In this tutorial paper, we explore the field of quantized feedback control, which has gained significant attention due to the growing prevalence of networked controlsystems. These systems require the transmission of feedback information, such as measurements and control signals, over digital networks, presenting novel challenges in estimation and control design. Our examination encompasses various topics, including the minimal information needed for effective feedback control, the design of quantizers, strategies for quantized control design and estimation,achieving consensus control with quantized data, and the pursuit of high-precision tracking using quantized measurements.

Dear Editor,This letter is concerned with stability analysis and stabilization design for sampled-data based load frequency control(LFC) systems via a data-driven method. By describing the dynamic behavior of LFC systems based on a data-based representation, a stability criterion is derived to obtain the admissible maximum sampling interval(MSI) for a given controller and a design condition of the PI-type controller is further developed to meet the required MSI. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified by a case study.

Introduction:This study aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)epidemiological landscape in China through a historical review and current ***:Data were extracted from China’s HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Response Information Management System(CRIMS).Transmission patterns across different phases were visualized using stacked area *** correlations between transmission routes were analyzed using scatter plots and Pearson correlation *** extent and trends of HIV spread among the general population were evaluated using Venn diagrams and Cochran-Armitage ***:The HIV epidemic in China evolved through four distinct phases:injecting drug user(IDU)dominated(1989–1994),former plasma donor(FPD)outbreak(1995–2005),sexual transmission dominance(2006–2014),and general population spread(2015–present).A strong correlation was observed between provinces reporting high numbers of IDU cases and those with elevated heterosexual transmission(r=0.88,P<0.001).Between 2015 and 2023,393,926 cases were identified among the general population through non-marital and non-commercial heterosexual contact(NMNCHC).The proportion of general population cases among heterosexual transmissions increased significantly from 46.2%to 55.7%(Z=42.7,P<0.001).Conclusion:The significant spread of HIV into the general population necessitates the development of targeted prevention strategies for both high-risk and general populations to address emerging epidemiological challenges.

A differential game guidance scheme with obstacle avoidance,based on the formulation of a combined linear quadratic and norm-bounded differential game,is designed for a three-player engagement scenario,which includes a pursuer,an interceptor,and an *** confrontation between the players is divided into four phases(P1-P4)by introducing the switching time,and proposing different guidance strategies according to the phase where the static obstacle is located:the linear quadratic game method is employed to devise the guidance scheme for the energy optimization when the obstacle is located in the P1 and P3 stages;the norm-bounded differential game guidance strategy is presented to satisfy the acceleration constraint under the circumstance that the obstacle is located in the P2 and P4 ***,the radii of the static obstacle and the interceptor are taken as the design parameters to derive the combined guidance strategy through the dead-zone function,which guarantees that the pursuer avoids the static obstacle,and the interceptor,and attacks the ***,the nonlinear numerical simulations verify the performance of the game guidance strategy.

This article focuses on dynamic event-triggered mechanism(DETM)-based model predictive control(MPC) for T-S fuzzy systems.A hybrid dynamic variables-dependent DETM is carefully devised,which includes a multiplicative dynamic variable and an additive dynamic *** addressed DETM-based fuzzy MPC issue is described as a “min-max” optimization problem(OP).To facilitate the co-design of the MPC controller and the weighting matrix of the DETM,an auxiliary OP is proposed based on a new Lyapunov function and a new robust positive invariant(RPI) set that contain the membership functions and the hybrid dynamic variables.A dynamic event-triggered fuzzy MPC algorithm is developed accordingly,whose recursive feasibility is analysed by employing the RPI *** the designed controller,the involved fuzzy system is ensured to be asymptotically *** examples show that the new DETM and DETM-based MPC algorithm have the advantages of reducing resource consumption while yielding the anticipated performance.
