In this paper, a compact and miniaturized wideband bandpass filter based on resonant ring loading stepped impedance resonator is designed. The filter designed in this paper uses the resonant ring as the basic resonator unit. By loading the SIR, the passband width of the filter is improved. The 3 dB bandwidth of this filter is 300 MHz, and the relative fractional bandwidth is 15%. Etching a complementary open resonant ring defected ground structure (DGS) on the floor that changes the current distribution on the floor and creates a band gap with passband characteristics, making the filter compact and compact. The size of filter is 3.5 cm * 4.0 cm. The simulation results show that the filter center frequency is 2.0 GHz, the return loss is 29 dB, and the insertion loss is 1.1 dB. The filter introduces two transmission zero points of 1.3 GHz and 2.6 GHz on both sides of the passband, which improves the out-of-band rejection of the filter. The filter structure designed in this paper has the advantages of small size, wide bandwidth and strong stop band rejection, which verifies the feasibility of the filter design.

In this paper, we present a novel high-gain multiband surface-wave antenna base on extraordinary optical transmission. In order to make the performance of antenna more better we introduced metal wall structure, it can improve the gain of antenna and the half-power beamwidth also have a good embodiment in the E-plane and H-plane. Simulation results show that the gain of proposed antenna can reach more than 12 dB.

In order to eliminate the calculation error which is generated by the field point selection of finite-difference time-domain method on the interface of medium, this paper introduces a virtual field which is then unfolded by Taylor series, and gives the iterative formula of the nonstandard finite-difference time-domain method (NS-FDTD). The non-standard finite-difference time-domain method (NS-FDTD) is used to simulate plane wave irradiating vertically the novel sub-wavelength metal grating resonator, effects of the thickness of metal layer and the relative dielectric constant to extraordinary transmission characteristic are studied, and the extraordinary transmission mechanism is analyzed using the theory of Fabry-Perot cavity. A novel structure with extraordinary transmission characteristic is designed, and the extraordinary transmission characteristic in 450-900 THz band has also been studied using the method of NS-FDTD, the effect caused by some parameters such as thickness of metal layer, relative dielectric constant of dielectric layer has been given. The results show: as the thickness of the metal layer decreases, the factor of extraordinary transmission increases and moves towards high frequency, what's more, the factor moves towards low frequency as the relative dielectric constant of dielectric layer increases. This study provides a theoretical basis for further research on metal film and its extraordinary transmission mechanism.

In this paper, a broadband circular polarized (CP) composite spiral antenna using two-layer artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) is designed. The broadband circularly polarized radiation of the antenna in free space is realized by combining Archimedes spiral and equiangular spiral. At the same time, a new two-layer AMC structure is designed to improve the degradation of axial ratio and bandwidth caused by unidirectional antenna radiation in some frequency bands. The two-layer AMC is designed to operate with 90° reflection-phase bandwidth of 4.3-6 GHz (33%). Three different reflector surfaces: perfect electric conductor (PEC), traditional single-layer AMC surface and two-layer AMC surface are used and compared. The axial ratio performance of the antenna loaded with two-layer AMC is significantly better than that of the traditional AMC in the band of 5-6.5 GHz. The axial ratio and bandwidth was further improved by removing the central patch on the two-layer AMC surface and adding a high dielectric substrate underneath. Let's play music: Audio-driven performance video generation

We propose a new task named Audio-driven Performance Video Generation (APVG), which aims to synthesize the video of a person playing a certain instrument guided by a given music audio clip. It is a challenging task to generate the high-dimensional temporal consistent videos from low-dimensional audio modality. In this paper, we propose a multistaged framework to achieve this new task to generate realistic and synchronized performance video from given music. Firstly, we provide both global appearance and local spatial information by generating the coarse videos and keypoints of body and hands from a given music respectively. Then, we propose to transform the generated keypoints to heatmap via a differentiable space transformer, since the heatmap offers more spatial information but is harder to generate directly from audio. Finally, we propose a Structured Temporal UNet (STU) to extract both intra-frame structured information and inter-frame temporal consistency. They are obtained via graph-based structure module, and CNN-GRU based high-level temporal module respectively for final video generation. A novel compact dual-wideband bandpass filter is proposed in this paper, by employing stub loaded ring-shape Uniform Impedance Resonator (UIR) and embed-inside T-shape resonator which contributes to reducing circuit size. Odd-even mode method can be used to analyze the resonance characteristic, since the structure is symmetrical. The stub-load UIR can produce two resonant frequencies of f odd1 and f even1 , and the T-shape resonator can also introduce two resonant frequencies of f odd2 and f even2 . By adjusting the position of odd-even mode resonant frequencies and the coupling degree between UIR and T-shape resonator, two wide passbands can be realized. In design, a pair of zero-degree feed coupling structure is utilized to generate two transmission zeroes at the lower and upper of the first passband, improving the frequency selectivity of the first. The 3 dB frequency bands range of the first passband and the second are 2.5 GHz-3.3 GHz and 5.1 GHz-6.2 GHz, and the fractional bandwidths are 29% and 19%, corresponding to center frequencies at 2.8 GHz, 5.8 GHz, respectively. Comparing with the previous works, the proposed dual-wideband bandpass filter has a compactness of 12 × 10.45 mm 2 and has lower insertion loss of 0.1 dB and 0.12 dB, corresponding to the first and the second pass-band.

The study of electromagnetic scattering from Gaussian rough surface is of great significance in radar reconnaissance, target tracking and ocean remote sensing. The moment method (MOM) is a commonly used method with high accuracy. However, in the past research, Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the Gaussian rough surface. In this method, a large number of random simulation operations are carried out, and then a statistical convergence result is obtained by counting the results of all operations. In this paper, the stochastic integral equation method SIEM(Stochastic Integral Equation Method) is proposed to calculate the electromagnetic scattering of Gaussian rough surface. SIEM avoids the difficulty of high difficulty precise modeling and repeated calculation many times, and only single modeling and calculation are carried out for the target problem. In this paper, the electromagnetic scattering of two-dimensional cylinder with Gaussian rough surface is solved, and the effectiveness of SIEM is proved by comparing with mom.

The state of health (SOH) and remaining useful life (RUL) prediction of lithium-ion batteries are critical for the safe operation and maintenance optimization of electrical systems. However, existing methods face challenges in generalization ability and prediction accuracy, including the limitations of single-task learning for joint SOH and RUL prediction, sensitivity to complex operating conditions, and the impact of cross-domain data distribution differences. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a dual-representation transferable knowledge sharing network (DRTKSN) to predict SOH and RUL for batteries. The proposed algorithm is based on the framework of multi task learning (MTL) and Transfer Learning. By extracting and fusing dual-representation data features, the framework effectively captures the latent patterns of battery aging characteristics. It employs parameter and network structure sharing mechanisms to enhance the adaptability and generalization of cross-domain features. The proposed model achieves information collaboration between SOH and RUL tasks through a shared network, effectively reducing computational costs and improving prediction accuracy. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework exhibits excellent robustness and transferability in complex degradation scenarios, significantly outperforming baseline models. © 1986-2012 IEEE.

Soft robots in technology makes rapid development in the field of robotics, so that robots are widely used in all aspects of life. This paper proposed a bionic elephant trunk structure of pneumatic actuator (SPA). To solve the insufficient tip force and bending angle of SPA, mathematical model and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) are used to determine the optimal parameters of the SPA. Based on optimized SPAs, robots for multidisciplinary applications are developed. These applications include soft gripper with high gripping force of up to 480 N, a quadruped soft robot capable of adapting complex amphibious environments, and a robot designed to assist with sign language communication. These demonstrate the versatility of soft robots in addressing challenges across various domains, such as healthcare, human-machine interaction, and environmental exploration.
