With the development of communication technology, every industry has change lot. The medical industry has the same trend at this time. In order to create an environment for different social department, this paper presents a new solution which PaaS is used for mobile health. In the PaaS-Platform, distributed storage and cluster technology have been used for providing better service. The PaaS-Platform gives some permission for some departments to develop their own SaaSPlatform. And different mobile clients will be developed based on different departments' needs. Means of communication take Web Service which is the idea of SOA so that the platform is compatible with a variety of platforms. As a validation of our framework, a mobile client is presented in this paper. © 2013 IEEE.

This paper mainly discusses the structures in the laboratory of a fiber-optic WIM system. This system is based on the feature of the fiber that when it vertically pressed by heavy objects the light intensity of the fiber change with them. This experiment use CCD camera, splitter and other professional optical equipment to capture the light intensity changes video. And then, use computer to obtain the image from the video stream, grayscale process, binary process, corrosion process and expansion process the image to calculate the light intensity. The experimental results reflect some regular relationship of the experimental vehicle weight and the intensity of the fiber and speed of the vehicle. © 2013 IEEE.

A high-speed railway virtual reality system can vividly show the train running process, traction and braking control performance using 3D computer graphics technology. As a major part of virtual reality system, the traction and braking performance have great significance to the effect of the rain running. This paper researches the basic theory of train traction and braking calculation, which can be used to simulate the train running in the virtual reality system. It also introduces the realization process of the virtual simulation based on Direct3D. © 2013 IEEE.

LOD (Levels of Details) is a technology often applied in real-time photo realistic, which reduces the complexity of scene preferably. At the same time, the distortion is lessened and the request of real time is met. A frequency used algorithm of LOD in lots of literatures is based on quad tree. This paper discusses the development of LOD technology, introduces LOD algorithm based on quad-tree, and realizes the loading terrain module in the scene of high-speed railway virtual reality. In the end, an ulterior development of LOD is referred. © 2013 IEEE.

This paper discussed the development of domestic Micro-blogging and analyzed the status in the future. Moreover, it involves a number of technical difficulties encounters, including how to make further development based on the open source framework Status Net, and how to create HTML language based on object-oriented programming using PHP and how to use Google Map API. Then, we combine the requirements of Micro-blogging and Google map service to build the system architecture and implement this system. In this system you can view information, distribute information, reply information, forward information and search information according to Google Map service. And the most important is that our system provides a platform that enables users to communicate with the Google map, and allows users to locate any place to send messages to increase the users' experience and flexibility. © 2012 IEEE.

From the point of the perspective of train control strategies, energy saving for high-speed railway will be explored in this paper. The energy consumption of high-speed railway is mainly used for train operation, accounting for about 87%. This paper definitely presents a particle swarm algorithm to compute the energy consumption, which aims to reduce the railway energy by obtaining optimal train control strategies. The algorithm establishes a fresh mathematical model, setting energy consumption, running time and stop accuracy as objects, setting limited velocity and motion as constraint condition, and develops an improved adaptive novel multi-population particle swarm with novel crossover and mutation strategies, in order to reduce the computational complexity and ensure the accuracy of the energy consumption results. Over all, a simulation system has been built to resolute problems of high-speed railway. According to the simulation results, the algorithm is proved to be efficient and helpful on energy saving. © 2012 IEEE.

In this paper, virtual reality sound effects for high-speed train simulation system using wavelet denoising algorithm is studied. As one important part of the high speed train operation system, virtual reality system visualizes most parameter in train operation process. Sound effect system provides sound information to the whole simulation system. It is greatly significance to the whole effect and reality of the simulation. Here we will introduce high-speed train virtual reality sound analysis and acquisition method. Based on wavelet denoising algorithm, we analyze the filtering mechanism and realization of highspeed train virtual reality sound effect. Combining audio files and the type of virtual reality scene, we present a new virtual reality sound model and realization mode;eventually offer a new ideal and flexible solution to high-speed train virtual reality sound effect system. © 2012 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

In recent years, the Internet of Things (IOT) has been developed very fast. Lots of applications have emerged in the field of IOT. However, most of them are independent. In this paper, a public and unified platform based on Google Map to integrate those GEO-related IOT applications is designed and implemented. The platform is a combination of software and hardware. In software part, a server included three functional parts is implemented. In hardware part, different communication ways between the server and the real things in applications are supported. Finally, a Remote Digital Home Control system is implemented and added to our platform. It demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of our platform. © 2010 IEEE.

Google Map is widely used as a platform for a number of applications because of providing the public satellite maps all over the world, but it is hard for user to add vivid interactive applications on website based on Google Map (GM). The reason is that GM can not provide many features of API while allows the application to mix its content with it before. In order to interact with GM instantly and display the application content dynamically, an instant messaging system designed by flex is described in this paper. A travel application is also implemented and embeds in a micro-blog system, including the server part and client part The application shows that our framework can display dynamic map content and has better ability than the application which interacts with GM by JavaScript

As the concept of Digital City becomes more and more important, people are inclined to building digital cities. In order to manage cities better, it is necessary to add remote monitoring to digital cities because it could solve the problem that something is not convenient for field survey though remote monitoring in digital cities. In addition, Google Earth(GE) is one of the most convenient platforms for building digital cities. Therefore, we propose a remote monitoring system based on GE. We employ the GIS searching & orientation module to search and locate places where users want to monitor on GE. Besides, the monitoring module is used to monitor places by updating image overlays on GE. And we utilize the voice guiding module to tell users the information about places in voice. Thus, it will be convenient for city management though remote monitoring based on GE.
