In order to solve the contradiction between wireless communication service demand and spectrum resource shortage and enhance the utilization rate of spectrum, Cognitive Radio technology is necessary. Firstly, this paper presents a cognitive engine framework structure, and then the concept of bio-inspired and its application in CR computing were emphatically introduced. Finally, in order to solve spectrum parameters problem, this paper proposed based on autonomously search algorithm. Based on population evolution,ASA algorithm employs the foraging, reproduction, selection and mutation operators, and was tested under the multicarrier simulation environment. The experiment results show that ASA algorithm can better adjust each subcarrier communication parameters according to the requirement of cognitive engine parameters optimization, which include transmitted power,modulation mode, and bit-error-rate and so on, and finally satisfy the channel condition and the dynamic changes of the user service.

This paper proposes and expatiates the information technology for early fault forecast of wind turbine generator unit based on the non-stability,non-linearity,variable working conditions,long-term operation and early fault forecast of wind turbine generator unit in respect of the early fault information acquisition and weak information analysis for wind turbine generator unit;the fault development trend information and feature extraction of wind turbine generator unit;the building of trend forecast model for wind turbine generator unit;and the research & development of wind turbine generator unit state monitoring and fault forecast system,*** to experimental studies and field verification,the multi-information fusion,the intelligent information analysis and decisionmaking,and the establishment of wind turbine generator unit fault forecast system and the application remote network in predictive maintenance center for unit group on wind farm,etc.,and help to improve the accuracy,pertinence and suitability of processing of mult forecast information,and carry out rational maintenance and dynamic management thereof.

This paper proposes an approach for the design of distributed state-feedback controllers for interconnected discrete-time LTI systems with uncertain communication links. These links may be subject to intermittent or persistent failure. In particular, we assume that the availability of the communication links over time can be modeled by a Markov chain. For the control design, it is shown in a first step that the combination of the LTI system dynamics and the stochastic model of the time-varying communication topology is a special case of Jump Markov Linear systems (JMLS). Next, constraints on the information structure are introduced, restricting the subsystems' local knowledge about the global network state. This assumes that each subsystem can only detect the availability of incoming communication links. Finally, the synthesis of a stabilizing distributed feedback control law respecting the given information structure and a guaranteed bound on the expected H∞-performance is formulated and solved as a semidefinite program. © 2015 American Automatic control Council.

Numerical simulations for relatively thick airfoils are carried out in the present studies. An attempt to improve the accuracy of the numerical predictions is done by adjusting the turbulent viscosity of the eddy-viscosity Menter Shear-Stress-Transport (SST) model. The modification involves the addition of a damping factor on the wall-bounded flows incorporating the ratio of the turbulent kinetic energy to its specific dissipation rate for separation detection. The results are compared with available experimental data and CFD simulations using the original Menter SST model. The present model improves the lift polar prediction even though the stall angle is still overestimated. The improvement is caused by the better prediction of separated flow under a strong adverse pressure gradient. The results show that the Reynolds stresses are damped near the wall causing variation of the logarithmic velocity profiles.

The Wavelet Packet Transform(WPT) is used to determine the feature vectors. 16-dimensional wavelet packet node energies were extracted from the original datasets as the feature vectors prepared to input to the ***, our proposed framework consists of two steps for the fault diagnosis, where Step One makes use of Weighted Extreme Learning Machine(weighted ELM) in an effort to classify the normal or abnormal categories, and Step Two further diagnoses the underlying anomaly in details. The effectiveness of our proposed approach is testified on the raw data collected from the rolling element bearing experiments conducted in our institute,and the empirical results showed that our approach is really fast and can achieve the diagnosis accuracies more than 95%.

To meet the requirements of single-axis pointing in safety modes and other specific tasks of microsatellites, this paper presents a single-axis pointing magnetic control method. This method comprises the following steps: First, use a spatial geometric analysis method to expand the selection range of the rotation axis to an axis plane and then obtain the angular acceleration plane through affine transformation by the inertia matrix. Next, conduct steering control along the intersection of the angular acceleration plane and the axis plane, and meanwhile conduct speed damping control simultaneously in the angular acceleration plane in order to achieve precise single-axis pointing. Compared with traditional methods, the advantages of this method include: undesirable disturbance magnetic torque is hardly generated; it is hardly restricted by the shape and inclination of the orbit; the nondiagonal elements of the inertia matrix are not required to be zero. In the simulation, the method successfully makes a microsatellite point its Z-axis to the ground precisely, which verifies the effectiveness of it.

This paper first proposes an infinite class of 2k-variable Boolean functions with high nonlinearity and high algebraic degree. Then an infinite class of balanced Boolean functions are proposed by modifying the above Boolean functions. This class of balanced Boolean functions have optimal algebraic degree and high nonlinearity. Both classes have optimal algebraic immunity based on a general combinatorial conjecture.

Track irregularity fault commonly leads to the abnormal vibration of train which is the main cause of poor ride and even derailment. Based on Evidence Reasoning (ER) rule, this paper presents a fault identification method for determining the dynamic management levels of track irregularity using sample data measured from the accelerometers mounted in the axle-box and car-body of in-service train. Firstly, statistical approach of the sample casting is given to generate diagnosis evidence. Secondly, the ER rule is used to combine the diagnosis evidence coming from two accelerometers. The estimated irregularity displacement can obtained from the combined results. Thirdly, the dynamic levels of track irregularity can be identified according to the estimated displacement and the corresponding management standard. Finally, a representative experiment in Chinese railway line shows the superior identification accuracy of the proposed method by comparing with classical neural network-based approximating methodology.
