Cloth-changing person re-identification (CC Re-ID) is a challenging problem for the prevalence of clothing texture information which occupies most of the pixels in the image, becoming invalid information or even misleading information. Recently, many methods introduce Vision Transformer into the field of Re-ID to establish global feature relationships between image patch sequences. However, Transformer tends to scatter critical local features, resulting in decreased performance within cloth-changing scenarios. In order to solve this problem, we propose a Local Feature-Emphasizing Transformer for CC Re-ID (LFET) that centers on the association of local features. Specifically, we propose a Patch Exchange Fusion Module (PEFM), which aims to improve the generalization ability of the reconstructed patch sequence by strengthening the correlation between image patches. Thus, we promote a closer interpretation of the spatial relationship within the image, and when environmental conditions change and various interference exist, the robustness of the model is enhanced. Furthermore, we design a dynamic feature weighting strategy (DyFW) to reduce noise and emphasize discriminative features by applying dynamically generated weighted tensors to sequences. We carry out experiments on various public datasets, demonstrating that our proposed method delivers strong performance in addressing CC Re-ID task. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). A High-Quality and Efficient Bus-Aware Global Router

As advanced technology nodes enter the nanometer era, the complexity of integrated circuit design is increasing, and the proportion of bus in the net is also increasing. The bus routing has become a key factor affecting the performance of the chip. In addition, the existing research does not distinguish between bus and non-bus in the complete global routing process, which directly leads to the expansion of bus deviation and the degradation of chip performance. In order to solve these problems, we propose a high-quality and efficient bus-aware global router, which includes the following key strategies: By introducing the routing density graph, we propose a routing model that can simultaneously consider the routability of non-bus and the deviation value of bus;A dynamic routing resource adjustment algorithm is proposed to optimize the bus deviation and wirelength simultaneously, which can effectively reduce the bus deviation;We propose a layer assignment algorithm consider deviation to significantly reduce the bus deviation of the 3D routing solution;And a depth-first search (DFS)-based algorithm is proposed to obtain multiple routing solutions, from which the routing result with the lowest deviation is selected. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithms can effectively reduce bus deviation compared with the existing algorithms, so as to obtain high-quality 2D and 3D routing solutions considering bus deviation.

Traditional warning signs use human retrograde placement;there are problems such as short warning distances, imprecise placement positions, and difficult positioning of accident points. According to statistics, the user's reaction time after facing a car accident is generally 1.05–1.28 s, and the reaction time to light is 0.225 s. The reaction time for the user to deal with a car accident independently is completely insufficient, and these reasons are the main reasons for secondary traffic accidents. In order to solve this social pain point, we designed a new intelligent triangle warning sign. The intelligent warning sign is installed with an intelligent base at the bottom, and it gets the traffic accident point precisely located when the intelligent warning sign is working, and the system gets the vehicle accident point and reminds the vehicles behind to pay attention to avoid, realizing the three-way interconnection of drivers and passengers, traffic control departments, and the personnel of the vehicles behind, and using the automatic navigation algorithm to realize the automatic navigation of the warning sign to protect the safety of drivers and passengers. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

Diffusion models (DMs) have demonstrated remarkable proficiency in producing images based on textual prompts. Numerous methods have been proposed to ensure these models generate safe images. Early methods attempt to incorporate safety filters into models to mitigate the risk of generating harmful images but such external filters do not inherently detoxify the model and can be easily bypassed. Hence, model unlearning and data cleaning are the most essential methods for maintaining the safety of models, given their impact on model parameters. However, malicious fine-tuning can still make models prone to generating harmful or undesirable images even with these methods. Inspired by the phenomenon of catastrophic forgetting, we propose a training policy using contrastive learning to increase the latent space distance between clean and harmful data distribution, thereby protecting models from being fine-tuned to generate harmful images due to forgetting. The experimental results demonstrate that our methods not only maintain clean image generation capabilities before malicious fine-tuning but also effectively prevent DMs from producing harmful images after malicious fine-tuning. Our method can also be combined with other safety methods to maintain their safety against malicious fine-tuning further. A miniaturized dual-band dipole-based planar antenna for mobile satellite service (MSS) is presented. Four pairs of U-shaped arms are added at the end of the dipole, which can reduce the antenna area to 0.18 λ0 × 0.1 λ0. To improve impedance matching, a pair of trapezoidal structures are loaded at the feeding point. A prototype was designed, fabricated, and measured to verify the idea. Good agreement between the simulations and measurements is obtained. The measured 10-dB impedance bandwidths are 1.83% (1512-1540 MHz) and 1.69% (1647-1675 MHz), respectively, which can fully support the 7-MHz L-band MSS. © 2023 IEEE.

Cloud computing (CC) refers to the transmission, storage, and processing of any type of information at a location that is not owned or controlled by the information owner. This information can be stored and accessed anytime, from anywhere, and using any device. However, several challenges threaten the deployment of cloud computing technology within organizations, including user privacy, data integrity, and managing the retention of the vast amount of data that will be stored and analyzed in this environment. In recent years, various data integrity checking systems and data storage mechanisms have been proposed to address these diverse challenges. Nevertheless, some protocols do not guarantee data confidentiality against auditors during the auditing process, while others do not provide batch auditing. Additionally, the majority of these protocols do not support the deduplication technique. Therefore, in this research work, the security features of blockchain technology and those of multi-agent systems (MAS) have prompted us to propose models that enable both data deduplication, saving storage space, and data integrity auditing, efficiently verifying the accuracy of data outsourced to CC environments. Implementation findings indicate that the suggested system is highly feasible and applicable in real-world scenarios. © 2024 by the authors of this article.

The research of fuel cell and lithium battery hybrid system has attracted more and more researchers because of its advantages of low emission. However, the lower efficiency of energy management has been a critical factor that obstruct the commercialization of hybrid system. In this work, based on finite element ideas, a solid oxide full cell node model is developed to accurately estimate the operating status of the fuel cell. As for lithium battery, previous energy management studies generally only focused on state of charge, however, state of health is also a key parameter for lithium battery. In this paper, considering the strong coupling between variables we use particle filter algorithm to jointly estimate the state of charge and state of health. To reasonably distribute and manage the energy in the hybrid system, a T-S fuzzy controller for the hybrid system is designed by controlling the state variables in the SOFC model and the state of lithium battery. Finally, our algorithm is verified by DSPACE simulation platform. The result shows that the hybrid system with the energy management strategy not only meets the real-time sharply changing demand but also ensures the hybrid system working efficiently and safely. © 2022 China Electric Power Research Institute. The existing power load data exhibits complex multidimensionality, while existing techniques often focus on learning and forecasting from single load data. To fully exploit the complex multidimensionality of the existing power load data and enhance the accuracy of short-term load forecasting, a smart grid short-term load forecasting model based on attention mechanism and CNN-BiLSTM is proposed. Firstly, the one-dimensional convolutional network (1D-CNN) slides along the temporal dimension to extract multidimensional features such as temperature and humidity from the raw power load data. Secondly, the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory network (BiLSTM) captures both historical and future information of the data through gate mechanisms and the bidirectional network structure. Lastly, the attention mechanism allocates weights to focus on important parts of the load sequence data, enhancing the model's ability to identify key information and further improving the accuracy of short-term power load forecasting. The method is experimented on a real-world multivariate load dataset and compared with existing learning methods. The proposed model achieved lower RMSE in 24-hour load forecasting compared to CNN-LSTM, CNN-BiLSTM, LSTM-Attention, BiLSTM-Attention and CNN-LSTM-Attention models by 13.2%, 10.6%, 6.7%, 5.7% and 5.9% respectively. © 2024 IEEE.

Retinal images play an essential role in the early diagnosis of ophthalmic *** segmentation of retinal vessels in color fundus images is challenging due to the morphological differences between the retinal vessels and the low-contrast *** the same time,automated models struggle to capture representative and discriminative retinal vascular *** fully utilize the structural information of the retinal blood vessels,we propose a novel deep learning network called Pre-Activated Convolution Residual and Triple Attention Mechanism Network(PCRTAM-Net).PCRTAM-Net uses the pre-activated dropout convolution residual method to improve the feature learning ability of the *** addition,the residual atrous convolution spatial pyramid is integrated into both ends of the network encoder to extract multiscale information and improve blood vessel information flow.A triple attention mechanism is proposed to extract the structural information between vessel contexts and to learn long-range feature *** evaluate the proposed PCRTAM-Net on four publicly available datasets,DRIVE,CHASE_DB1,STARE,and *** model achieves state-of-the-art performance of 97.10%,97.70%,97.68%,and 97.14%for ACC and 83.05%,82.26%,84.64%,and 81.16%for F1,respectively.

—Blind image deconvolution has garnered significant attention in the realm of image processing. Among existing blind deconvolution models, the adaptive weighted total variation-based model can better recover local image features. However, this model may give rise to undesirable staircase effects. In contrast, when considering non-blind deconvolution, a model that uses adaptive Euler’s elastica (AEE) regularization can reduce the appearance of staircase effects and better maintain image local features. Inspired by the successful application of the AEE regularization in non-blind deconvolution, we propose an AEE model for blind image deconvolution. This novel model can preserve image features in smooth regions and restore local characteristics of the image. In addition, an efficient alternating direction method of multipliers is designed to address this non-convex model. Experimental results illustrate the superiority of the proposed method compared with other related blind deconvolution methods. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers).
