With the high frequent use of social applications on Android platform, the cache file privacy disclosure issues have become increasingly serious. To our best knowledge, there is no effective privacy protection solution for social applications cache files. In this paper, we analyze the present situation of social applications cache file leaks on Android platform, and provide a privacy disclosure assessment criterion based on file storage directories and security state machines. And a cache file privacy protection framework, X-Prcaf (Xposed-based-Protecting-Cache-File), is proposed, which can make social applications avoid privacy data leaks in running process. This framework mainly uses taint tracking technology, operating system hook technology, and cryptographic technology. It aims to protect the entire life cycle of the social applications cache files, by strategy pre-generation, real-time monitoring and security reinforcement. Experiments demonstrate that X-Prcaf has a good effect on the cache file leaks of social software.

Regarding the non-negativity property of the magnitude spectrogram of speech signals, nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) has obtained promising performance for speech separation by independently learning a dictionary on the speech signals of each known speaker. However, traditional NM-F fails to represent the mixture signals accurately because the dictionaries for speakers are learned in the absence of mixture signals. In this paper, we propose a new transductive NMF algorithm (TNMF) to jointly learn a dictionary on both speech signals of each speaker and the mixture signals to be separated. Since TNMF learns a more descriptive dictionary by encoding the mixture signals than that learned by NMF, it significantly boosts the separation performance. Experiments results on a popular TIMIT dataset show that the proposed TNMF-based methods outperform traditional NMF-based methods for separating the monophonic mixtures of speech signals of known speakers.

Description logics (DLs) are widely employed in recent semantic web application systems. However, classical description logics are limited when dealing with imprecise concepts and roles, thus providing the motivation for this work. In this paper, we present a type-2 fuzzy attributive concept language with complements (ALC) and provide its knowledge representation and reasoning algorithms. We also propose type-2 fuzzy web ontology language (OWL) to build a fuzzy ontology based on type- 2 fuzzy ALC and analyze the soundness, completeness, and complexity of the reasoning algorithms. Compared to type-1 fuzzy ALC, type-2 fuzzy ALC can describe imprecise knowledge more meticulously by using the membership degree interval. We implement a semantic search engine based on type-2 fuzzy ALC and carry out experiments on real data to test its performance. The results show that the type-2 fuzzy ALC can improve the precision and increase the number of relevant hits for imprecise information searches.

This paper concentrates on the evaluation system of hot topics in the online news about the emergency events. First, the overall technology framework of the system was established and description was formulated on the key issues need to be resolved prior to the evaluation of the hot topics. Focusing on the vector representation of the news documents and clustering algorithm of the news topics, a modified TF-IDF text representation model was formulated and an improved selection method of initial topic clustering center was established. The evaluation model of the hot topics was then established to evaluate the heat value of the clustered topics based on extracting websites feature parameters, such as the time properties of the news reports, reporting properties, and user attention. Finally, the paper takes news of 2011 Japan Earthquake as data source for algorism and model evaluation. The results showed that the identification and evaluation system of hot topics in online news about the emergency events was valid, and the evaluation result of hot topics by the systems agreed with the expected results. It lays a foundation for the subsequent studying about the tracking and evolution of the hot topics.

Cloud-oriented service mashup can aggregate many services to provide personalized services for end-users on demand. However, how to securely aggregate mashup services becomes a bottleneck of hampering the development of cloud computing. In this paper, we present a secure cloud service mashup framework called SMEF to address this problem. In SMEF, we employ security entropy to measure the unascertained security degree of service mashup. The nonfunctional criteria of SMEF are aggregated as a single criterion by defining a utility function. Then the relatively optimal mashup services are selected to meet the user requirements. Finally, we have implemented a simulation of SMEF and conducted extensive experiments using simulations of different sizes of services and security factors. Experimental results show the feasibility and efficiency of the SMEF service mashup framework.

As an important part of searching result presentation, query-biased document snippet generation has become a popular method of search engines that makes the result list more informative to users. Generating a single snippet is a lightweight task. However, it will be a heavy workload to generate multiple snippets of multiple documents as the search engines need to process large amount of queries per second, and each result list usually contains several snippets. To deal with this heavy workload, we propose a new high-performance snippet generation approach based on CPU-GPU hybrid system. Our main contribution of this paper is to present a parallel processing stream for large-scale snippet generation tasks using GPU. We adopt a sliding document segmentation method in our approach which costs more computing resources but can avoid the common defect that the high relevant fragment may be cut off. The experimental results show that our approach gains a speedup of nearly 6 times in average process time compared with the baseline approach-Highlighter.
