This paper proposes an asynchronous algorithm for distributed optimization problem(Asy-DOP) in multi-agent network with gradient *** algorithm can be implemented in an asynchronous distributed *** objective function of the algorithm is the sum of the local functions of multiple nodes in the network,each node only knows its own local objective function and can exchange information with its *** addition,the algorithm is based on the undirected connected graph and requires the objective function is Lipschitz *** step-size of the proposed algorithm is homogeneous and when the step-size is in a suitable range,it is proved that the convergence rate of the proposed algorithm is O(1/(?)),where the k is the number of iterations.

Aiming at the complex nonlinear dynamic time-varying characteristics for Czochralski（Cz） silicon single crystal growth process and the difficulty in modeling and controlling the crystal diameter by conventional mechanisms, based on the idea of data-driven modeling and control, this paper proposes an improved model-free sliding mode iterative learning control（MFA-SMILC） method. First, a data-driven model of crystal diameter is established using an extreme learning machine（ELM）with actual process data;Then, based on the compact-format dynamic linear（CFDL） data model, a discrete sliding mode control algorithm is used to design a data-driven controller structure for crystal diameters, and the stability of the iterative tracking error is verified by the stability analysis;Finally, the proposed MFA-SMILC controller is applied to silicon single crystal diameter control, and compared with the conventional model-free adaptive iterative learning control（MFA-ILC）, it is found that MFASMILC has faster response speed and convergence speed, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed control method.

Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) analysis is prevalent tool for two-class problems in a wide range of science and engineering areas. The relevant scalar area under the ROC curve (AUC) has been proven to be a robust evaluation index for characterizing the performance of binary statistical models. However, tasks with more than two categories are frequently encountered in practice. As an extension of the ROC curve and AUC in parallel, the hyper ROC surface and the corresponding hyper-volume under the surface (HVUS) have attracted extensive interest. The current mainstream analysis tools of AUC and HVUS are based on the R program language. To provide researchers with an alternative tool for multi-class ROC analysis, in this work, we develop a python-based package and software tool, which allow the users to unbiasedly estimate HVUS, confidently compare HVUSs, flexibly visualize 2D-ROC curve and 3D-ROC surface, etc. © 2022, The Authors. Mobile data subsidization launched by network operators is a promising business model to provide some economic insights on the evolving direction of the 4G/5G and beyond mobile data market. The scheme allows content providers to partly subsidize mobile data consumption of mobile users in exchange for displaying a certain amount of advertisements. The users are motivated to access and consume more content without being concerned about overage charges, yielding higher revenue to the data subsidization ecosystem. For each content provider, how to provide appropriate data subsidization (reward) competing with others to earn more revenue and gain higher profit naturally becomes the key concern in such a ecosystem. In this paper, we adopt a hierarchical game approach to model the reward optimization process for the content providers. We formulate an Equilibrium Programs with Equilibrium Constraints (EPEC) problem to characterize the many-to-many interactions among multiple providers and multiple users. Considering the inherent high complexities of the EPEC problem, we propose to utilize the distributed Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) algorithm to obtain the optimum solutions with fast-convergence and decomposition properties of ADMM. © 2020, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

In view of the previous Czochralski(Cz) monocrystalline silicon growth control method based on mechanism model, it is difficult to accurately reflect the nonlinear and real-time variation characteristics of crystal growth process. This paper proposes a data-driven iterative learning control method based on support vector regression, which combines crystal diameter prediction model by support vector regression(SVR) off-line training with crystal growth mechanism model, and then control the crystal diameter and output key variable information in the framework of iterative learning algorithm. Simulation results for diameter control of crystal growth process and the analysis of key variable information show that the proposed method is effective and has a fast crystal diameter learning speed, and good performances of setpoint tracking and disturbance rejection, high crystal growth speed.

In order to improve the speed and accuracy of silicon single crystal diameter detection, this paper proposes an ellipse detection method based on brain storm optimization algorithm Hough transform, this method uses brain storm optimization algorithm to search ellipse parameters that make the accumulator obtains the maximum value after using Hough transform, then the accurate measurement value of silicon single crystal diameter is obtained. The proposed algorithm is simulated on the complete ellipse with Gaussian white noise and silicon single crystal diameter detection engineering experiments, and the results are compared with other intelligent optimization algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of ellipse detection with Hough transform, thereby verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, and improve the speed and accuracy of silicon single crystal diameter detection.

The practicality of model predictive control(MPC) is partially limited by its ability to solve optimization problems in real time. The robust model prediction algorithm based on linear matrix inequality is divided into online and offline parts. In order to improve the response speed and control precision of the system, the upper bound of the objective function obtained by the off-line algorithm is taken as a known quantity, and a series of large asymptotically stable invariant elliptic sets are obtained by re-optimization. The state variables can be determined-lying between two ellipsoid sets within the ellipsoid set sequence, on the basis of online measured state variables. By adding an adjacent small ellipse set, the state variables are precisely located by three ellipse sets optimization, and the system control quantity is obtained. The simulation results show that this algorithm is better than the traditional algorithm. Finally, this algorithm is applied to identify parameters of silicon single crystal thermal field temperature model and the simulation results prove its excellent ability of parameters identification.

Aiming at the problem that the original ORB algorithm is difficult to solve the effective matching problem under large angle of view transformation. This paper proposes an image feature matching algorithm based on ORB to resist the change of view according to the principle of ASIFT. The basic idea of the algorithm is as follows, Firstly, the longitude angle and latitude angle caused by the rotation of the camera are simulated, and the simulated image sequence set which is deformed by the change of the optical axis direction of the camera is accurately simulated. Then the feature points are extracted and mapped them into the original image by combining the FAST feature point detection method with the BRISK feature descriptors. Finally, the Brute-Force Matcher and the Random Sampling Consistency (RANSAC) method were used for feature matching and optimization. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can solve the problem that the image features cannot be matched under the large change of viewing angle (greater than 60°), and it has a significant improvement in real-time performance compared with ASIFT. © 2018 IEEE.

The Alternating Directions Methods of Multipliers (ADMM) are widely used in many fields of scientific computing in recent years. This method applies iterative computation to the information exchange between individual agent and neighbor. However, despite the success of traditional centralized ADMM in some application environments, its applicability is limited in global convergence center by its communication requirements. In our paper, we provide the linear convergence rate for this distributed consensus optimization problem, which satisfies strongly convex local objective functions. Then, the properties of the local objective function and the parameters of the algorithm, the theoretical convergence rate is given according to the network topology.

This paper proposes the social manufacturing based on Blockchain, which realizes precise and efficient customization through smart contract and distributed accounting. It is a new manufacturing mode of service-oriented, distributed and collaborative customization. This paper proposes the definition of SM based on Blockchain. In the process of using to Blockchain, it can form a strong trust relationship, so that multiple nodes / roles in SM can save the complete copy of the whole database, rather than a centralized permission / role. Secondly, the Blockchain-based SM system is developed for customized manufacturing. Finally, its application case and the optimization results are given. In SM, it is the key that how to transform customized manufacturing actions into socialized actions of manufacturing resources through internet communities and interconnect Socialized Manufacturing Resources (SMRs) in upstream and downstream. In this paper, the smart contract relationship is established based on Blockchain between SMRs to build credit mechanism in SM, Which can ensure the effective circulation and association of SMRs.
