Combining with the lαβ color space and the nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT), a novel fusion algorithm for infrared and color visible images based on the color transfer and information entropy was proposed. Firstly, the R, G, B bands of the color visible image were averaged and then the intensity component image was attained. Secondly, the attained component image and the infrared image were merged based on the NSCT and then a grayscale fused image was obtained. Lastly, a color transfer method based on the lαβ color space was employed to transfer the color information of the color visible image into the fused grayscale image and then the final fused color image wss attained. When the grayscale visible image and the infrared image arefused, according to the physical characters of the infrared image, a weighted averaging scheme based on the local area mean and local area information entropy was proposed for the lowpass subband coefficients. As well, according to the distribution differences of the noise and the geometric characters of the image in the NSCT domain, a selection principle based on the local area direction entropy and the local area energy was proposed for the bandpass directional subband coefficients. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm not only can extract the abundant background information of the visible image and the target localization information of the infrared image, but also can make the fused color image maintain the nature color information of the visible image as much as possible.

A passive image steganalysis method is proposed to universally detect spatial-domain steganography schemes. It is shown to have better performance than universal steganalyzers known to be powerful in spatial domain, including the WFLogSv and the WAM methods. This level of accuracy is the result of improving the WFLogSv steganalyzer by considering a more comprehensive relationship between the singular values of each image block and the linear correlation of the rows and the columns. That is, instead of the closeness of the lower singular values to zero, the energy distribution of the singular values is investigated. An innovative measure is proposed for this investigation, which is inspired from arithmetic mean-geometric mean inequality. Experimental results confirm the supremacy of the proposed steganalysis scheme over its counterparts.

Based on the current development of Model Driven Architecture (MDA) in Enterprise Information System (EIS), the paper proposes a DMDA, a new development architecture to improve EIS development speed and quality. The basic idea of the DMDA is to take advantage of formal description, decomposition and re-use on EIS development process to let computer understand development demands of developers and then consequently generate some business models having nothing to do with specific technical realization, combine with specific technical basic platform to finally generate the EIS meeting actual demands based on data model. The practice proves the architecture is capable of simplifying EIS development difficulty, expediting application and development speed, improve development quality and achieve the rapid development purpose.
