Question and answer websites such as Quora,Stack Overflow,Yahoo Answers and Answer Bag are used by *** users post questions on these websites to get the answers from domain specific *** websites are multilingual meaning they are available in many different *** problem for these types of websites is to handle meaningless and irrelevant *** this paper we have worked on the Quora insincere questions(questions which are based on false assumptions or questions which are trying to make a statement rather than seeking for helpful answers)dataset in order to identify user insincere questions,so that Quora can eliminate those questions from their platform and ultimately improve the communication among users over the ***,a research was carried out with recurrent neural network and pretrained glove word embeddings,that achieved the F1 score of *** proposed study has used a pre-trained ULMFiT *** model has outperformed the previous model with an F1 score of 0.91,which is much higher than the previous studies.

As an important component of the space-air-ground integrated network, aerial base station (AeBS) systems have gained significant attention for their flexibility in mobility and cost-effective construction. Nevertheless, the scarce spectrum resources and difficulty in accessing global information bring necessity and challenges to the deployment and resource allocation of AeBSs. In this paper, we propose a practical two-timescale framework to solve the resource allocation and deployment optimization problem in multi-AeBS networks. Specifically, the subcarrier allocation problem is first transformed into a many-to-one matching game coupled with power allocation and solved in a small timescale. Then, in a large timescale, the AeBS deployment subproblem is transformed into a distributed partially observable Markov decision process (Dec-POMDP), and then a novel multi-agent hypergraph convolutional deep reinforcement learning (MAHGCDRL) is proposed to solve this problem. The proposed MAHGCDRL extracts features of neighboring AeBSs through hypergraph convolutional networks, enabling AeBS agents to achieve better coordination in a distributed manner. Simulation results show that our proposed approach can attain a higher sum rate, and the proposed MAHGCDRL algorithm achieves better learning performance compared to the existing benchmarks in the literature. © 1972-2012 IEEE.

By analyzing large amounts of animal behavior data, humans can assess cattle’s condition. It leads to research and development a field using accelerometers and machine learning algorithms to ‘study’ behavior from acceleration data. It is challenging to analyze animal behavior due to the activity complexity. For example, acceleration data of some cow behaviors (e.g., feeding and standing) are similar if these behaviors contain similar gestures. In practical, real-time applications even bring more challenging since it is necessary to minimize a data window for behavior consideration. Using short data window often reduces the performance of classification algorithms. This study proposes a new solution for the mentioned challenges by combining neck-mounted and leg-mounted accelerometers, then using the vector of the dynamic body acceleration (VeDBA) and Mean features of synchronized acceleration data for the Decision Tree algorithm. The proposed method is demonstrated that performs well (0.94 accuracy, 0.91 sensitivity, 0.90 positive predictive value) within a low computational complexity algorithm and short data window (3-second data window, at the rate of one sample per second). A major development in medical imaging diagnosis is the use of pretrained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models for brain tumour classification. This study uses pretrained CNN EfficientNetB3, ResNet50, and VGG19, to explore the crucial field of early brain tumour identification. The dataset used in the research consists of 7023 brain MRI images, which are divided into 2000 validation images, 1311 testing images, and 3712 training images. After preparing the data, we want to see which CNN designs work best for sorting images of gliomas, meningiomas, no tumors, and pituitaries into different groups. The study shows how important it is to find brain tumors early and how we can make brain imaging tests more accurate and helpful for diagnosing them. The EfficientNetB3 model is the best and wins with remarkable 99% accuracy. The results show the good and bad points of different models and give important information to help improve skills in diagnosing using neuroimaging.

A lot of metrics and tools have been devised to measure the complexity of software systems. Through measurement, software professionals can have a better understanding and control of a software's complexity. In this paper, we reviewed complexity metrics and tools for object-oriented systems. The existing tools measure either implemented systems which may be source code or compile binaries, or class diagrams. The tools that measure implemented systems already offer a wide variety of features to satisfy different needs. However, the tools that measure class diagrams are not only poor in amount, but all take in class diagram XMI files, with none of them taking in PlantUML class diagram source code. PlantUML is a popular text-based UML diagramming tool that enables users to define UML diagrams with a domain specific language then renders the diagram for them. Hence, we developed a web application that measures class diagram complexity via PlantUML class diagram source code. It measures five class metrics and seven system metrics visualized as tables and bar charts, with the results exportable to PDF and CSV. Our tool's measurements were also evaluated to be correct when it is within our scope of supported syntax. © 2023 IEEE.

The technological advancements in the field of agriculture have increased to a great extent in recent years, and many techniques have evolved from other techniques. Some methods are improved or upgraded from the previous versions by implementing a new model or using better hardware devices. This has been helpful for the farmers in increasing crop productivity, and the life expectancy of crops has also increased as the diseases inside or outside the crops can be detected much earlier, and learning at an early stage helps prevent other crops. In this paper, we have presented a study where many varieties of fruits and vegetables have been taken to determine which method was used for a particular crop. By analyzing the various works carried out by the authors, it was inferred that most of the works revolved around image processing and hyperspectral imaging. Due to this, we had also included most of the papers, particularly as the models and hardware components used were much better than other works. Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide,significantly impairing motor and cognitive *** rehabilitation is often hindered by the heterogeneity of stroke lesions,variability in recovery patterns,and the complexity of electroencephalography(EEG)signals,which are often contaminated by *** classification of motor imagery(MI)tasks,involving the mental simulation of movements,is crucial for assessing rehabilitation strategies but is challenged by overlapping neural signatures and patient-specific *** address these challenges,this study introduces a graph-attentive convolutional long short-term memory(LSTM)network(GACL-Net),a novel hybrid deep learning model designed to improve MI classification accuracy and ***-Net incorporates multi-scale convolutional blocks for spatial feature extraction,attention fusion layers for adaptive feature prioritization,graph convolutional layers to model inter-channel dependencies,and bidi-rectional LSTM layers with attention to capture temporal *** on an open-source EEG dataset of 50 acute stroke patients performing left and right MI tasks,GACL-Net achieved 99.52%classification accuracy and 97.43%generalization accuracy under leave-one-subject-out cross-validation,outperforming existing state-of-the-art ***,its real-time processing capability,with prediction times of 33–56 ms on a T4 GPU,underscores its clinical potential for real-time neurofeedback and adaptive *** findings highlight the model’s potential for clinical applications in assessing rehabilitation effectiveness and optimizing therapy plans through precise MI classification.

Monitoring and analyzing network traffic are critically important tasks in the context of increasing cyber threats. Traditional data processing methods often struggle to handle the large volumes and complexity of modern network traffic, necessitating the use of advanced technologies such as neural networks and machine learning. This article demonstrates the application of neural networks for monitoring and analyzing network traffic, highlighting their ability to learn from large datasets to detect complex patterns and anomalies. Using TensorFlow, we developed a neural network model based on an autoencoder that effectively identifies and classifies anomalies in network traffic. The model's effectiveness was validated using a synthetic dataset from Kaggle, showing high accuracy on both training and testing data. Our approach significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of threat detection compared to traditional methods, making it a valuable tool for enhancing cybersecurity. © 2024 IEEE.

The Tamazight civilization stands as a significant cultural entity, marked by its linguistic diversity, historical legacy, and scriptural traditions, which collectively enrich the cultural tapestry of North Africa. Among these traditions, the Tamazight handwritten script assumes particular importance, embodying centuries of cultural identity and artistic expression. Recognizing the imperative of safeguarding this cultural heritage, our study focuses on Tamazight handwritten character recognition. Leveraging the strategic application of Transfer Learning, we explore its efficacy in this domain. Transfer Learning presents a robust framework wherein pre-existing models are adapted for specific tasks despite limited data availability. Our research employs three prominent Transfer Learning architectures: VGG, ResNet, and MobileNet. Through a rigorous comparative analysis, we discern the efficacy of these methodologies in the context of Tamazight handwritten character recognition. Our findings underscore the potential of Transfer Learning to significantly augment the accuracy and efficiency of script recognition systems, thereby advancing the overarching objective of preserving and propagating the Tamazight cultural heritage. © 2024 IOS Press. Theoretical Analysis of Explicit Averaging and Novel Sign Averaging in Comparison-Based Search

In black-box optimization, noise in the objective function is often inevitable. Noise disrupts the ranking of candidate solutions in comparison-based optimization, possibly deteriorating the search performance compared with a noiseless scenario. Explicit averaging takes the sample average of noisy objective function values and is widely used as a simple and versatile noise-handling technique. Although it is suitable for various applications, it is ineffective if the mean is not finite. We theoretically reveal that explicit averaging has a negative effect on the estimation of ground-truth rankings when assuming stably distributed noise without a finite mean. Alternatively, sign averaging is proposed as a simple but robust noise-handling technique. We theoretically prove that sign averaging estimates the order of the medians of the noisy objective function values for a pair of points with arbitrarily high probability as the number of samples increases. Its advantages over explicit averaging and its robustness are also confirmed through numerical experiments. © 1997-2012 IEEE.
