To figure out the shortage of traditional fault diagnosis method, the paper carried out fault diagnosis and forecast by detecting abnormal data based on LS-SVM algorithm. SVM has the optimal solution and good generalization ability in small samples and can avoid falling into local minimum. The paper introduced the principle of SVM, made up the model of non-linear least squares support vector regression solve various breakdowns coexist of actual circumstance, then identified and prognosis abnormal data by using high- dimension feature vector space as the input of LS-SVM. Examples showed that abnormal data could be detected effectively. The results proved that the model of fault diagnosis and prediction effective and has higher rate of correct judgments. © 2020 IEEE.

Metallic glasses(MGs)or amorphous alloys are an important engineering material that has a history of research of about 80–90 *** different fast cooling methods were developed for multi-component MGs between 1960s and 1980s,1990s witnessed a surge of research interest in the development of bulk metallic glasses(BGMs).Since then,one central theme of research in the metallic-glass community has been compositional design that aims to search for MGs with a better glass forming ability,a larger size and/or more interesting properties,which can hence meet the demands from more important *** this review article,we focus on the recent development of chemically complex MGs,such as high entropy MGs,with new tools that were not available or mature yet until recently,such as the state-of-the-art additive manufacturing technologies,high throughput materials design techniques and the methods for big data analyses(*** learning and artificial intelligence).We also discuss the recent use of MGs in a variety of novel and important applications,from personal healthcare,electric energy transfer to nuclear energy that plays a pivotal role in the battle against global warming.

We present an efficient two-phase approach to motion planning for fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) navigating in complex 3D air slalom environments. Firstly, in discrete 3D workspace, a global planner computer a obstacle-free path roughly which satisfies the kinematic constraints of the UAV. Given a coarse global path, a local planner generate a Dubins curve with collision avoidance based on the UAS's perception constraints, dynamic constraints and the collision perception information received. We also introduce a method of decoupling the horizontal and vertical motion directions of the fixed-wing UAV, realizing the 2D Dubins curve planning in 3D workspace, along with precomputed sets of motion primitives derived from the vehicle dynamics model in order to achieve high efficiency. Finally, the feasibility of two-phase 3D motion planning in appropriate FOV is experimentally demonstrated.

The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarms are broadly utilized for rescuing, detection, condition monitoring, and cognitive converting nowadays. For optimizing swarm cooperation, robust inter- Uavnetworks are required. This forms a strong motivation for channel characterization of the inter- Uavchannels. However, despite the UAV attitude being a influential factor of inter- Uavchannels, it is still rarely investigated at present. Thus, this study proposes the tapped delay line (TDL) channel models for four typical UAV attitudes including level, diving, climbing, and right banking at the 820 MHz band with a 40 MHz bandwidth based on channel measurements. Correspondingly, the model parameters such as gains, delays, and fading distribution of each tap are extracted and analyzed. The results provide valuable insights into the system design and evaluation of inter- Uavnetworks. © 2022 IEEE.

As the deadliest form of pollution, air pollution had a prolonged severe damage to the human health and life safety of nearly 99% of the world's population. Facing to the problem that billions of tons of pollutants discharged into the air per year by industrial activities, this paper proposed a novel image-based air pollution monitor (IAPM) by incorporating local and global information in the self-adaptive multiscale transform domain, so as to achieve the timely and effective leakage detection of typical air pollutants from a single image. To be specific, this paper first developed a screen-shaped module according to two significant findings in visual neuroscience, which include the high sensitivity of human eyes to horizontal and vertical stimuli and the center-surround inhibition, by designing and fusing the square module, horizontal strip module and vertical strip module parallelly for simulating the behaviour of human eyes to extract local features. Second, the learnable weights and proportional mapping were applied to incorporate the screen-shaped module and lightweight vision transformer as backbone, towards more richly exploiting and fusing local and global information just as the way a brain perceives external stimuli. Third, a new self-adaptive multiscale transform domain method was devised based on two motivations from the visual characteristics of multiscale perception and the brain characteristics of self-adaptive domain transform to modify the backbone by using the operations of pooling and pointwise convolution. Extensive experiments implemented on the datasets of carbon particulate matters and ethylene leakage confirmed the superior monitoring performance of the proposed IAPM model beyond the state-of-the-art (SOTA) peers by an accuracy gain of about 4%. Furthermore, the proposed IAPM model only required 0.089 GFLOPs and 0.15 million model parameters, remarkably outperforming SOTA competitors in computational efficiency and storage resources. © 1999-2

The self-organized criticality is a fundamental property for organisms to perform normal functional activities. Extensive large-scale biological neural network researches have found the existence of self-organized criticality through avalanche phenomenon, which is typical characteristic of self-organized criticality. However, such research method is not suitable for small-scale biological neural network, because number of neurons in small-scale biological neural network is not large enough to support the emergence of avalanche phenomenon. It has been demonstrated that branching parameter can also be used to describe the propagation of activity in the neural network. Here, in this paper, the C. elegans neural network composed of 302 neurons is selected to investigate the existence of self-organized criticality using branching parameter. Based on the obtained connectome of C. elegans, a directed graph model is constructed to simulate the gradient potential of neurons and the activity of C. elegans, then, the existence of self-organized criticality in the neural network of C. elegans is proved by using branching parameter method. Meanwhile, the result is further confirmed by analyzing the calcium activity data of C. elegans obtained from biological experiments.

When the aircraft adopt passive sensors to detect external conditions, the detection information we can directly get is the aspect Angle of target. However, the position, velocity, acceleration and other information of target need to be calculated through the relevant algorithm estimates. It need more passive sensor to work together in order to get more the target location information, because a single passive sensor can only give the arriving orientation and time of target signal. In view of the complex weather and sea wave situation at marine surrounding, a Cooperative dual-station positioning technology based on passive sensors is studied, and a Cooperative filtering method based on the theory of consensus is adopted to verify the algorithm performance and engineering significance through relevant simulation. © 2020 IEEE.

The fighter's war ability is closely related to its maneuver ability. The maneuver measurement index of the new generation fighter changed greatly compared to the traditional rules. This essay firstly introduced the modern fighter's maneuver performance quantized index. According to the built simulation system, take two typical third generation fighter models as the confront sides, built fuzzy control intelligent decision model based on the genetic algorithm, simulated the one-to-one air combat confront process. Under such circumstances, adjusted the maneuver flight performance parameters reasonable and got the confront simulation results, then analyzed and evaluated the influence of the parameterad justed within visual range air combat effectiveness, which provided reference significance to air combat flight's original design and maneuver flight performance parameter optimization. © 2020 IEEE.

As a new type of regulation resource with two-way regulation function, energy storage is increasingly involved in automatic generation control and has become the key to the future frequency modulation (FM) auxiliary service market. In this paper, we propose an optimization strategy for market clearing of electric energy and frequency modulation based on the combination of thermal storage, which uses the security constrained unit combination (SCUC) model to determine the unit output plan and storage charging and discharging plan, and is based on the security constrained economic dispatch (SCED) model, with the objective of minimizing the total cost of the electric power system for market clearing. The system frequency stability is maintained by adjusting the output of generating units in order to respond quickly to changes in the system frequency. In this paper, we study the issues related to the participation of solo energy storage in the electric energy and frequency modulation market, including the market demand for frequency modulation auxiliary services, resource allocation strategy, security constrained unit combination (SCUC), and security constrained economic dispatch (SCED), etc., and utilize the data of frequency modulation auxiliary services provided by each unit in the power system to calculate the frequency modulation mileage and the capacity clearing price of each unit, as well as to construct the arithmetic example and evaluate its feasibility and economic benefits.

Understanding the impact of biological activities on the soil phosphorus(P)distribution under long-term fertilizer application can facilitate better soil P fertility ***,the primary objectives of this study were to investigate the effect of long-term(since 1981)fertilizer application on the soil P fractions and microbial community and to evaluate correlations between the microbial community structure and P *** following treatments were implemented in a long-term field trial:no fertilization(CK),inorganic N and K(NK),inorganic P and K(PK),inorganic N,P and K(NPK)and manure+NPK(MNPK)*** study showed that the soil pH,soil organic carbon and total and available N and P concentrations were considerably higher in the MNPK treatment than in the CK *** soil microbial biomass C,N and P concentrations were also significantly higher in the MNPK treatment than in the CK *** fertilization treatments,theβ-1,4-glucosidase,α-1,4-glucosidase,urease,acid phosphatase and phosphodiesterase activities were the highest in the MNPK *** to inorganic fertilization,the MNPK treatment increased the labile soil P fractions and decreased the residual soil P *** fertilization significantly affected the soil microbial *** total phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA)concentrations in the NK,PK,NPK and MNPK treatments were 23.3,43.1,48.7 and 87.7%higher,respectively,than in the CK treatment.A significant correlation was observed between the microbial community and soil P ***,the aggregated boosted tree(ABT)model showed that among the various soil biochemical properties,the total PLFA concentration was the factor that most influenced the active P pool,accounting for 35.4%of the relative influence of all soil biochemical properties *** findings reveal that combined manure and inorganic fertilizer application is a better approach than applying inorganic fertilizer alone fo
