf node expansion using a list of subnodes to postpone expensive node splits, (ii) delegated fingerprints to speed up search operations across subnodes, and (iii) proactive subnode compaction that employs out-of-place updates to optimize item organization. Our evaluation demonstrates that SSTree delivers up to $4.38\times$ higher write throughput and up to $62\times$ lower tail latency compared to state-of-the-art persistent $\mathrm{B}^{+}$ -Tree indexes.

In the application scenario of robot autonomous tasks, the robot needs to be able to complete calibration online and automatically to achieve self-maintenance, which differs from traditional robot hand-eye calibration in that the traditional robot hand-eye calibration requires a dedicated calibration board to assist offline completion. Aiming at the problem that the existing self-calibration methods cannot be optimized as a whole, which leads to low accuracy and instability of the solution, a multi-stage objective function optimization self-calibration algorithm is proposed, which describes the solution of hand-eye self-calibration as a minimization objective function problem involving multiple stages. An optimization method based on the minimization of re-projection error is designed to compensate for the results, which uses an efficient Oriented fast and rotated brief (ORB) feature extraction algorithm and introduces a scoring mechanism to retain more correct matching points in the feature matching stage. Two different types of experiments were designed to validate our method. One is a single camera dataset experiment, which shows that our method is more accurate and robust than the existing self-calibration method;the other is an application platform experiment, which verifies the feasibility and availability of our method. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

VPN network is widely used at present, among which L2TP VPDN can better solve the problem of decentralized users accessing private networks, but users accessing through a variety of network types and multiple ISP will have higher time prices and occupy more bandwidth resources. Aiming at these drawbacks, a multi access L2TP VPDN network model named ILP is proposed, which has the characteristics of security and low cost. The simulation experiment of the new model is carried out, and the experimental results are analyzed by Waxman mathematical model, which shows that the results of the network simulation experiment are excellent. Finally, according to ILP model, the actual network is constructed, and all parameters operate normally.
