Objective We aimed to understand the willingness and barriers to the acceptance of tuberculosis(TB)preventive treatment(TPT)among people with latent TB infection(LTBI)in *** A multicenter cross-sectional study was conducted from May 18,2023 to December 31,2023 across 10 counties in *** to a national technical guide,we included healthcare workers,students,teachers,and others occupations aged 15-65 years as our research *** Overall,17.0%(183/1,077)of participants accepted *** were statistically significant differences in the acceptance rate of TPT among different sexes,ages,educational levels,and occupations(P<0.05).The main barriers to TPT acceptance were misconceptions that it had uncertain effects on prevention(57.8%,517/894),and concerns about side effects(32.7%,292/894).Conclusion An enhanced and comprehensive understanding of LTBI and TPT among people with LTBI is vital to further expand TPT in ***,targeted policies need to be developed to address barriers faced by different groups of people.

Introduction:Detecting poliovirus infections proves to be highly challenging due to their asymptomatic nature and infectious potential,highlighting the crucial importance of effective detection methods in the context of polio eradication *** many countries,including China,the primary approach for identifying polio outbreaks has been through acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)*** this study,we conducted an evaluation spanning three decades(1993–2022)to assess the effectiveness of AFP surveillance in ***:Data on all AFP cases identified since 1993 and national-level AFP surveillance system quality indicators aligned with the World Health Organization(WHO)standards were collected for *** quality indicators assess surveillance sensitivity,completeness,timeliness of detection notification,case investigation,and laboratory *** sensitivity is determined by the non-polio AFP(NPAFP)detection rate among children under 15 years of ***:Between 1993 and 2022,a total of 150,779 AFP cases were identified and *** this pool,surveillance identified 95 cases of wild poliovirus(WPV)and 24 cases due to vaccinederived *** 1995 onwards,the detection rate of NPAFP cases consistently adhered to the WHO and national standards of≥1 case per 100,000,falling between 1.38 and *** in 1997,all timeliness indicators consistently achieved the criteria of 80%,apart from the consistency in meeting standards set for the rate of positive specimens sent to the national ***:AFP surveillance has been instrumental in China’s accomplishment of maintaining a polio-free *** ongoing adherence to key performance indicators,ensuring sensitivity and prompt specimen collection,demonstrates that AFP surveillance is proficient in detecting poliovirus in *** we move into the post-eradication phase,AFP surveillance remains crucial for the sustained absence of polioviruses in the long term.

Since the emergence of COVID-19 in 2020,the threaten of emerging infectious diseases(EIDs)has attracted great attentions and echoes either from professional institutions,governments or *** conceptualization of“Disease X”,which covers more than 30 families of viruses,has strongly actuated various resources into the development of medical countermeasures and the research across all families of *** the other hand,the endemic even pandemic old communicable diseases,such as tuberculosis(TB),malaria,HIV/AIDS,etc.,should never be *** in 2023,the estimated TB cases was 10.8 million and the estimated deaths was 1.25 million according to the Global Tuberculosis Report 2024 by World Health Organization(WHO)[1].The most affected countries are India,Indonesia,China,the Philippines,Pakistan,Nigeria,Bangladesh,and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

This paper develops distributed algorithms for solving Sylvester *** authors transform solving Sylvester equations into a distributed optimization problem,unifying all eight standard distributed matrix *** the authors propose a distributed algorithm to find the least squares solution and achieve an explicit linear convergence *** results are obtained by carefully choosing the step-size of the algorithm,which requires particular information of data and Laplacian *** avoid these centralized quantities,the authors further develop a distributed scaling technique by using local information *** a result,the proposed distributed algorithm along with the distributed scaling design yields a universal method for solving Sylvester equations over a multi-agent network with the constant step-size freely chosen from configurable ***,the authors provide three examples to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

Discrete event system(DES)models promote system engineering,including system design,verification,and *** advancement in manufacturing technology has endowed us to fabricate complex industrial ***,the adoption of advanced modeling methodologies adept at handling complexity and scalability is ***,industrial systems are no longer quiescent,thus the intelligent operations of the systems should be dynamically specified in the *** this paper,the composition of the subsystem behaviors is studied to generate the complexity and scalability of the global system model,and a Boolean semantic specifying algorithm is proposed for generating dynamic intelligent operations in the *** traditional modeling approaches,the change or addition of specifications always necessitates the complete resubmission of the system model,a resource-consuming and error-prone *** with traditional approaches,our approach has three remarkable advantages:(i)an established Boolean semantic can be fitful for all kinds of systems;(ii)there is no need to resubmit the system model whenever there is a change or addition of the operations;(iii)multiple specifying tasks can be easily achieved by continuously adding a new ***,this general modeling approach has wide potential for future complex and intelligent industrial systems.

A model of synthesis of control of the system of reproduction is considered. Models of management of the economic system of reproduction use various effects of external influences, expressed in changes in the structure of its technological core. When some surplus of production resources is available, purposeful changes in output are reversible and can occur in one cycle of reproduction. When the reserve of production resources is exhausted, the increase in production assets takes place over several cycles of reproduction. This process has different characteristics from a reversible process. Changes in the structure of final consumption also cause irreversible changes in the process of reproduction. We should have in mind these features in our model for management of the restructuring of the technological basis. The goals of management are to succeed in productivity and sustainability of the reproduction system. The specificity of these models lies in the fact that the response of the system depends on the output volumes of industries, the increase of final consumption, and the surplus of production resources. With a purposeful change of control parameters within the framework of the model of an integrated development fund, the productivity of the system can reach the maximum value (the productivity potential). Changes in the structure of final consumption accompany the changes in production capacities of the system. Influences of this type lead to irreversible changes in the structure of the reproductive system. In addition, starting with a certain amount of consumption, its productivity potential begins to increase. Our purpose in this article is to investigate the methods of synthesis of structural control of the reproductive system's technological basis under reversible and irreversible transformations of the reproduction system. © 2024 IEEE.
