Non-classical correlations can be regarded as resources for quantum information processing. However, the classification problem of non-classical correlations for quantum states remains a challenge, even for finite-size systems. Although there exist a set of criteria for determining individual non-classical correlations, a unified framework that is capable of simultaneously classifying multiple correlations is still missing. In this work, we experimentally explored the possibility of applying machine-learning methods for simultaneously identifying non-classical correlations. Specifically, by using partial information, we applied artificial neural network, support vector machine, and decision tree for learning entanglement, quantum steering, and non-locality. Overall, we found that for a family of quantum states, all three approaches can achieve high accuracy for the classification problem. Moreover, the run time of the machine-learning methods to output the state label is experimentally found to be significantly less than that of state tomography. Copyright © 2018, The Authors. A three-way incremental-learning algorithm for radar emitter identification

Radar emitter identification has been recognized as an indispensable task for electronic intelligence system. With the increasingly accumulated radar emitter intelligence and information, one key issue is to rebuild the radar emitter classifier efficiently with the newly-arrived information. Although existing incremental learning algorithms are superior in saving significant computational cost by incremental learning on continuously increasing training samples, they are not adaptable enough yet when emitter types , features and sampies are increasing dramatically. For instance, the intra-pulse characters of emitter signals could be fitrther extracted and thus expand the feature dimension. The; same goes for the radar emitter type dimension when samples from new radar emitter types are gathered. In addition, existing incremental classifiers are still problematic in terms of computational cost, sensitivity to data input order, and difficulty in multiemitter type identification. To address the above problems, we bring forward a three-way incremental learning algorithm （TILA） for radar emitter identification which is adaptable for the increase in emitter features, types and. samples.

In this paper, we present a gap analysis study focusing on interoperability of eHealth systems and services coupled with cybersecurity aspects. The study has been conducted in the scope of the KONFIDO EU-funded project, which leverages existing security tools and procedures as well as novel approaches and cutting-edge technology, such as homomorphic encryption and blockchains, in order to create a scalable and holistic paradigm for secure inner and cross-border exchange, storage and overall handling of healthcare data in compliance with legal and ethical norms. The gap analysis relied on desk research, expert opinions and interviews across four thematic areas, namely, eHealth interoperability frameworks, eHealth security software frameworks, end-user perspectives across diverse settings in KONFIDO pilot countries, as well as national cybersecurity strategies and reference reports. A standards-based template has been created as a baseline through which the analysis subjects have been analyzed. The gap analysis identified barriers and constraints as well as open issues and challenges for information security in interoperable solutions at a systemic level. Recommendations derived from the gap analysis will be brought into the forthcoming phases of KONFIDO to shape its technical solutions accordingly. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2018.

Recent years have witnessed a rapid growth in using Web services for data publishing and sharing among *** improve the efficiency of software development and economize on human and material resources,service reuse is viewed as a powerful means which will not only reuse atomic services,but also reuse arbitrary granularities of Service process fragments(SPFs).However,effectively reusing arbitrary granularities of SPFs has not been solved yet,let alone taking diverse Qo S preferences of service providers and users into *** this paper,we propose a novel method of SPF reuse,named SCKY,based on the Cocke-Kasami-Younger(CKY) *** first present an extended CKY to do *** we address how to do SPF-query by a probability CKY,i.e.,return a SPF with maximum emergence ***,we explore the SPF-query with a consensus of Qo S preferences between service providers and *** a set of experiments,the effectiveness and robustness of our approach are evaluated.

There has been an exponential growth in social networking and online shopping with the internet revolution in the recent past. Viral marketing, exploiting social networks to promote various products, has proved successful in influencing the public compared to other media. One well known task in this area is to choose the best nodes that maximize the overall influence propagated in the social network. t-Influence Maximization problem has been addressed in this paper which can be defined as maximizing the overall influence in a social network by selecting seeds for the given t products with their seed requirements. Constraints are set on number of products to be recommended for any single user (to avoid spamming) and total number of seeds to be selected for a particular product (budget constraint). The technique we have used, a greedy algorithm to the aforementioned t-influence maximization problem. It not only allocates seeds with maximum total influence, but also ensures that any one product doesn't dictate the overall influence and a fair selection is done. An efficient algorithm is designed for calculating the approximate influence of the selected nodes which is important in practical situations. Effectiveness and scalability of the algorithm is analyzed and verified using simulations on real-life facebook data.

Infections can lead to persistent symptoms and diseases such as shingles after varicella zoster or rheumatic fever after streptococcal infections. Similarly, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‑CoV‑2) infection can result in long coronavirus disease (COVID), typically manifesting as fatigue, pulmonary symptoms and cognitive dysfunction. The biological mechanisms behind long COVID remain unclear. We performed a genome-wide association study for long COVID including up to 6,450 long COVID cases and 1,093,995 population controls from 24 studies across 16 countries. We discovered an association of FOXP4 with long COVID, independent of its previously identified association with severe COVID-19. The signal was replicated in 9,500 long COVID cases and 798,835 population controls. Given the transcription factor FOXP4’s role in lung physiology and pathology, our findings highlight the importance of lung function in the pathophysiology of long COVID. © The Author(s) 2025.

This paper acquaints with a created application for generating Rainbow Tables and the results of testing Rainbow Tables, according to the length of the chosen chain. The paper presents a specialized application containing its own algorithms for reduction functions, changing the length of chain, generating Rainbow Tables and measuring the effectivity of the password search in detail. Within the executed tests, the dependence of Rainbow Tables size on the password length, the affection of the hash search by the size of the chosen chain and their links to collisions, which arise from the principle of using the reduction function, were observed. The results objectively describe the pros and cons of using Rainbow Tables and show the possibilities and restrictions for their effective usage. © 2017 - IOS Press and the authors. Polymorphic transitions in layered transition metal dichalcogenides provide an excellent platform for discovering exotic phenomena associated with metastable states, ranging from topological phase transitions1 to enhanced superconductivity2. In particular, the transition from 2H to 1T0-MoTe2, which was thought to be induced by high-energy photon irradiation3–5 among many other means6–9, has been intensely studied for its technological relevance in nanoscale transistors3. Despite the remarkable electrical performance arising from this 2H-to-1T0 transition, it remains controversial whether a crystalline 1T0 phase is produced because optical signatures of this putative transition are found to be associated with the formation of elemental Te clusters instead10,11. Here, we demonstrate the creation of an intrinsic 1T0 lattice after irradiating a mono- or few-layer 2H-MoTe2 with a single field-enhanced terahertz pulse, whose low photon energy limits possible structural damage by optical pulses. To visualize the temporal evolution of this irreversible transition, we further develop a single-shot terahertz pump-second harmonic probe technique, and we find that the transition out of the 2H phase occurs within 10 ns after photoexcitation. Our results not only resolve the long-standing debate over the light-induced polymorphic transition in MoTe2, they also highlight the unique capability of strong-field terahertz pulses in manipulating the structure of quantum materials. It also has evolved people from different origins, cultures, beliefs across the national boundaries. As a result it has become an absolute necessity to address the cross-cultural issues of information systems (IS) reflecting the user behaviours and influencing the way the mobile broadband technology is being accepted as well as the way it is changing the life styles of different groups of people.
