The investigation of the optoelectronic characteristics of all-perovskite tandem solar cells holds pivotal significance in surpassing the Shockley-Queisser limit of single-junction perovskite solar cells. Initially, we established two distinct four-terminal tandem solar cells (4T TSCs) composed of different perovskite materials: FA0.8Cs0.2Pb(I0.7Br0.3)3 (Eg = 1.75 eV) and MASnI3 (Eg = 1.3 eV). Through numerical simulations of the optoelectronic characteristics of 4T TSCs, we evaluated the performance of the TSCs at varying perovskite layer thicknesses. Following optimization, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the 4T TSCs increased from the initial 30.34% to 33.54%. Through an in-depth analysis of the cell and energy distribution in TSCs, it was observed that the light-coupling layer significantly influenced the PCE of the 4T TSCs. Upon optimizing the light-coupling layer, the PCE of the TSC increased from the initial 30.34% to 34.7%. This study provides crucial theoretical and experimental foundations for optimizing the performance of all-perovskite TSCs. © 2024 IEEE.

In the array signal processing field, the DOA estimation algorithm based on sparse recovery has evolved from gradually transitioning from using a partitioned overcomplete grid dictionary for basis matching to solving semidefinite programming problems in the continuous frequency domain through atomic norm minimization. This transition aims to mitigate the grid mismatch caused by discretization, leading to improved DOA estimation accuracy. Currently, the interior-point method utilizing the CVX solver SDPT3 is commonly employed for solving this problem, but it exhibits high computational complexity and is unsuitable for real-time processing. This paper introduces the Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) into the solution of the atomic norm minimization problem. By employing an augmented Lagrangian expansion and alternating iterative updates of variables, this approach decouples the multivariable coupled unconstrained convex optimization problem, thereby significantly reducing computational complexity. Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the ADMM-based atomic norm minimization DOA estimation method achieves both accurate estimation and lower computational complexity. © The Institution of Engineering & Technology 2023.

Generative large language models (LLMs) show promise in multicultural teaching, but existing methods rely heavily on labeled data and resources, struggling to capture cultural nuances and generalize across various teaching contexts. To address the above issues, the paper introduces an innovative method called Multicultural Prompt Learning (MPL), which applies Chain of Thought (CoT) to prompt design. By gradually refining prompts, multicultural elements are integrated step by step, enabling AI to better understand and handle cultural nuances. This approach produces richer, more accurate, and diverse outputs, specifically aimed at enhancing students' understanding of different cultures in multicultural teaching contexts. The experiment used a questionnaire, including image quality evaluation and a blind content comprehension, to compare Chain of Thought and traditional prompts. Results show Chain of Thought prompts outperform traditional methods in all dimensions, offering greater practical and educational value. © 2024 IEEE.

For a micromotion space target, its narrowband radar cross section (RCS) series reflects the characteristics of target shape and motion. In practical scenarios, however, the RCS series of distant targets with weak scattering coefficients suffers from low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and performing separate noise suppression and recognition purely on the amplitude results in degraded recognition performance. To tackle this issue, an end-to-end complex-valued (CV) time convolutional attention denoising recognition network, dubbed as CV-TCANet, is proposed. Specifically, the denoising module captures temporal correlation by the CV attention mechanism and calculates the noise mask for denoising;and the recognition module utilizes the CV temporal convolutional network (CV-TCN) for feature extraction and recognition. In addition, a hybrid loss is designed to realize the integration of denoising and recognition, thus preserving target information while denoising and improving the recognition accuracy. Experimental results have proved that the proposed method could achieve satisfying recognition performance at low SNR. © 2025 IEEE.

Aerial animal migration is closely related to human life, and radar is one of the most effective means of observing it. However, scanning radar has a low data rate, a short integration time, and lacks prior knowledge of target speed, while migratory animals exhibit high mobility. These factors make traditional tracking filter algorithms ineffective at predicting their movement. To address this issue, this paper proposes a tracking filter algorithm based on group dynamics constraints, leveraging the characteristic behavior of migratory animals flying in groups. First, the dynamic state of the group is calculated using the group as the research unit. Then, tracking filtering is performed under the constraint of group dynamics. Simulation and field data have verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

Most synthetic aperture radar (SAR) target recognition (ATR) methods focus on closed set conditions, which assumes that the testing set shares the same label space with the training set. However, new targets inevitably appear in practical testing phase. Closed-set SAR target recognition methods will misclassify those unseen new targets as the known targets in training phase, causing decision errors. Zero-shot recognition (ZSR) is an effective way to make predictions for unknown classes. Existing ZSR methods, which are primarily designed for optical images, typically construct an attribute knowledge base shared among known and unknown targets, and then learn the feature-attribute mapping using only known class data, which is subsequently applied to predict attributes of unknowns during testing and achieve class judgment. Unfortunately, the optical ZSR methods do not perform well in SAR data, due to the huge difficulty in the learning of feature-attribute mapping caused by the less accurate target representation of SAR images than the optical images. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes a ZSR method of SAR target with optical image assistance. In detail, on the basis of attribute knowledge base construction, the proposed method maps the known optical and SAR training data to the feature space through their respective feature extraction network, and uses feature aggregation loss to ensure that optical and SAR image features from the same category are close to each other, while those from different categories remain far apart. Based on the alignment of optical and SAR features, the feature-attribute mapping is learned using both SAR and optical data, leveraging the advantages of optical images in the easier and more accurate learning of feature-attribute mapping to promote the learning of SAR images. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) synthetic aperture radar (SAR) has been widely used in modern remote sensing applications. The requirements for high-resolution and real-time processing have grown rapidly in recent years. In practice, affected by flight deviations, motion errors are inevitable in returned echoes, leading to residual range cell migration (RCM) error and azimuth phase error (APE) at the same time. The SAR image formation algorithm in the frequency domain is considered efficient. While some operations, such as RCM correction, can break the linear relationship of errors between the range and azimuth direction, making motion compensation complicated. This paper derived the relationship between the residual RCM and APE based on the quadratic error model and proposed a novel multi-subaperture motion compensation (MOCO) method, which can be applied to high-order errors. Simulations are provided to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method. © 2024 IEEE.

Electronic attack (EA) equipment can interfere radar systems by emitting interference signals with the assistant of the electronic support measurement (ESM) equipment. In this case, masking signalss can be designed to deceive ESM equipment and prevent EA equipment from emitting interference. This paper proposes an active anti-interference signal design method for Multiple-input Multiple-output (MIMO) radar. Designed masking signals cover a radar signal in the time domain, but the frequency band of the masking signals in the frequency domain does not completely overlap with the radar signal, making it difficult for an enemy ESM equipment to determine whether the obtained signal is a radar signal or interference masking signals. To reduce the cross correlation sidelobes between radar signals and masking signals, the masking signals are designed with upper and lower frequency bands with an identical center frequency, and then the spectrum of the masking signals can be efficient shifted to achieve the spectrum overlap, therefore, low cross correlation sidelobes can be ensured. Simulation results indicate that the propsoed algorithm can reduce the cross-correlation sidelobe level to the level of -100 dB, and it is also shown that the proposed algorithm is robust to the radar transmission delay. © 2024 IEEE.

Compared with static QR codes, dynamic QR codes have outstanding advantages such as information redefinition and re coding, and their application scenarios and methods are more flexible and varied. In order to further improve the information security threshold of this type of QR code and expand its value-added service functions, this article proposes a novel dynamic QR code technology with anti-replication properties, provides the generation method of this QR code, and compares and analyzes several typical generation algorithms, including UUID, data encryption, digital watermarking, etc., after experimental testing, the information security of this technology in the application process can be effectively improved. At the same time, potential security risk factors during the dynamic QR code generation process were analyzed, and information security protection measures based on multiple combinations of data encryption, dynamic keys, and identity verification were proposed. This technology can be widely applied in fields such as anti-counterfeiting of product packaging information, information traceability, and value-added services. © 2024 SPIE.
