Wireless channel capacity is an important indicator for a measure of mobile communications network to accommodate the largest number of users. The analysis and study on MIMO channels capacity is benifit to network's construction and optimization. This paper gives three kinds of channel capacity equation when different power allocation is adopted, especially deduces approximate expression of MIMO channel capacity in low SNR. Theory of wireless communication and matrix is applied to deducing conclusion. Channel capacity can be improved and complexity of computing is reduced in different situations.

In this paper we are highlighting the signals that are not Fourier transformable and give its Fourier transform using PCA (Principle Component Analysis), lDA (linear Discriminant Analysis). Such signals are step signal, signum, etc. Basically Fourier transform transforms time domain signal into frequency domain and after transformation describes what frequencies original signal have. Principle Component Analysis is a way of identifying patterns (recognition) in the data and the differences of the data is highlighted. With the help of PCA & lDA we do the dimension reduction of the signal. lDA is used in statistics and machine learning to find a linear combination of features which characterize or separate two or more classes of objects or events. The resulting combination may be used as a linear classifier or, more commonly, for dimensionality reduction before later classification. lDA is closely related to anova (analysis of variance). PCA is used for analyzing. Main advantage of PCA is that once patterns are found and data is compressed that is by reducing the number of dimension without much loss of information. Dimension reduction is the process of reducing the number of random variables under consideration, and can be divided into feature selection and feature extraction. Feature selection approaches try to find a subset of the original variables and feature extraction transforms the data in the high-dimensional space to a space of fewer dimensions.

Based on parameterized algebraical method, the non-prefect reconstruction (NPR) biorthogonal wavelet is presented. According to the particularity of image edge detection process, the perfect construction condition is relaxed. The low pass decomposition filter of non-prefect reconstruction biorthogonal wavelet is even symmetry about zero location, so that the edge position is more accuracy in multi-scale decomposition. The high pass decomposition filter is odd symmetry about 1/2 location and the sign is monotonic. The wavelet with above properties can ensure the validity of edge detection.

The structure and working principle of Phase-Inversion Symmetric - Spread Spectrum communication (PIS-SSC) system were described. Two kinds of implementations of Phase-Inversion Symmetric decoding part in the system were proposed, and analysis and comparison of the two methods were carried out. Meanwhile, the PIS-SSC system structures based on two decoding methods have been modeled and simulated, and bit error rates were compared under the same signal power and code element rate. Simulation results verify the bit error rate of PIS-SSC system based on unipolar pulse decoding method is lower than PIS-SSC system based on bipolar pulse decoding method,Meanwhile, verify the bit error rate of Phase-Inversion Symmetric-Spread Spectrum communication system is lower than traditional Spread Spectrum communication (SSC) system under superposition channel of Gauss noise and artificial interference.

The proposed approach was applied to a clinical database consisting of 30 objects. Tapered cells can be used in E-filed probes calibration. Nevertheless, few research documents on tapered cells are found presently. In our lab, we configured an E-field probe calibration system with a tapered cell. By using a reference probe as standard, we can determine the correction factors of E-field probes for frequency range from 200 MHz to 2.5 GHz. This paper describes the structure and characteristics of the tapered cell. The way to use it for probes calibration is also introduced.
