The core of Chinese text matching task lies in mining the deep semantic information inside the text, exploring the semantic similarities and differences between different texts, and then analyzing the semantic similarity between two texts to be matched. To address the problems of single text granularity feature, insufficient capture of potential semantic information at multiple granularities and weak interactive matching of coding features in Chinese text matching, we propose a multi-perspective text matching model based on multi-granularity features convolution (MpmMfc). The model first extracts characters, words and associated phrases by multi-pattern partitioning and performs initial encoding, then uses a two-way gate loop control unit to initially extract the contextual semantic information in the encoding. Then a multi-grain size high-dimensional encoding matrix is constructed and convolutional neural network is used to capture the granularity features to improve the characterization of multi-granularity semantic information. Finally, the multi-granularity convolutional matrices of two texts are cross-cosine matched by multi-perspective matching patterns to enhance the interaction strength of multi-granularity feature information. The results achieved in the experiments of LCQMC, a spoken expression class dataset, and BQ, a financial class dataset, are better than the currently available non-BERT type text matching models. © 2023 ACM.

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the national economy, the brand awareness of consumers and businesses is getting stronger and stronger. However, how to identify application solutions for counterfeit and shoddy goods is a serious challenge for commodity brand. This paper designs and implements a two-dimensional code packaging advertising and anti-counterfeiting model based blockchain. It is applied to process the commodity information in the packaging field, based on the decentralization, openness, autonomy, anonymity and non-tamper ability of blockchain, combined with two-dimensional code technology. A cooperative immune coevolutionary algorithm for multi-objective optimization

According to the distribution characteristics of the Pareto set (PS) of multi-objective optimization problems (MOPs), a cooperative coevolutionary model with new problem decomposition method was designed. By introducing the proposed coevolutionary model into artificial immune system, a cooperative immune coevolutionary algorithm for multi-objective optimization (CICAMO) was proposed. In CICAMO, the Tchebycheff decomposition method is employed to divide sub-populations at first, and then linear probabilistic models are built for each sub-population to piecewise approximate the distribution of the whole PS. In antibody reproducing step, two types of approaches based on clonal selection and model sampling are employed. Experimental results indicate that CICAMO can achieve a good performance in terms of both solution quality and convergence rate, especially when solving MOPs with non-linear relationship between decision variables.

Compressive sensing (CS) is a theory about that one may achieve a nearly exact signal reconstruction from the fewer samples, if the signal is sparse or compressible under some basis. The reconstruction of signal can be obtained by solving a convex program, which is equivalent to a LASSO problem with l1-formulation. In this paper, we propose a stage-wise fast LASSO (StF-LASSO) algorithm for the image reconstruction from CS. It uses an insensitive Huber loss function to the objective function of LASSO, and iteratively builds the decision function and updates the parameters by introducing a stagewise fast learning strategy. Simulation studies in the CS reconstruction of the natural images and SAR images widely applied in practice demonstrate that the good reconstruction performance both in evaluation indexes and visual effect can be achieved by StF-LASSO with the fast recovered speed among the algorithms which have been implemented in our simulations in most of the cases. Theoretical analysis and experiments show that StF-LASSO is a CS reconstruction algorithm with the low complexity and stability. © 2009 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

Three-dimensional imaging of through-the-wall radar is an important branch in the field of covert target identification, and the commonly used technique is backward projection imaging, which compensates for the time delay information between the transceiver antennas and coherently superimposes the echo signals of each aperture in space to finally project a three-dimensional image. Because of its unique characteristics, the imaging algorithm is computationally huge and difficult to be applied in practical engineering. In this paper, we address this situation by focusing the image reconstruction problem in the framework of compressive sampling based on SFCW-MIMO radar, and propose a 3D imaging technique for through-wall radar with compressive sampling in the frequency domain. Through actual measurement data verification, it is proved that this method has faster image reconstruction speed and better imaging quality, which promotes the practical application of through-wall radar 3D imaging.

Chinese Event Extraction Method Based on Roformer Model

Event extraction is an important research direction in the field of natural language processing. The current Chinese event extraction field still suffers from errors in the pretraining and fine-tuning stages, inability to directly handle texts with more than 512 tokens, and inaccurate event extraction due to insufficient semantic sample diversity. In this paper, we propose a Chinese event extraction method RoformerFC (Roformer model with FGM and CRF) based on the Roformer model to address the above problems. Firstly, our method utilizes the Roformer model based on rotary position embedding, which both moderates the errors in the pretraining and fine-tuning phases and allows the model to directly handle texts with more than 512 tokens;then, the adversarial networks based on FGM (fast gradient method) are realized to increase the diversity of semantic feature samples;finally, the classical CRF (conditional random fields) model is used to decode and identify the event element entity and its corresponding event role and event type. On the short text DuEE dataset, the microP, microR, and microF of our method improved 1.26%, 4.01%, and 2.68%, respectively, over the classical Chinese event extraction method BERT-CRF. On the long text JsEE dataset, the microP, microR, and microF of our method improved 2.26%, 5.03%, and 3.72%, respectively, over the classical Chinese event extraction method BERT-CRF. © 2023 Baohua Qiang et al.

An improved RANSAC algorithm based on structural similarity was proposed to improve the speed and accuracy of traditional RANSAC (Random Sample Consensus) algorithm and to reduce iterations and runtime. Firstly, BRISK (Binary Robust Invariant Scalable Keypoints) algorithm was used to extract and describe feature points. The initial match set is obtained by hamming distance feature matching. Then, mismatches are eliminated by similar structure constraints. Finally, the new match set is taken as the input of RANSAC to calculate the transformation matrix. The algorithm can obtain the transformation model quickly because it has purified matching points after the initial matching. Experiments show that the number of iterations and runtime of this algorithm are obviously less than the number of iterations and runtime of the traditional algorithm. So the proposed method outperforms traditional RANSAC (Random Sample Consensus) algorithm significantly both in iterations and speed.

A Distributed 2D-to-3D Video Conversion System

2D-to-3D video conversion is a feasible way to generate 3D programs for the current 3DTV industry. However, for large-scale 3D video production, current systems are no longer adequate in terms of the time and labor required for conversion. In this paper, we introduce a distributed 2D-to-3D video conversion system that includes a 2D-to-3D video conversion module, architecture of the parallel computation on the cloud, and 3D video coding in the system. The system enables cooperation among multiple users in the simultaneous completion of their conversion tasks so that the conversion efficiency is greatly promoted. In the experiments, we evaluate the system based on criteria related to both time consumption and video coding performance.

Semantic matching research is the cornerstone of research in the fields of natural language similarity measurement and sensor ontology matching (OM). In the existing Chinese semantic matching methods, there are some shortcomings, such as the single dimension of semantic expression, the insufficient expression of context semantic relations, and the insufficient interaction of semantic information between different sentences. This paper proposes a Chinese semantic matching algorithm based on RoBERTa-wwm-ext with Siamese interaction and fine-tuning representation (RSIFR). The RSIFR model initializes the model with RoBERTa-wwm-ext as a vector of text. Firstly, a Siamese structure with embedded soft alignment attention mechanism and BiLSTM is constructed to realize the information interaction between two sentences. Secondly, LSTM-BiLSTM network structure is constructed to enhance the expression of semantic logic before and after sentences. Then, build a training model with fine-tuning mechanism. Fine tune the text's eigenvector parameters through label supervision. Finally, the fusion vectors of the sentence pairs are inserted into the MLP network layer, resulting in semantic matching results. RSIFR model starts from a variety of dimensions, strengthens the expression ability of vectors to text semantic relations, deeply mines the semantic similarities and differences between different sentences, and generally improves the Chinese semantic matching performance. Experiments on the public dataset LCQMC show that our model outperforms existing Chinese semantic matching models. © 2023 Baohua Qiang et al.
