A two-channel Sallen-Key low-pass filter on three non-inverting amplifiers is studied, which has the property of unrelated digital set of the upper cut-off frequency at constant index of the transmission coefficient in the bandwidth range. The restructuring of the upper cutoff frequency and the attenuation of the pole is carried out by modify the resistors' resistance of one in the upper channel of the low-pass filter. It is shown that a non-inverting amplifier in the lower channel of the low-pass filter can have a small value of the systematic zero bias voltage component, what is important for the operation of the low-pass filter at the input of analog-to-digital converters. It has been established that due to the construction of a low-pass filter according to a two-channel architecture, the requirement for the magnitude of the output static voltage of the upper channel is removed. The base equations of the new low-pass filter scheme are given and the summary modeling in the Micro-Cap was pictured. © 2022 IEEE.

A new architecture of the band-pass RLC filter (RLC-PBF) is considered, in which independent adjustment of the pole frequency, pole quality factor and transmission coefficient is implemented with different resistors at constant values of the capacitance of the frequency-setting capacitor and the frequency-setting inductance. The results of the RLC-PBF simulation in the Micro-Cap environment are discussed, which confirm these properties. The basic mathematical expressions for the transfer function of the RLC-PBF and the parameters of its amplitude-frequency characteristic are obtained. The proposed RLC-PBF circuitry is recommended for adaptive signal filtering in radio engineering and measuring systems. Due to the appropriate choice of parameters of active and passive elements, the operation of the considered RLC-PBF is ensured both at low and at high frequencies. © 2022 IEEE.

A new RLC high-pass filter circuit is considered, in which, due to the introduction of additional buffer amplifiers (voltage followers) and resistive voltage dividers, independent tuning of the pole Q-factor and the pole frequency by various resistance is realized at constant capacitance values of the frequency-setting capacitor and frequency-setting inductance. The article discusses the conclusion of modeling RLC high-pass filter in the Micro-Cap, which confirm its claimed properties. The basic mathematical equations for the transfer function of the RLC high-pass filter and the parameters of its frequency response are obtained. The equations obtained above make it possible to develop an algorithm for independent adjustment of the parameters of the proposed RLC filter. The RLC high-pass filter circuitry proposed by the authors is recommended for adaptive filtering of signals in radio engineering and measuring systems. Due to the appropriate parameters choice of passive and active circuit elements, it is possible to ensure the operation of the considered RLC high-pass filter both at low and at high frequencies. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper considers the circuit method for neutralizing the effect of parasitic components of the collector load in silicon-germanium (SiGe) and silicon-on-insulator (SOI) classical cascade amplifiers and common-base stages on their voltage gain (Gain). The article demonstrates that the incorporation of a dedicated compensating circuit into the original circuits enables the enhancement of their upper frequency limit or gain by a factor of 5 to 10. The conditions for mitigating the impact of resistor parasites, which contribute to losses in planar inductance, on the Q-factor of the RLC-circuit of the selective amplifier are established. It is recommended that the proposed circuit solutions be employed in practical applications involving SiGe and SOI analog chips operating at elevated temperatures. © 2024 IEEE.

A new notch filter (NF) circuit based on a single differential difference operational amplifier (DDA) has been developed and studied, which is characterized by reduced current consumption in the static mode. Equations are obtained for the transfer functions and parameters of the NF, which includes a low-pass filter and a Sallen-Key high-pass filter, the signals of which are summed by the DDA. Computer modeling of the NF in CAD Micro-Cap was performed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A new high-pass filter (HPF) circuit of the second-order Sallen-Key family has been developed and studied, in which independent adjustment of the main parameters is realized -the pole frequency, the quality factor of the pole and the transmission coefficient. New second order high-pass filter of the Sallen-Key family circuit is considered, where there is unrelated tune of generic parameters by a digitally controlled resistor - the pole frequency, Q-factor pole and the scale transfer coefficient. The basic mathematical expressions of transfer function for proposed high-pass filter are obtained. A comparison of the parameters of the known and new schemes is given. A Sallen-Key high-pass filter circuit based on a high-frequency emitter follower has been developed. The results of high-pass filter modeling in the Micro-Cap 12 environment using the OP37 operational amplifier and an ideal buffer amplifier are presented. Computer simulation has shown that the pole frequency is adjusted by resistor R5. Adjusting the pole attenuation is possible by changing the resistor R3, while the pole attenuation frequency unchanged, an increase in R3 leads to an increase of the pole attenuation. © 2022 IEEE.
