The balance model of reproduction is aimed at solving the problem of material provision of programs or other needs of the state. It allows to estimate necessary changes of output, gross product, the maximum possible volume of final consumption of different sectors of the economy, as well as estimation of actual and equal productivity. The method used for controlling a reproduction system consists in changing the cost structure and the final consumption volume. This method allows for a certain reserve of productive resources. In the event of a shortfall in the reserve of production resources, the process of forming additional production facilities is initiated in parallel with reproduction. The fund-raising process can be stimulated by an increase in the share of final consumption in output, which in turn can be achieved by stimulating the corresponding demand. Balanced funding helps to maintain final consumption. On the other hand, starting with a certain level of final consumption, equilibrium mode productivity starts to exceed its actual level, which means the point of bifurcation, When the increase in final consumption for equilibrium reproduction mode ensures a steady increase in productivity. © 2024 IEEE.

In many applications, data objects are described by both continuous and categorical features. This study presents a new method for generating a fuzzy rule base from mixed continuous and categorical data. Basic fuzzy classifiers can only be applied to continuous attribute values and cannot handle mixed data. k-means and k-prototype algorithms were used for clustering. Three rule extraction methods are considered: a method based on categorical feature frequency (FM), a method based on ordinal encoding (OC), and a method based on hyperbox (HM). The proposed methods were tested on datasets from the KEEL database. The FM method showed the highest classification accuracy on most data sets. © 2024 IEEE.

Inverse modeling is extensively applied in the design and tuning of microwave filters (MFs). Inverse models (IMs) take the features extracted from the high-dimensional electromagnetic parameters as input. How to make full use of features from multiple perspective is a critical issue for improving model accuracy. To solve it, this letter proposes an attention-modulated feature fusion neural network (AMFFNN). AMFFNN achieves multiperspective feature fusion (MPFF) at the input side and independent feature fusion (IFF) at the output side. In addition, feature fusion in AMFFNN is enhanced by attention modules to dynamically identify the importance of each feature. Statistical and comparative results of simulations demonstrate that AMFFNN outperforms existing methods in terms of accuracy, stability, and generalization. © 2023 IEEE.

Modern surface mount circuit board assemblies require more advanced defect detection methods. While deep learning algorithms have great potential for PCBA inspection, their detection accuracy in complex background situations is still limited. To overcome this problem, we propose a deep learning-based PCBA detection model (PCB-Net) to achieve accurate classification and localization of components on PCB. Firstly, for similar objects under complex background interference, this paper proposes a backbone network consisting of a generalized efficient aggregation network and a context converter to effectively extract local and global information. This integration aims to enhance the expressiveness of the network. Secondly, a multi-scale attention mechanism is designed to improve the feature extraction ability of the network on the target and suppress the interference of complex backgrounds. Finally, a C2fHB lightweight module was designed to improve the model's extraction of component features using the HorNet structure. Experimental results show that our proposed model is an effective PCBA detection method, as it can accurately detect tiny components in complex backgrounds, efficiently obtain component class and location information, and remain detection efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

To meet the growing demands in the electronics manufacturing industry for smaller, more reliable, and flexible component packages, this research introduces a novel algorithm designed to automatically measure the geometric parameters of lead components. The algorithm can address the challenges associated with measuring these parameters in surface mount technology (SMT), overcoming the inefficiencies and inaccuracies of traditional manual measurement methods. This innovative approach combines an adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm with a multilevel grayscale range, enabling robust binary segmentation that adapts to variations in illumination. Additionally, by employing conditional filtering and state tracking, the algorithm facilitates the extraction of lead groups and individual leads, allowing for precise evaluation of component parameters through sub-pixel interpolated fitting. Extensive testing under various illumination conditions across multiple types of packaged and standard components has confirmed the algorithm's high accuracy and robustness. These results highlight its efficacy as a measurement solution suitable for industrial-grade applications. © 2024 IEEE.

Formation control and path planning of multi-robot systems via large language models

Existing path planning and coordination control methods for multi-robot systems(MRS) typically rely on predefined rules and rudimentary algorithms. However, these methods often struggle to adapt flexibly to complex environments and to adjust motion targets appropriately. To address this challenge, this study presents a large language model(LLM)-assisted framework. By integrating textual descriptions of complex motion constraints, robot information, and local environmental data as inputs, LLMs generate motion objectives and translate them into executable control commands for the robots, thereby achieving coordinated control and path planning. This framework facilitates the generation, maintenance, and reshaping of formations in MRSs during path planning, applicable to both obstacle-free and obstacle-avoidance environments. Simulation results demonstrate that LLM-based control strategies enhance the autonomy, adaptability, flexibility, and robustness of MRS by processing complex information, making intelligent decisions, adapting to environmental changes, and handling disturbances and uncertainties.
