Meeting the Information Assurance Crisis in the U.S. Now

Currently he serves as the Chair of the National Colloquium on Information System Security Education. Schou also directs the ISU National Center of Excellence in Information Assurance Education and the ISU Technology Innovation Center. Contact Corey Schou one of the authors of this article and the Chair of the NCISSE by email at Schou@*** for help in finding additional ways to address the issues raised in this article. A member of the University of Idaho College of Engineering faculty. She graduated from the University of California at Davis. Frincke is the co-director and co-founder of the university's Center for Secure and Dependable Software (CSDS). She was the program chair for the 2nd International Workshop on Recent Advances in Intrusion Detection (RAID). A professor of Computer Science at the College of Integrated Science and Technology at James Madison University in Harrisonburg Virginia. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in philosophy from the University of Houston. Reynolds is the Director of Information System Security Education at James Madison University. Since 1997 Reynolds has led the development of the first remote Internet-based curriculum that leads to an M.S. degree in computer science with a concentration in information security. Thus far 160 students have completed this program. A professor of computer information systems at Idaho State University and the manager of its Simplot Decision Support Center.

Developing a prototype concurrent design tool for composite topside structures

He completed his bachelor of science degree in aeropace and ocean engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1985 and his master of science degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland in 1990. Mr. Dirlik recently completed a master of science program in applied physics at The Johns Hopins University and currently works in the Radar Cross Section and Target Physics Branch of the Signatures Directorate at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Corderoke Division. He has worked on Navy low observable programs since 1990. Stephen Hambric:is a research associate at the Applied Research Laboratory at The Pennsylvania State University. He received his B. S. and M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his D. Sc. in mechnical engineering from the George Washington University. He has worked on several computer aided multidiscikplinary design and optimization projects over the years including an automated propeller design system and a structural acoustic optimization capability. Dr. Shpour Azarm:is currently working as an associate professor with the Design and Manufacturing Group of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of maryland at College Park. Dr Azarm's expertise is in the areas of optimization-based designed and concurrent design and optimization of multidisciplinary systems. He was a consultant at Black & Decker Corporation (summer 1996) and worked as a Navy senior summer faculty fellow (summer 1995) and a NASA summer faculty fellow (summer 1994). He was a visiting scientist at NASA Langley Research Center for Multidisciplinary Analysis and Applied Structural Optimzatiom at the University of Siegen in Germany (spring 1992) and the Design Institute of the Technical University of Denmark (summer 1990). Rautio:founded Sonnet Software a developer of 3-D planar electromagnetic microwave software in 1983 with support from the David Sarnoff Research Center Hewlett Packard General Electric and Syracuse University. He has served as a visiting member of the faculty at Syracuse University and as an adjunct faculty member at Cornell University teaching microwave and computer courses as well as pursuing research in electromagnetics. Dr. Rautio previously worked in General Electric's Space Division and Electronics Laboratory. He designed microwave circuits including filters for a Landsat receiver and various GaAs microwave integrated circuits. He also developed microwave and millimeter wave automated measurement equipment and wrote a large microwave circuit analysis program. Dr. Rautio holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University
