This work proposes NavPathNet, a graph neural network based trajectory prediction system capable of accurately predicting the trajectory of a two-wheeler with onboard sensors for up to 6 seconds using the vehicle state and only navigation map information. Possible paths are generated from the local road network in a regular navigation map using Bézier curves and a multimodal prediction captures the different possibilities of the road network. A kinematic model integrated into the network allows to give guarantees on physical realism and on motion constraints, essential for safety-relevant *** proposed system was trained and evaluated on an in-house e-bike data set and was able to reach a top 1 final displacement error of 2 m for four seconds and 3.8 m for six seconds of prediction time, significantly outperforming other baselines. The improvement in prediction quality compared to purely physical models opens up new possibilities for driver assistance systems in connected vehicles.

This paper concerns with the exponential stability of delayed neural networks via Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional(LKF) method. Initially, an improved augmented delay-product-type LKF containing an additional double integral state is established, which introduces more delayed states and has less conservatism. In the LKF's derivative, the function has high order of delay due to the existence of exponent. Thus, in order to obtain tractable linear matrix inequalities, three state vectors are used to reduce the order of the function to cubic. Secondly, to achieve the negative-definiteness requirement, a negative-determination lemma for cubic functions with less conservatism is employed. Then, a less conservative delay-dependent stability criterion for neural networks with time-varying delays is established. Finally, the validity of the proposed delay-dependent stability criterion is illustrated by two numerical examples.

In recent years, micromanipulator with dual end-effectors called microhand has been widely used in industrial and biological fields. Whether the tip positions of the two end-effectors of the microhand can be accurately aligned seriously affects the precise grasping of the microhand. However, few researchers have presented practical ways for precisely aligning the tip positions of a 6-DOF microhand’s two end- effectors. This paper proposes a novel, inexpensive, lightweight, robust, and easy-to-use microhand dual end-effectors clamping device that can precisely and quickly align the two end-effectors of a 6-DOF microhand. First, we describe the microhand dual end-effectors clamping device’s lightweight structural design. After that, we simplify the microhand dual end-effectors clamping device model and create a mathematical model to determine the relationship between the end-effectors’ tip position and the rotation angles of screw No.1, screw No.2, screw No.3 of the microhand dual end-effectors clamping device. Through experimentation, we are able to attain precise alignment of the two end-effectors tip positions of the 6-DOF microhand, so we confirm that our mathematical model is true. Finally, we use the impulse response of PZT in the microhand’s lower module to confirm the stability of the microhand dual end- effectors clamping device. We believe that the proposed the microhand dual end-effectors clamping device has great potential in industrial and biological applications as a universal tool for precise alignment of the tip positions of the two end-effectors of a 6-DOF microhand.

This paper focuses on the problem of stability analysis for Takagi-Sugeno systems with time-varying delays. Firstly,a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional(LKF) containing fuzzy line-integral Lyapunov functional is constructed, which can introduce membership functions information while avoiding emerging the time-derivatives of membership functions. Then, a generalized free-matrix-based integral inequality is applied to estimate the derivative of the LKF. As a result, a less conservative stability criterion is obtained. Finally, a numerical example is carried out to illustrate the effectiveness and merits of our method.

This paper is concerned with H performance state estimation of static neural networks with a time-varying ***, a PI estimator with exponential term is used to estimate neuron states based on output measurement. Second, an augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional(LKF) containing delay-product-type non-integral terms and single integral terms is constructed by introducing negative definite terms. After that, a criterion with less conservatism is derived based on extended reciprocally convex matrix inequality. Finally, a numerical example is provided to reveal the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
