In this paper, the fault analysis of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules is studied. The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) methods are used to analyze the failure mode and its causes. Based on the results of fault analysis, the infrared image analysis and recognition methods are studied for the two fault modes of infrared hot spot and component shedding of Photovoltaic(PV) modules. The YOLOv5s image recognition method based on clustering improvement and feature enhancement is discussed. The experimental results show that the YOLOv5s image recognition algorithm with clustering improvement and feature enhancement improves the training effect of the model by using the EIOU loss function to adaptively adjust the confidence loss balance coefficient, and the detection speed (Frame Per Second, FPS) can reach 42.37 FPS; by adding InRe feature enhancement modules before each detection layer, the extraction ability of target features is improved. The mean Average Precision (mAP) of hot spot and component shedding are 94.85 % and 90.67 %, respectively, which can fully meet the needs of UAV automatic inspection.

In unstructured environments, ensuring the safe operation of autonomous vehicles necessitates precise perception and thorough analysis of the surrounding terrain. Existing traversability analysis methods frequently rely on data from a single sensor and fail to integrate vehicle characteristics with environmental geometric features. This limitation results in weak environmental perception and poor performance in traversability analysis. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an innovative approach. By fusing data from multiple LiDAR sensors, the method constructs a locally dense traversability map, significantly enhancing the completeness and reliability of terrain ***, this approach combines vehicle characteristics with multiple environmental geometric factors to generate a traversability layer. This integration leads to a more holistic understanding of the terrain, improving the vehicle's ability to navigate complex environments safely. The proposed method demonstrates outstanding performance in traversability estimation, enabling a more accurate evaluation of traversability. This, in turn, provides a solid guarantee for the safe driving of autonomous vehicles in various challenging *** system underwent rigorous testing in unstructured environments to validate its effectiveness. The test results indicate that the elevation maps and traversability layer generated by this method exhibit significant improvements in both detail and accuracy. These advancements ensure that autonomous vehicles can better perceive and navigate their surroundings, ultimately contributing to safer and more reliable autonomous driving in unstructured and complex terrains. © The Institution of engineering & technology 2024.

Talent flow is a vital component of the region's competitiveness and development. Accurately grasping talent trends can aid in the development of the region. Unlike text and image data, the characteristics of questionnaire data are more dependent on prior and potential correlations between each factor than on its order and position relationship. To efficiently extract features from questionnaire data and accurately predict talent flow, this paper proposes a novel talent flow prediction method based on the graph attention network. In our method, the data is transformed into graph data, the data feature is saved in the nodes, the adjacency matrix stores the link between the nodes, and an attention mechanism allocates the aggregate weight when the neighbor nodes are aggregated. The experiment demonstrates that the method proposed in this paper outperforms other algorithms for similar tasks both in accuracy and efficiency. It achieves an overall classification accuracy of 92.33% and more than 90% of the classification accuracy in each category prediction classification on our dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

In this article, we solve the fast finite-time stabilization as well as adaptive neural control design issues for a class uncertain stochastic nonlinear systems. By employing the mean value theorem, the pure-feedback form can be transformed into strict-feedback case. Firstly, a new fast finite-time control scheme is proposed in virtue of generalizing the fast finite-time adaptive control strategy for deterministic systems to the stochastic case. Next, a novel adaptive neural control strategy is developed to simultaneously deal with the stochastic nonlinear systems with completely unknown nonlinearities as well as the disturbances term. Then, stability analysis have been given based on a Jensen's inequality. © 2023 IEEE.

In this study, an enhanced method and system for hyperspectral image classification are presented, based on deep cross-scene few-shot learning. This pertains to the domain of remote sensing image processing technology and addresses the prevalent issues of inadequate classification performance in existing techniques for hyperspectral image categorization. The core aspects of this invention encompass the following: utilization of two mapping layers to standardize the input dimensions between the source and target domains; the deployment of an embedded feature extractor to incorporate the image cubes from both the source and target domains into a space-spectral embedding environment simultaneously, ensuring that like samples are closely aligned and dissimilar ones are distanced. Through gauging the distances between each class of unlabeled and labeled samples in this space-spectral embedding zone, learning with a few number of examples in both the source and target domains is achieved. Furthermore, a conditional domain discriminator is employed to mitigate domain shifts between domains, thus solidifying the domain stability of the extracted spatial-spectral embedding features. This innovative approach allows for high-precision hyperspectral data categorization, even when only a few examples are available.

The conventional approach to frequency regulation predominantly relies on thermal and hydroelectric power generation units. As a growing variety of frequency regulation resources become accessible to power systems, there is significant variation in their performance characteristics, it is important to quantify their capabilities in the frequency service markets. This study introduces a technique to calculate the equivalent ratio of these resources by analyzing their primary response to frequency deviations derived from open-loop control. Based on the rotor motion equation of the generator, this paper constructs a load frequency control model incorporating two distinct regulation resources, linearize their outputs, and integrate them into the model. Through differential equations, this paper derives analytical expressions for the frequency deviation curve, enabling the determination of key frequency metrics. The equivalent ratio is then calculated by comparing the output power of resources with similar performance indicators. Finally, the paper investigates the impact of diverse parameters on the computation of the equivalent ratio employing simulation-based experimental analysis. © 2024 IEEE.

Novel combined model predictive control method is presented, which includes long-term trajectory planning, outer-loop model predictive trajectory and angular momentum control, and inner-loop attitude control. Firstly, the influence of long-period perturbation characteristics on long term station keeping of geosynchronous satellite is fully considered, and the station keeping trajectory is optimized for 3 months to 6 months. Then, taking the long-term planning results as the reference trajectory and considering the engineering constraint model, the outer-loop control is realized within 7 days to 14 days, so that the position trajectory meets the planning expectations and meets the requirements of orbit and angular momentum optimal control. The inner loop control adopts the attitude control method considering the continuous torque effect of small thrust, so as to meet the requirements of real-time angular momentum and attitude control with higher frequency. The method has been successfully verified by on-orbit flight tests, showing the characteristics of high control accuracy, high fuel utilization efficiency, and being adaptive to various engineering constraints. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Hybrid high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission has the characteristic of long transmission distance,complex corridor environment,and rapid fault evolution of direct current(DC)*** high fault current can easily cause irreversible damage to power devices,rapid and reliable line protection and isolation are necessary to improve the security and reliability of hybrid HVDC transmission *** address such requirement,this paper proposes a single-ended protection method based on transient voltage frequency band ***,the frequency characteristics of the smoothing reactor,DC filter,and DC line are analyzed,and the characteristic frequency band is defined.A fault criterion is then constructed based on the voltage characteristic frequency band energy,and faulty pole selection is performed according to the fault voltage characteristic frequency band energy *** proposed protection method is verified by simulation,and the results show that it can rapidly and reliably identify internal and external faults,accurately select faulty poles without data communication synchronization,and has good fault-resist-ance and anti-interference performance.

Phase retrieval algorithms, such as the Wirtinger Flow (WF) algorithm, are widely used in various fields. As a non-convex optimization algorithm for phase retrieval, WF is commonly employed in the reconstruction of holograms in holographic image projection. These types of algorithms typically involve two stages: an initialization stage and an iterative optimization stage. In the initialization stage, an initial value is provided, and a spectral method is used to calculate an approximate solution as the initial guess. The iterative optimization stage then utilizes the Wirtinger gradient to iteratively compute and converge the initial guess to a nearby real solution, thereby obtaining the global optimal solution. However, due to the random nature of the initial values, the computed results often exhibit significant instability. To address this issue, this paper proposes an approach based on a quadratic distribution for improving the stability of the results. In the initialization stage, the initial value is set as the quadratic distribution initial value. Then, the spectral method is applied again to calculate the initial guess. Since the quadratic distribution initial value is artificially assigned, it enhances the stability of the computed results. To validate this method, the paper applies the quadratic distribution initial value to both the initialization stage of the WF algorithm and the Truncated Amplitude Flow (TAF) algorithm. A comparison is made between the results obtained using random initial value and those obtained using the quadratic distribution initial values. The results demonstrate that compared to random initial values, the quadratic distribution initial values can achieve faster and equally accurate computation results with higher stability. Finally, this method is applied to simulation experiments of in-line digital holography, and the reconstruction results from the experiments further confirm the effectiveness of our approach. © 2023 SPIE.
