With the rapid development of e-commerce and the logistics industry, logistics transportation networks based on different modes of transport have gradually become increasingly complex. Currently, the multimodal transportation logistics distribution routing problem, which is considered a complex vehicle routing problem, has gained significant attention. Therefore, the selection of appropriate routes plays a crucial role in enhancing the economic efficiency and rationality of logistics planning. In order to obtain optimal routes, this paper proposes an improved diffusion artificial hummingbird algorithm based on the hummingbird swarm diffusion flight strategy. This algorithm improves the population initialization method to cover the solution space as comprehensively as possible. In addition, a migration diffusion strategy is proposed, by spreading the worst solution to the outer area of the population to find the optimal solution, thereby improving the global search capability of the algorithm. In order to verify the convergence performance of the algorithm, this paper conducts comparative tests with multiple algorithms, effectively verifying the high accuracy and fast convergence performance of the DAHA algorithm. Applying it to the multimodal logistics distribution path problem can effectively avoid excessively slow convergence speed and The disadvantage of low convergence accuracy. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified through experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the difficulty on predicting the shielding effectiveness of high-voltage shielded cable, a simulation analysis method was studied, which is computed through the transfer impedance. The transfer impedance simulation methods for shielded cable mainly include mathematical analysis method and numerical method. This article first have studied the classical analytical model of single-braided shielded cable, and based on this, derived the analytical formula for double shielded cable with braided shield and aluminum foil. Then, according to cable transfer impedance test method - line injection method, a simulation model of the high-voltage shielded cable was established in the electromagnetic simulation software FEKO. Finally, the simulation results of analytical method and numerical method are compared to verify the accuracy of numerical modeling and simulation. research has shown that using numerical method can effectively predict the transfer impedance of shielded cable. For the same analytical model, the numerical calculation results are completely consistent with the analytical method. By using numerical simulation method, it is possible to quickly evaluate the shielding effectiveness of cable, optimize cable parameters, and thereby reduce the optimization and testing costs of cable. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Independently tunable dual resonant dip refractive index sensor based on metal–insulator–metal waveguide with Q-shaped resonant cavity

A plasmonic resonator system consisting of a metal–insulator–metal waveguide and a Q-shaped resonant cavity is proposed in this paper. The transmission properties of surface plasmon polaritons in this structure are investigated by using the finite difference in time domain(FDTD) method, and the simulation results contain two resonant dips. The physical mechanism is studied by the multimode interference coupled mode theory(MICMT), and the theoretical results are in highly consistent with the simulation results. Furthermore, the parameters of the Q-shaped cavity can be controlled to adjust the two dips, respectively. The refractive index sensor proposed in this paper, with a sensitivity of 1578 nm/RIU and figure of merit(FOM) of 175, performs better than most of the similar structures. Therefore, the results of the study are instructive for the design and application of high sensitivity nanoscale refractive index sensors.

To implement target detection algorithms such as YOLO on FPGA and meet the strict requirement of real-time target detection with low latency, a variety of optimization methods from model quantization to hardware optimization are needed. Firstly, the layer fusion and the bit width quantization strategy are used to reduce computational complexity. Then, the column-based fine-grained pipeline architecture with padding skip technology is used to reduce start time. Next, the double symbol multiplication correction circuit is introduced to shorten the calculation time of CNN. Finally, the design space exploration algorithm is used to solve the problem of resource allocation in the FPGA-based convolutional neural network hardware accelerator and improve the efficiency of DSP. To verify the neural network accelerator architecture, we implement YOLOv2-tiny network on Xilinx ZCU104. Compared with the previous accelerators, the latency is reduced by 1.88 to 2.07 times, and the DSP efficiency reaches 90.9%. © 2023 IEEE.

DSC-HRNet: a lightweight teaching pose estimation model with depthwise separable convolution and deep high-resolution representation learning in computer-aided education

Using deeply separable convolution approaches, this research provides an enhanced model DSC-HRNet for pose estimation. The novel model attempts to minimize the number of parameters and accelerate the process of inference while retaining a high degree of precision. The performance of the DSC-HRNet model is tested using two widely-used pose estimation datasets: COCO, MPII, and a custom dataset T-pose for teaching pose. The results demonstrate that the DSC-HRNet model beats state-of-the-art models in terms of speed and model size, while retaining a high degree of precision. The DSC-HRNet earns a mean average accuracy (mAP) score of 71.1% on COCO and 88.2% on MPII, beating openpose, alphapose, simplebaseline, and mask R-CNN. In addition, fine-tuning DSC-HRNet on the T-pose dataset further improves its performance, achieving an mAP of 77.9%, demonstrating its versatility and effectiveness on teaching pose estimation. Aiming at the problems of long entry time and high error rate of manual information collection, an ID card information collection system based on Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and STM32 was designed. The system uses STM32F103C8T6 and STM32H750XIT6 as the control core, through the control of OV5640 image collector to collect the ID card picture, and then through the microprocessor distortion correction algorithm to preprocess the picture, the processed picture data is transmitted to the host computer developed by C# language by USB serial port protocol. Finally, the image data is transmitted to the connected Baidu AI open platform through the upper computer and then receives the returned data, and then further decodes, displays the results to the upper computer interface, or automatically exports text and table data. Through the test, the system can effectively automate the whole process of ID card information acquisition and export, the hardware system to capture the image pixel is QVGA(320x240), the average time is about 1.6s, the identification is accurate and convenient, has a certain reference significance for modern intelligent office, cost reduction and efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

Flotation separation of spodumene and albite with activation of calcium ion hydrolysate components

It is difficult to separate spodumene and albite by flotation with calcium ion as *** this study,microflotation experiment,solution chemistry calculation,density functional theory(DFT)calculation and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis were conducted to investigate the effect mechanism of c alcium hydrolysate on the flotation separation of spodumene and *** show that the weak interaction intensity of Ca^(2+)with O atoms on the mineral surface makes it difficult to activate minerals *** O atom in the hydroxyl group of Ca(OH)^(+)and Ca(OH)_(2)can be strongly bonded with Al atom on the mineral surface,which greatly improves the adsorption *** the activation of Ca(OH)^(+),the adsorption forms of collectors on the surface of spodumene and albite are quite different,and the adsorption intensity on the surface of spodumene is higher,which is conducive to the flotation separation of spodumene and *** the action of Ca(OH)_(2),the adsorption of the collector on the albite surface is stronger than that of spodumene,which is not conducive to the flotation separation of the two *** adjusting the initial concentration of calcium ions and pulp pH,Ca(OH)^(+)is the main active component,which is the key to improve the separation effect of spodumene and albite.

Spodumene is a silicate mineral rich in ***,the gangue mineral,albite has similar crystal chemical structure and composition to *** this work,the density functional theory(DFT)calculation was taken to research the floatability from the perspective of crystal *** contact angle test and reagent adsorption test were used to support the simulation *** addition,the weighted total density of broken bonds is proposed for the first time to judge the generation probability of cleavage *** DFT calculation results display that the Na and Al sites on the albite surface are the adsorption sites of water *** the water molecules only bond with Al atom on the surface of spodumene and each Al site can adsorb only one water ***,the wetting effect of water molecules on the albite surface is stronger than that of *** is consistent with the result of contact *** sodium oleate system,the oleic acid anion is adsorbed on the spodumene surface in form of a multicomponent ring while the albite is a single ***,oleic acid anion can be strongly adsorbed on the surface of spodumene and albite under *** adsorption strength of spodumene is higher than that of ***,on hydrated surface,the adsorption strength of oleic acid anion on mineral surface is greatly reduced due to the interaction between water molecules and metal site on mineral ***,spodumene and albite are hard to float without external activated ions in sodium oleate system.

Platycodon grandiflorus polysaccharide(PGP)is one of the main components of ***,but the mechanism of its anti-inflammatory effect has not been fully *** aim of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of PGP on mice with dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis(UC)and explore the underlying *** results showed that PGP treatment inhibited the weight loss of DSS-induced UC mice,increased colon length,and reduced DAI,spleen index,and pathological damage within the *** also reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and inhibited the enhancement of oxidative stress and MPO ***,PGP restored the levels of Th1,Th2,Th17,and Treg cell-related cytokines and transcription factors in the colon to regulate colonic *** studies revealed that PGP regulated the balance of colonic immune cells through mesenteric lymphatic *** together,PGP exerts anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effect and regulates colonic immunity to attenuate DSS-induced UC through mesenteric lymphatic circulation.

The unprecedented Coronavirus Disease 2019 had spread and diffused in many countries and regions worldwide, posing a serious threat to people's health and lives. This review presents a systematic analysis and summary of representative research on the role of AI technology in the prediction and containment of COVID-19 and influencing factors of its transmission. To further explore the influences of multiple factors on the incidence and transmission of COVID-19, we used total cases per million (TCPM) and total deaths per million (TDPM) as dependent variables and influencing factors as explanatory variables to conduct multiple linear regression, and constructed four training models: xgboost model (XGBR), random forest regenerator (RFR), extra trees regenerator (ETR), and gradient boosting regenerator (GBR) to predict the test data. This study highlights the contribution and application prospects of AI related technologies in the study of the spread of COVID-19, which will help deepen the global understanding of the COVID-19 pandemic, and provide a reference for curbing the wanton spread of COVID-19 and other diseases again. © 2023 ACM.
