Scenario-based test is recognized as an effective way to evaluate and verify the Safety of the Intended Functionality (SOTIF) of an autonomous driving system, and a critical-scenario is beneficial to foreground the system defect more obviously. However, for the state of the art, time consumption of critical-scenario-search in a real-time test is still high, especially for searching critical-scenarios with dissimilarities, which assists designers in discovering more failure modes of autonomous in limited time. To address above challenges, in this paper, we improve our previous scenario-searching approach considering dissimilarity assessments in iterations, we present a searching framework which combines control and exploration approaches, and implement the efficient evolution of scenarios with a backward target-tree search. We carry out a Vehicle-in-the-Loop (VIL) test with a real vehicle to verify our new approach, and the results show that the approach is able to search for scenarios directly against a black-box system in a real-time test, and achieve scenarios with both high criticality and dissimilarity, including unknown-unsafe cases. In our time-limited test, compared with different methods, our approach can achieve 1.9 times the amount of diversified scenarios with the almost same (slightly higher) criticality, either achieve 1.5 times the amount attached with 75% improvement in criticality. Based on the classical Paillier homomorphic encryption algorithm and the ciphertext multiplication operation, it has the computing ability to deal with complex ciphertexts. It has also improved the efficiency of the algorithm based on ensuring support and confidence. By adding false data to the original plaintext data, the fuzzy degree of the original database is improved so that the ability of the model to deal with analysis attacks is effectively strengthened. MrEclat algorithm is adopted to mine association rules, which improves the efficiency of system mining and increases the accuracy and reliability of the results. The experimental results have shown that although the proposed algorithm has obvious advantages in privacy protection, it can be used to protect user data in cloud computing. © 2023 SPIE. Infrared detection technology has the advantages of all-weather detection and good concealment,which is widely used in long-distance target detection and tracking ***,the complex background,the strong noise,and the characteristics of small scale and weak intensity of targets bring great difficulties to the detection of infrared small targets.A multi-channel based on attention network is proposed in this paper,aimed at the problem of high missed detection rate and false alarm rate of traditional algorithms and the problem of large model,high complexity and poor detection performance of deep learning ***,given the difficulty in extracting the features of infrared multiscale and small dim targets,the multiple channels are designed based on dilated convolution to capture multiscale target ***,the coordinate attention block is incorporated in each channel to suppress background clutters adaptively and enhance target *** addition,the fusion of shallow detail features and deep abstract semantic features is realized by synthesizing the contextual attention fusion ***,it is verified that,compared with other state-of-the-art methods based on the datasets SIrST and MdFA,the proposed algorithm further improves the detection effect,and the model size and computational complexity are smaller.

Aiming at the operation and maintenance management and control issues of large-scale photovoltaic power stations, a smart photovoltaic power station control system based on dCS architecture was studied. In terms of system architecture design, the design idea based on the 'cloud-edge-end' architecture is adopted, and some core equipment and data storage devices in the site are placed in the cloud to achieve centralized management and storage of data. At the same time, some computationally intensive tasks are processed in the cloud to reduce the computing pressure on edge devices. Applying this system to the control of photovoltaic power plants can achieve precise control of operation and maintenance data, and enable the identification and accurate processing of different faults. Comparing the fault identification algorithm used in this system with other algorithms, the results prove that the fault identification accuracy of this algorithm can reach 100℅, creating a large amount of economic benefits for the stable operation of photovoltaic power plants. © 2024 IEEE.

Threat assessment of targets is a critical aspect of situational awareness, and forms the foundation of intelligent command decision-making. By integrating threat factors through grey relational analysis based on target type, speed, position, and other information, this paper studies the quantitative modeling of target capabilities based on multiplex network modeling method. The proposed approach enables to evaluate the threat level of targets based on the degree of capability decay. As thus, the optimal target set can be selected. The effectiveness of the method is verified through simulation examples. © 2024 Asian control Association.

MAGPNet: Multi-domain Attention-Guided Pyramid Network for Infrared Small Object detection

To overcome the obstacles of poor feature extraction and little prior information on the appearance of infrared dim small targets, we propose a multi-domain attention-guided pyramid network (MAGPNet). Specifically, we design three modules to ensure that salient features of small targets can be acquired and retained in the multi-scale feature maps. To improve the adaptability of the network for targets of different sizes, we design a kernel aggregation attention block with a receptive field attention branch and weight the feature maps under different perceptual fields with attention mechanism. Based on the research on human vision system, we further propose an adaptive local contrast measure module to enhance the local features of infrared small targets. With this parameterized component, we can implement the information aggregation of multi-scale contrast saliency maps. Finally, to fully utilize the information within spatial and channel domains in feature maps of different scales, we propose the mixed spatial-channel attention-guided fusion module to achieve high-quality fusion effects while ensuring that the small target features can be preserved at deep layers. Experiments on public datasets demonstrate that our MAGPNet can achieve a better performance over other state-of-the-art methods in terms of the intersection of union, Precision, recall, and F-measure. In addition, we conduct detailed ablation studies to verify the effectiveness of each component in our network. © 2024, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Few-shot semantic segmentation aims at training a model that can segment novel classes in a query image with only a few densely annotated support *** remains a challenge because of large intra-class variations between the support and query *** approaches utilize 4d convolutions to mine semantic correspondence between the support and query ***,they still suffer from heavy computation,sparse correspondence,and large *** propose axial assembled correspondence network(AACNet)to alleviate these *** key point of AACNet is the proposed axial assembled 4d kernel,which constructs the basic block for semantic correspondence encoder(SCE).Furthermore,we propose the deblurring equations to provide more robust correspondence for the aforementioned SCE and design a novel fusion module to mix correspondences in a learnable *** on PASCAL-5~i reveal that our AACNet achieves a mean intersection-over-union score of 65.9%for 1-shot segmentation and 70.6%for 5-shot segmentation,surpassing the state-of-the-art method by 5.8%and 5.0%respectively.
