This paper describes a system that uses generative adversarial networks (GANs) to eliminate gaussian noise from CCTV of footages. Unwanted noise like gaussian noise frequently degrades the quality of images and makes them more difficult to interpret. In our approach, a discriminator network is used to direct the training of a generator network, whose job it is to produce denoised images from noisy inputs. This framework includes operations like picture enhancement, noise reduction, and evaluation with metrics like the structural similarity index (SSIM) and peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR). The resultant denoised images show enhanced visual quality and have potential uses in image analysis and computer vision. © 2024 IEEE.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is an advanced neuro-degenerative condition where a large number of people around the world are profoundly affected. The scarcity of precise data regarding the typical circumstances faced by humans with PD severely restricts ongoing research and therapeutic endeavours. This proposed work aims to investigate various innovations to address this issue comprehensively. Specifically, this proposed work intends to develop a versatile application tailored to help the PD patients and incorporating smart medication reminders. Moreover, this proposed work will focus on creating exercise/workout plans & diet plans based on continuous data collection and patient feedback to enhance prescription management while minimizing side effects. Simultaneously, initiatives aimed at reducing the stress level and improve mental health. The development and implementation of this versatile applications hold significant promise in improving patient outcomes. By addressing the dearth of accurate information and fostering a systematic support ecosystem, it aspires to enhance the lives of individuals grappling with PD on a global scale. © 2024 IEEE.

Students' stress levels have a significant impact on their academic performance in higher education, thus it's important to identify signs of stress early on and intervene to improve academic performance. Machine learning has evolved into a powerful tool for stress prediction, allowing for proactive support of at-risk youngsters. In order to better anticipate college students' stress levels, this study presents an enhanced TriBranch CNN framework. In order to provide the best possible performance, the technique includes data preparation, feature extraction, and model training. The dimensionality and redundancy are reduced using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). After being trained and tested against other models, the Fully Conditional Temporal Bayesian Network (Fully CTBN) outperformed them all with an accuracy of 93.29%, beating both traditional CNN and FCN approaches. These findings demonstrate that the Fully CTBN approach is useful for identifying students who may be struggling academically and providing schools with the information they need to implement data-driven interventions that boost student well-being and performance. © 2025 IEEE.

High precision and reliable wind speed forecasting have become a challenge for *** events,namely,strong winds,thunderstorms,and tornadoes,along with large hail,are natural calamities that disturb daily *** accurate prediction of wind speed and overcoming its uncertainty of change,several prediction approaches have been presented over the last few *** wind speed series have higher volatility and nonlinearity,it is urgent to present cutting-edge artificial intelligence(AI)*** this aspect,this paper presents an intelligent wind speed prediction using chicken swarm optimization with the hybrid deep learning(IWSP-CSODL)*** presented IWSP-CSODL model estimates the wind speed using a hybrid deep learning and hyperparameter *** the presented IWSP-CSODL model,the prediction process is performed via a convolutional neural network(CNN)based long short-term memory with autoencoder(CBLSTMAE)*** optimally modify the hyperparameters related to the CBLSTMAE model,the chicken swarm optimization(CSO)algorithm is utilized and thereby reduces the mean square error(MSE).The experimental validation of the IWSP-CSODL model is tested using wind series data under three distinct *** comparative study pointed out the better outcomes of the IWSP-CSODL model over other recent wind speed prediction models.

Fruits are absolutely delicious for the most part, but more importantly, they are good for healthy life. Fruits are nature's candy and offer all sorts of health benefits besides the great taste. They provide necessary nutrients to the body so that it will not be susceptible to disease or other ailments. Fruits contain enough fiber to keep our digestive system in top health form. Fruits also helps to regulate the water level in body as well as your blood sugar levels, which means that will usually feel hungry less often if we consumes a lot of fruits. The easier it is for people to recognize that a fruit is ripe and ready for selling at the market allows the farmers, in some cases, to sell their crop early before it would normally spoil. If we look closely, we see that many times people don't buy something because it appears rotten or way past its peak ripeness, which demonstrates how products spoil right on time. This study proposed a user-convenient system for fruit ripeness detection using the convolutional neural network (CNN) based on RipeNet structure. © 2025 IEEE.

Nowadays,the COVID-19 virus disease is spreading *** are some testing tools and kits available for diagnosing the virus,but it is in a lim-ited *** diagnose the presence of disease from radiological images,auto-mated COVID-19 diagnosis techniques are *** enhancement of AI(Artificial Intelligence)has been focused in previous research,which uses X-ray images for detecting *** most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever,dry cough and sore *** symptoms may lead to an increase in the rigorous type of pneumonia with a severe *** medical imaging is not suggested recently in Canada for critical COVID-19 diagnosis,computer-aided systems are implemented for the early identification of COVID-19,which aids in noticing the disease progression and thus decreases the death ***,a deep learning-based automated method for the extraction of features and classi-fication is enhanced for the detection of COVID-19 from the images of computer tomography(CT).The suggested method functions on the basis of three main pro-cesses:data preprocessing,the extraction of features and *** approach integrates the union of deep features with the help of Inception 14 and VGG-16 *** last,a classifier of Multi-scale Improved ResNet(MSI-ResNet)is developed to detect and classify the CT images into unique labels of *** the support of available open-source COVID-CT datasets that consists of 760 CT pictures,the investigational validation of the suggested method is *** experimental results reveal that the proposed approach offers greater performance with high specificity,accuracy and sensitivity.

software maintenance is the process of fixing,modifying,and improving software deliverables after they are delivered to the *** can benefit from offshore software maintenance outsourcing(OSMO)in different ways,including time savings,cost savings,and improving the software quality and *** of the hardest challenges for the OSMO vendor is to choose a suitable project among several clients’*** goal of the current study is to recommend a machine learning-based decision support system that OSMO vendors can utilize to forecast or assess the project of OSMO *** projects belong to OSMO vendors,having offices in developing countries while providing services to developed *** the current study,Extreme Learning Machine’s(ELM’s)variant called Deep Extreme Learning Machines(DELMs)is used.A novel dataset consisting of 195 projects data is proposed to train the model and to evaluate the overall efficiency of the proposed *** proposed DELM’s based model evaluations achieved 90.017%training accuracy having a value with 1.412×10^(-3) Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)and 85.772%testing accuracy with 1.569×10^(-3) RMSE with five DELMs hidden *** results express that the suggested model has gained a notable recognition rate in comparison to any previous *** current study also concludes DELMs as the most applicable and useful technique for OSMO client’s project assessment.

Lens-Oppositional Wild Geese Optimization Based Clustering Scheme for Wireless Sensor Networks Assists Real Time Disaster Management

Recently,wireless sensor networks(WSNs)find their applicability in several real-time applications such as disaster management,military,surveillance,healthcare,*** utilization of WSNs in the disaster monitoring process has gained significant attention among research communities and ***-time monitoring of disaster areas using WSN is a challenging process due to the energy-limited sensor ***,the clustering process can be utilized to improve the energy utilization of the nodes and thereby improve the overall functioning of the *** this aspect,this study proposes a novel Lens-Oppositional Wild Goose Optimization based Energy Aware Clustering(LOWGO-EAC)scheme for WSN-assisted real-time disaster *** major intention of the LOWGO-EAC scheme is to perform effective data collection and transmission processes in disaster *** achieve this,the LOWGOEAC technique derives a novel LOWGO algorithm by the integration of the lens oppositional-based learning(LOBL)concept with the traditional WGO algorithm to improve the convergence *** addition,the LOWGO-EAC technique derives a fitness function involving three input parameters like residual energy(RE),distance to the base station(BS)(DBS),and node degree(ND).The proposed LOWGO-EAC technique can accomplish improved energy efficiency and lifetime of WSNs in real-time disaster management *** experimental validation of the LOWGO-EAC model is carried out and the comparative study reported the enhanced performance of the LOWGO-EAC model over the recent approaches.

We present a lightweight and efficient semisupervised video object segmentation network based on the space-time memory *** some extent,our method solves the two difficulties encountered in traditional video object segmentation:one is that the single frame calculation time is too long,and the other is that the current frame’s segmentation should use more information from past *** algorithm uses a global context(GC)module to achieve highperformance,real-time *** GC module can effectively integrate multi-frame image information without increased memory and can process each frame in real ***,the prediction mask of the previous frame is helpful for the segmentation of the current frame,so we input it into a spatial constraint module(SCM),which constrains the areas of segments in the current *** SCM effectively alleviates mismatching of similar targets yet consumes few additional *** added a refinement module to the decoder to improve boundary *** model achieves state-of-the-art results on various datasets,scoring 80.1%on YouTube-VOS 2018 and a J&F score of 78.0%on DAVIS 2017,while taking 0.05 s per frame on the DAVIS 2016 validation dataset.

Throughout the use of the small battery-operated sensor nodes encou-rage us to develop an energy-efficient routing protocol for wireless sensor networks(WSNs).The development of an energy-efficient routing protocol is a mainly adopted technique to enhance the lifetime of *** routing protocols are available,but the issue is still *** is one of the most important techniques in the existing routing *** the clustering-based model,the important thing is the selection of the cluster *** this paper,we have proposed a scheme that uses the bubble sort algorithm for cluster head selection by considering the remaining energy and the distance of the nodes in each ***,the bubble sort algorithm chose the two nodes with the maximum remaining energy in the cluster and chose a cluster head with a small *** proposed scheme performs hierarchal routing and direct routing with some energy *** simulation will be performed in MATLAB to justify its performance and results and compared with the ECHERP model to justify its ***,the simulations will be performed in two scenarios,gate-way-based and without gateway to achieve more energy-efficient results.
