Automatic fusion method for perceptual data of internet of things based on Kalman filter

Due to the low fusion accuracy of traditional internet of things (IoT) sensing data automatic fusion methods, an automatic fusion method of IoT sensing data based on Kalman filter is proposed. Firstly, we adopt the error correction mechanism and time registration to deal with the structure deviation of the IoT sensing data and the asynchronous problem of the IoT sensing data. Then, the Kalman filtering algorithm is used to fuse the time data and space data at the terminal node and gateway layer. Finally, the Kalman filtering algorithm is optimised by using the distribution diagram method to determine the abnormal or missing data in the fused data, so as to obtain the optimised data automatic fusion results. The test results show that the precision of this method for automatic fusion of IoT sensing data is above 94%, and the fusion effect is good. Copyright © 2024 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

Aiming at the problem that the amplitude of load oscillation is not easy to control in the movement process of overhead crane, this paper designs a switching PID control method based on whale optimization algorithm(WOA) to improve the performance of position control and anti-swing control for overhead crane. WOA is used to better adjust the parameters of PID controllers. The switching control is realized by a switching module, which defaults to the output of the Position PID Controller to provide control force for the trolley. When the absolute value of the load swing angle fed back by the crane system exceeds the warning value, the switching module immediately blocks the output of the Position PID Controller, and uses the Angle PID Controller to determine the control force. In addition, through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments under different conditions, the results verify the effectiveness of the WOA based switching control in position control and anti-swing control for overhead crane. The problem of vehicle routing planning (VRP) has far-reaching influence, and is widely used in vehicle scheduling, industrial production, transportation, logistics and distribution. The study of VRP and its associated derivations has grown significantly in recent years. So, starting with the fundamental VRP, this paper categorizes the VRP based on its traits and real-world applications. It then in-depth analyses the capacity constrained VRP, time window VRP, batched delivery VRP, dynamic VRP, and stochastic demand VRP, and provides an update on each type of VRP's research. Additionally, a summary of the VRP problem-solving methods is provided. The study of evolutionary algorithms is the main topic of this paper, and the fundamental solution method is provided in accordance with the development of the algorithms. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Logistics vehicle and cargo matching problem is a typical combination optimization problem, which has important theoretical and application value in the field of logistics distribution. The proved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is one of the most extensive optimization methods studied in recent years, with excellent global search ability and convergence speed. Based on the IPSO algorithm, this paper proposes an effective IPSO algorithm model for the matching problem of logistics vehicles and goods, and conducts the corresponding comparative experiment. The final experimental results show that the algorithm has good results in practical application and can provide a feasible optimization method for solving the problem of logistics vehicles and goods. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

With the rapid development of clean energy generation technology, a large number of distributed power sources are integrated into the local power grid, resulting in the intensification of disturbance signals in the power grid. It is particularly important to effectively classify and identify the disturbance signals in the power grid. This paper presents a recognition method based on energy difference and support vector machine. The method extracts signal feature vectors by calculating the energy difference of power grid signals and sends them to support vector machine for classification. Experiments were carried out on the power grid signals with and without noise. Experiments show that this method can effectively classify and recognize the disturbance signals, and the recognition rate is greatly improved. The effectiveness of the method is proved. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of power grid quality and intelligent monitoring management in the future. © 2022 IEEE.

DNS completes the resolution of domain names to IP addresses, which is an effective means to realize various In-ternet applications, and is also an indispensable part of Internet infrastructure, playing an important role. However, the resolution efficiency and security of DNS have always been a hot spot in the industry. This study deeply discusses the principle of Blockchain-based DNS resolution and conducts extensive re-search on Blockchain-based DNS resolution schemes. Based on compatibility with traditional DNS, these schemes are divided into two categories: compatible and incompatible. For different scenarios, we conduct a detailed analysis and comparison, focusing on the technical characteristics and performance of each so-lution. Finally, the future research direction is looked forward to, and the full text is summarized. © 2023 IEEE.

In the face of the increasing demand of crane transportation speed and stability, an improved Ant-lion algorithm is proposed in this paper. On the original basis, the quasi-reverse learning method is used to improve the stability of the algorithm and make the initial data distributed evenly. Furthermore, an elite ant-lion growth mechanism is introduced to accelerate the convergence speed of the simulation and improve the simulation accuracy. Finally, the proposed algorithm is verified in the double pendulum system of crane based on LQR controller, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are proved by experiments. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Focused on the issues that the sparseness of the data obtained after factorization is reduced and with the increasing of training samples, the computing scale increases rapidly, an incremental learning algorithm based on graph regularized non-negative matrix factorization with sparseness constraints was proposed. It not only considers the geometric structure in the data representation, but also introduces sparseness constraint to coefficient matrix and combines them with incremental learning. Using the results of previous factorization involved in iterative computation with sparseness constraints and graph regularized, the cost of the computation is reduced and the sparseness of data after factorization is highly improved. Experiments on both ORL and PIE face recognition databases demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2021 IEEE.
