A new method is studied and designed in this paper to strengthen the adaptability and practicability of frequency-hopping (FH) signal detection under the complicated electromagnetic environment. The proposed method includes four processing algorithms: channelization, estimation of the background noise, selection of the FH channel, and FH signal detection. Through this method, FH signals can be effectively detected under the complicated environment even with strong interference. The simulation and results suggest this method improves the accuracy of FH signal detection and signal-to-noise ratio greatly.

The car still represents the bulk of urban transport in large cities. However the weight of the car tends to be reduced as a result of public policies, the emergence of new transport alternatives and the increasing cost of use of private vehicles. Public transport are not enough to resolve the problems of urban mobility and soft modes (walking and cycling) being relevant only for short distances and mild weather conditions. Nowadays, the collaborative models (carpooling and car-sharing) are increasingly popular and appear among the possible solutions. In this paper, we present new extensions of MATSim to support modeling and simulating carpooling and car-sharing trips. The new modules are totally integrated in MATSim and we carried out a validation study of our results with real data collected in the Grater Region.

A new method of high-speed object detection using planar capacitive sensor was presented. The planar capacitive consists of two electrodes. A sine signal was applied on one electrode to form a quasi-electrostatic field and another electrode was use to detect the object signal. The voltage of the detecting electrode is changed when an object approached to the planar capacitive. The detection model of the planar capacitive sensor was established. The relationship between the rendezvous distance and the voltage variation was deduced. The increase of the electrode diameter and the decrease of the electrodes space contributed to the improvement of the capacitive sensor's sensitivity. The experimental results showed that the planar capacitive sensor could achieve short range detection for high-speed object.

The research method of identification of the electronic equipment's power-on characteristics based on the data of bus voltage ripple is introduced. The main purpose is to achieve the recognition of the equipment's power-on characteristics through a certain algorithm design, and provide reference for the follow-up intelligent applications of the bus-ripple-tester. Two methods are used here. One is frequency spectrum analysis based on the collected signals. Due to the differences of spectrum distribution between these equipment's signals collected before and after their power-on time, the frequency band of each equipment's characteristic distribution is different, which make it possible to achieve the purpose of identification. The other is the time-frequency analysis based on wavelet transform. According to the difference of wavelet energy of the equipment's signals collected before and after their power-on time, the equipment can be recognized.
