The airborne Position and Orientation system (POS) is vital shared equipment, and plays an important role in aerial survey and remote sensing system. It achieves the ability to a direct georeferencing for typical optical camera flash imaging system, and to motion compensation for typical SAR integral imaging system, further improves image quality and efficiency of airborne imaging sensors. In this article, the components and operation principles of POS are summarized. The survey of airborne POS and the development trends of aerial survey and remote sensing system are introduced and analyzed. These analyses can provide reference for development of high-precision airborne POS technologies for aerial survey and remote sensing system. © 2017 IEEE.

A novel fault classification method based on neural network in smart grid

This paper presents a back propagation (BP) neural network method to identify fault types and phases in the smart grid with renewable sources. A fault classification method based on the BP neural network is used to identify patterns of voltage and current measured with phasor measurement unit (PMU). The voltage and current values are decomposed, and then they are used as the input matrix of the BP neural network, which identifies the fault type and fault phasor. All the common short-circuit faults occurred are analyzed, BP neural network method is proposed for fault classification in a power active distribution network. Simulation results show feasibility and usefulness of the BP neural network method, which provides good classification performances.

In present world data is a valuable asset. The best utilization of this asset by means of technology gives an upper hand to an organization. Technologies like machine learning, data mining, and artificial intelligence are no exception to this either. Celebrities influence common people behaviors through biological, psychological and social processes to a great extent. Simultaneously there is vast disparity amongst their demise over the cause, region, and age. Therefore, it is a challenging and interesting endorsement to work upon. The objective of this work is to come up with the comprehensive result to understand the celebrity deaths by investigating the incidence happened over the decade. The database for training is created from the public and open access databases for years 2006-2016 comprising of 11, 200 reported deaths over the globe. Findings of the work are year by year extraction of death, the cause behind it, age, gender, and place. Lazy and decision tree classifier model of data mining is being used for the analysis based on the profession as evaluation class.

Cancer is a term used to refer to a large set of diseases. The cancerous cells grow and divide and, as a result, they form tumours that grow in size. The immune system recognise the cancerous cells and attack them, though, it can be weakened by the cancer. One type of cancer treatment is chemotherapy, which uses drugs to kill cancer cells. Clinical, experimental, and theoretical research has been developed to understand the dynamics of cancerous cells with chemotherapy treatment, as well as the interaction between tumour growth and immune system. We study a mathematical model that describes the cancer growth, immune system response, and chemotherapeutic agents. The immune system is composed of resting cells that are converted to hunting cells to combat the cancer. In this work, we consider drug sensitive and resistant cancer cells. We show that the tumour growth can be controlled not only by means of different chemotherapy protocols, but also by the immune system that attacks both sensitive and resistant cancer cells. Furthermore, for all considered protocols, we demonstrate that the time delay from resting to hunting cells plays a crucial role in the combat against cancer cells. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. In order to tackle one of the most difficult tasks in 3D computer vision, range image registration(RIR), this paper proposes a new approach to register two range images of the same object or scenario from different scanning angles. The new method of two dimensional point based boundary searching replaces conventional six dimension methods. This point based approach is applied into hybrid registration paradigm which integrates global searching algorithms with a local alignment tool, Iterative Closest Point(ICP). With this approach, searching algorithms are able to find global optima more efficiently with significantly fewer searching dimensions. Because of using data points as searching variables and taking all of them into consideration, registration algorithms are able to explore the whole space to find the global solution without any parameter constraint. Point based searching approach is successfully implemented on hybrid registration algorithms which use state-of-the-art global searching tools including Simulated Annealing(SA), Differential Evolution(DE) and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO). The new approach is evaluated in terms of both accuracy and robustness in various experiments on different datasets to prove its superior over the conventional approach.

With the specification of electricity trading market, to strengthen electric power demand side management, improve the mechanism of electric power emergency and establish a long-term mechanism, this paper proposed the monthly power generation planning optimization model based on the grey model algorithm. The paper studied the regional power grid dispatching management, according to the market and the development direction of energy conservation. This method paid attention to monthly free energy conservation strategy, meanwhile, improved the rate of short-term energy saving establishment. The optimized energy-saving power generation establishment can be more comprehensive for resource allocation and scheduling in the power generation scheduling, and to better meet the needs of the electric power market reform.

Spacecraft swarms with huge members, for example, several dozens or hundreds, pose great advantages in many applications such as earth remote sensing, or deep space exploration. However, in traditional spacecraft formation control framework, path planning needs to be settled before orbital maneuver, and every spacecraft in the formation follows the preconditioned path. When the number of spacecraft reaches to swarm level, the control laws by tradition framework become very complex and computation consuming may be too huge to be burdened. A new spacecraft swarm control methodology is proposed by using nonlinear bifurcation dynamics. According to desired spacecraft swarm configuration, artificial force/acceleration filed with bifurcation characteristics can be designed. By only setting few bifurcation parameters, bifurcation may be aroused, and members in spacecraft swarms can be drove to new balanced position under bifurcation dynamics for the purpose of formation capture, maintenance and reconfiguration. The presented method may be more applicable and less calculation consuming for massive spacecraft swarms control. © 2017, American institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. All rights reserved.

Immersing into virtual reality (VR) is a perception of being physically present in a non-physical world. Using immersive VR in maintenance brings great conveniences. For example, using virtual human operating in hazardous environment before the real person, which can prevent being hurt. In this paper, a system of immersive virtual maintenance (IVM) is presented. It is divided into three parts. The first part is Input, which contains the maintenance task and maintenance design. The second part is Method, with which making the virtual human and the users act in a unified way. The key to build IVM system is the interface between the motion capture system and virtual simulation software. The third part is Output, which presents the maintainability evaluation results. This paper focuses on how to build IVM system, the difficulties and solutions also be detailed. At last, a simple application is given

Integrated Energy system (IES), which plays a vital role in the development of Energy Internet (EI), can improve the efficiency of energy utilization and integration of renewable energy. However, the coupling between multiple energy systems will bring new challenges to the security control of the IES, such as combined heat and power (CHP) system. For IES, the preventive control is the first line of defense to ensure that the system can keep stable operation when contingencies such as the transmission outage or generator outage happen. This paper proposes a preventive control approach for CHP system, in which a day-ahead security constrained economic dispatch (SCED) model of CHP system considering the coupling of heat and electric is formulated. The model aims to minimize the cost of the whole system, while the preventive control of the system can be achieved with the constraints considering the normal states and contingencies states. Case studies based on the IEEE 9-bus system with CHPs are presented to illustrate the approach. The case result shows that the combined electric and heat optimal dispatch is more economical than when two systems are independently optimized and operated. And the proposed preventive control approach of the CHP system can satisfy both the electric and heat demand, and system security is ensured when the N-1 contingencies happened.

In this paper, a novel finite-Time decoupling direct control (FDDC) scheme is proposed for attitude tracking problem of hypersonic reentry vehicle (HRV) based on second-order active disturbance rejection control (SADRC). Unlike traditional control method which separates control system into outer-loop attitude control and inner-loop angular rate control, attitude is controlled by control actuator straightforward with single loop. Firstly, the attitude tracking problem is converted to the decoupling control problem of a three-input and three-output cross coupling system. In each channel, a SADRC controller, which is composed of tracking differentiator (TD), extended state observer (ESO) and nonlinear state error feedback (NLSEF), is designed to track attitude command of the corresponding channel in a finite-Time sense. Finally, the obtained virtual control input is transformed into actual control input, which acts on the HRV model. Simulations are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. © 2017 IEEE.
