Improving the quality of human capital in transport is closely related to the development of the ability of transport specialists to self-regulation. The training of modern, qualified transport specialists (as human capital development strategy) requires no less highly qualified teachers and managers, capable of not only managing others, but also themselves. In modern socio-cultural space, researchers pay special attention to the preservation and development of man as the highest value, the recognition and upholding of him as the highest value on earth. Such an understanding assumes the professionalism of consultative interaction with the client as a person, partner and professional, based on a detailed analysis of the characteristics and properties, processes and results of human activities. Appeal to followers in understanding the human mental life is associated with well-known methods for diagnosing and transforming the most complex internal world of a person, as well as the features, processes and results of the interaction of the internal and external worlds surrounding a person. Psychological comprehension of a person, penetration into the matrix structures of his personal, interpersonal and professional formation and development is sometimes serious difficulties, so our appeal to the psychodynamic and behavioural models of self-regulation, as well as in social and individual psychology and their methods, is dictated by these ideas. The appeal to classical conceptual constructs, in particular, modern and traditional domestic and foreign psychology, allows us to comprehend and practically develop methods and methods of immersion in the mental world of a person, his research, as well as subsequent transformation and development.

Hohmann transfer via constrained optimization

In the first part of this paper, inspired by the geometric method of Jean-Pierre Marec, we consider the two-impulse Hohmann transfer problem between two coplanar circular orbits as a constrained nonlinear programming problem. By using the Kuhn-Tucker theorem, we analytically prove the global optimality of the Hohmann transfer. Two sets of feasible solutions are found, one of which corresponding to the Hohmann transfer is the global minimum, and the other is a local minimum. In the second part, we formulate the Hohmann transfer problem as two-point and multi-point boundary-value problems by using the calculus of variations. With the help of the Matlab solver bvp4c, two numerical examples are solved successfully, which verifies that the Hohmann transfer is indeed the solution of these boundary-value problems. Via static and dynamic constrained optimization, the solution to the orbit transfer problem proposed by W. The influenza virus changes its antigenicity frequently due to rapid mutations, leading to immune escape and failure of vaccination. Rapid determination of the influenza antigenicity could help identify the antigenic variants in time. Here, we built a stacked auto-encoder(SAE) model for predicting the antigenic variant of human influenza A(H3N2) viruses based on the hemagglutinin(HA) protein sequences. The model achieved an accuracy of 0.95 in five-fold cross-validations, better than the logistic regression model did. Further analysis of the model shows that most of the active nodes in the hidden layer reflected the combined contribution of multiple residues to antigenic variation. Besides, some features(residues on HA protein) in the input layer were observed to take part in multiple active nodes, such as residue 189, 145 and 156, which were also reported to mostly determine the antigenic variation of influenza A(H3N2) viruses. Overall,this work is not only useful for rapidly identifying antigenic variants in influenza prevention, but also an interesting attempt in inferring the mechanisms of biological process through analysis of SAE model, which may give some insights into interpretation of the deep learning models.

Glycosylation is one of the most extensive post-translation modifications of proteins. Although lots of computational models have been developed to predict the glycosylation sites, none of them considered the tissue and cell specificity of glycosylation. Here, we built a two-step computational method Glyco Cell to predict the cell-specific O-Gal NAc glycosylation, the most complex type of O-glycosylation reported so far, in 12 human cell types. The first step predicted whether a site had the potential to be O-glycosylated. The model achieved an accuracy of 0.83. The second step predicted whether a potential glycosite would be O-glycosylated in the given cell type. For 12 cell types, a model was built for each cell type. The accuracies for these models ranged from 0.78 to 0.87. To facilitate the usage of Glyco Cell for the public, a web server was built which is available at http://***/Glyo Cell/***. It could be useful for investigating the cell-specific O-glycosylation in human.
