Cloud detection can address data quality and analytical accuracy issues caused by cloud cover in satellite imagery, significantly enhancing image usability. Existing cloud detection methods still have the problem of detecting a certain amount of ground and sea surface as clouds, as well as some cloud regions that are missed, resulting in a decrease in the accuracy of cloud detection. Aiming at the above problems, an interactive cloud detection method based on Dynamic Mode Decomposition is proposed. Based on the fact that clouds are constantly moving, the dynamic mode decomposition can be utilized to detect the characteristics of moving objects, and the dynamic clouds are detected, avoiding the detection of the ground and sea surface as clouds. Although static clouds rarely appear, to ensure the robustness of the algorithm, we design an interactive static cloud detection algorithm for the users, which solve the problem of missed detection and further improves the accuracy of cloud detection. To assess the effectiveness of the algorithm, the four different types of clouds of floccus, undulatus, vortex clouds, and stratocumulus are detected, the experimental outcomes demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). The existing fault diagnosis methods based on deep neural networks mostly rely on process data for fault classification and diagnosis,which makes it difficult to distinguish minor faults with similar data ***,this paper proposes a deep learning-based fault diagnosis model that combines statistical indicators and neural *** analyzing and calculating the relevant information entropy to screen the statistical signal features of time domain and frequency domain,we can extract more hidden information from the raw data,and use the convolutional autoencoder to compress the statistical indicators for feature extraction,and use CNN network to extract features from raw ***,the two sets of features are fused and input into the LSTM network to obtain temporal information for fault *** conducted on the Tennessee Eastman(TE)process show that the proposed model outperforms typical classifiers and improves the diagnostic accuracy of minor faults.

During freezing periods, nutrients (carbon and organic matter, etc.) are enriched in the water and sediment of lakes in cold-arid regions, leading to potential algal bloom outbreaks and other health risks to the ecosystem. Particularly, dissolved organic matter (DOM) is a critical component of the nutrients and plays an important role in the global carbon cycle. However, the mechanisms of DOM transfer between ice and water remain unclear. This study analyzed the influence of microbial community on DOM composition using 16 s RNA, 3DEEM, and FT-ICR MS in Daihai Lake and Wuliangsuhai Lake in the Yellow River Basin, China. According to the spectral analysis, the content of endogenous organic matter, such as humus, accounted for 40% of the total DOM in water, while the content of tryptophan and tyrosine accounted for 80% of the total DOM in ice. The results of mass spectrometry showed that lignin was the main component, and the content of organic matter in the ice was less than that in the water. Molecular structures of seven DOM coexisting in the lake ice and water were elucidated with adapted Kendrick-analogous network visualization, which clearly illustrates that long-chain DOM molecules are derived from small molecules, while other heteroatoms are complexed with the side groups. The positive correlations between CHO, CHNO, CHOS, CHOS and Actinomyces indicate that DOM actively interacted with the microbial community. 44% of CHO compounds have the same molecular formula in water, the content of CHOS in the water of the two lakes was closed to 7% higher than that in the ice. Meanwhile, DOM dynamically migrate between ice and water via interstitial water because of the solubility changes under microbial transformation, which has been proved by the decrease in the contents of the humus and tryptophan-like substances in the ice from the bottom to the surface and lower contents of carbohydrate and unsaturated aromatic hydrocarbon in the water than the ice. Abstract: We consider a system of two nonlinear second-order parabolic equations with *** of this type are applied in chemical kinetics to describe reaction-diffusion processes. Weprove the existence and uniqueness theorem of an analytic solution having the diffusion-wave typeat a given wave front. The proof is constructive, and the solution had the form of a power serieswith recursively calculated coefficients. Principal Trotter Observation Error with Truncated Commutators

Hamiltonian simulation is one of the most promising applications of quantum computers, and the product formula is one of the most important methods for this purpose. Previous related work has mainly focused on the worst-case or average-case scenarios. In this work, we consider the simulation error under a fixed observable. Under a fixed observable, errors that commute with this observable become less important. To illustrate this point, we define the observation error as the expectation under the observable and provide a commutativity-based upper bound using the Baker–Campbell–Hausdorff formula. For highly commuting observables, the simulation error indicated by this upper bound can be significantly compressed. In the experiment with the Heisenberg model, the observation bound compresses the Trotter number by nearly half compared to recent commutator bounds. Additionally, we found that the evolution order significantly affects the observation error. By utilizing a simulated annealing algorithm, we designed an evolution order optimization algorithm, achieving further compression of the Trotter number. The experiment on the hydrogen molecule Hamiltonian demonstrates that optimizing the order can lead to nearly half the reduction in the Trotter number. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. Credibility evaluation of aircraft HWIL simulation is usually measured by the degree of consistency between simulation test data and the measured data. A new method for evaluating the credibility of aircraft HWIL simulation is established based on the idea of time-varying area measurement and uncertainty measurement Mainly for univariate, single simulation, multivariable and multi-simulation. The DTW distance measurement method is used to obtain the weight coefficients of correlated multiple response variables, and the effectiveness of uncertainty measurement method in obtaining the credibility of aircraft HWIL simulation at a certain level of confidence is verified through typical examples.

The demand for flexible shielding has been rapidly growing in recent *** materials using solid metals,carbon materials,or MXenes as shielding units usually have difficulty in combining high shielding and flexibility(stretching and bending characteristics),and thus they gradually fail to meet the shielding needs of flexible ***,shielding materials with both flexibility and high conductivity are urgent to fill this ***-based room temperature liquid metal(LM)is an emerging functional material with a low melting point,low viscosity,low modulus,and easy ***,due to wettability and compatibility issues,it is difficult to apply bulk LMs directly in the field of electromagnetic shielding(EMS).The article reviews the fabrication methods,performance,and applications of LMs EMS materials from three perspectives:Macroscopic LMs,micro/nano-LMs,and LM-based *** gallium-based liquid EMS materials demonstrate the characteristics of high shielding performance with stretchability and a wide shielding *** this review,different types of gallium-based LM materials are described from macroscopic to microscopic,from liquid to semi-solid,from high density to low density,from room temperature to ultra-low temperature,and from monolayer structure to multilayer *** prospect of LM materials as amorphous high-performance EMS materials is demonstrated in various applications,such as mobile communication,astronomical observation,radar,and medical detection,showing tremendous potential in the EMS field.

This paper investigates the adaptive prescribed-time distributed Nash equilibrium (NE) seeking problems for networked games with heterogeneous dynamics and unknown uncertainties. The proposed algorithms are based on the two-layer structure, namely the NE seeking part and the tracking control part. For the players without uncertainties, the adaptive parameters are utilized in the seeking part to avoid the use of the global information. The auxiliary variables are constructed to seek for the NE point within the prescribed time and serve as the reference signals for the tracking control part. Then the state feedback control is designed to drive the strategies of all the players to the expected NE point in the prescribed time. Furthermore, the approximation theory is introduced to deal with the unknown nonlinear uncertainties. The exponential parameters are involved in the designed estimates to accelerate the convergence rate. The Lyapunov method is utilized to show the prescribed-time convergence property of the algorithms. Besides, although the time-varying piecewise function is involved in the algorithms, the uniform boundedness of the control input can be ensured by carefully selecting the initial values of the auxiliary parameters. Finally, the simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms. © 2025 IEEE.

Whether the high-speed rail train operation plan is reasonable has an important impact on the transportation efficiency and benefits. This paper focuses on the optimization of high-speed train operation plan under the condition of unbalanced passenger flow. We formulate an integrated mixed integer linear programming model by adopting the form of flexible grouping. The model comprehensively considers constraints such as train unit allocation and passenger flow loading. It aims to minimize the number of empty seats in all trains. The inputs to the model are train units and passenger demand. The allocation of train units is completely driven by passenger demand. Taking the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, the results show that the load rate of train services is 96.42%, which is much higher than the fixed grouping. Therefore, a flexible grouping operation plan proposed in this paper can effectively improve train units' utilization and reduce enterprises' operating costs. © 2022 SPIE
