To enhance the efficiency of modern engineering optimization problems involving computationally intensive analysis models, a new radial basis function (RBF) metamodel based global optimization method using particle swarm evolution and fuzzy c-means clustering, notated as PSFC-RBF, is presented. In PSFC-RBF, particle swarm evolution is used to generate a large amount of inexpensive samples, and then fuzzy c-means clustering is used to cluster the cheap samples for identifying the interesting space. Sequential expensive samples are produced to update RBF metamodel and lead the optimization process converge to the global optimum in an efficiency manner. PSFC-RBF is validated by using several numerical benchmark problems and an engineering problem. In terms of the comparison results with some other metamodel-based optimization methods, PSFC-RBF shows satisfactory performance in both optimization efficiency and global convergence capability. Moreover, the good robustness of PSFC-RBF is also demonstrated.

Flue gas generator set is a kind of large high-speed rotating machinery in petrochemical industry. This research focuses on noise reduction algorithms basis on the Birgé-Massartthreshold. Obtained the threshold through Penalization Strategy Provided by Birgé-Massart;constructed different modulus maximum vertex neighborhood on different wavelet transform decomposition scales to influence the search process of modulus maximum point;obtained the appropriate modulus maximum points sequence on various wavelet decomposition scales;highlighted state feature information;finally usedMallat staggered projection to reconstruct signals. In order to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm, it was compared with four kinds of threshold noise suppression methods namely Rigrsure, Sqtwolog, Heursure, Minimaxi. The results show that this algorithm has a better signal to noise ratio and mean-square error.

For the increasing demand of the measurement accuracy, each link to affect the precision of photoelectric autocollimator needs to be analyzed and derived. In view of the analysis of the lack for the right angle prism pien errors which effect on the measurement precision, this paper adopts the method of vector analysis and coordinate transformation, to solve the relationship between the image type photoelectric autocollimator reticules imaging and prism space angle. On this basis, analyze the influence of the right angle prism error on the measurement. To verify the correctness of test derivation, using a type of photoelectric autocollimator and right angle prisms for experiments, the test results coincide with the conclusion of theoretical derivation.

According to the present situation of the wireless communicationtechnology in the mine underground, the article makes a compare and analysis of the present of widely use of IrDA, RFID, Bluetooth, UWB and ZigBee etc. Short distance wireless communication, and designs the mine underground personnel positioning system using RFID technology based on the research of transmission characteristics of radio in the mine underground. It provides a feasible scheme for wireless communicationtechnology in the mine underground. The experiment results show that if RF rate is set at 250Kbps, when people move, the network connection to the underground modulation assistant personnel carry identification cards, and the uplink and downlink can be observed in the computer, it can operate normally required in the design environment.

Wireless communication network has such features as limited bandwidth, changeful channel and dynamic topology, etc. In MANETS, the performance is significantly degraded as the scale of the network grows, which has lots of difficulties in accessing control, bandwidth distribution, resource assign and congestion control. Therefore, in this paper, we have proposed an online self-organized group establishing mechanism for strategic mobile scenarios of MANETs to realize the maneuverability of putting the secure group operations into effect. First of all, the algorithm performs initialization for each node, and then the nodes determine group-manager based on condition function and invite neighboring nodes to join in, finally, the rest nodes without grouping confirm their own groups by the group condition function. Both theoretical analysis and simulation experiments have demonstrated that our method can meet the scalability requirement which plays an important role in prolonging the network lifetime and effectively saving the communication, computation and storage overhead in strategic mobile scenario of MANETs.
