Sensitivity is the effect of changes in any variables on changes in the risk results. The most common Risk Assessment Methodology in Indonesia is Muhlbauer, Modified Muhlbauer & Risk-Based Inspection. This study evaluated six natural gas distribution pipeline segments. In general, there are two objectives, firstly comparing the risk result between Risk Assessment Methodology. The following objectives are to compare the sensitivity. The Risk Assessments methodology is translated into a mathematic model and computed in Monte Carlo based simulation software. The risk value result shows that in high risk & medium risk pipeline segments, all methodology is valid with 24% and 13% deviation, respectively. The sensitivity analysis result shows that Muhlbauer & Modified Muhlbauer’s methodology is sensitive to third party activity. Risk-Based Inspection is sensitive to intrinsic damage mechanisms. This sensitivity data can be adopted to develop a more sensitive Risk Assessment Methodology for gas pipeline in the future.

In nature, many mysterious creatures capable of deformation camouflage, color camouflage, and self-healing have inspired scientists to develop various biomimetic soft robots. However, the systematic integration of all the above functionalities into a single soft actuator system still remains a challenge. Here we chemically introduce a multi-stimuli-responsive tetraarylsuccinonitrile (TASN) chromophore into a liquid crystal elastomer (LCE) network through a facile thiol-ene photoaddition method. The obtained TASN-LCE soft actuators not only exhibit reversible shape-morphing and reversible color-changing behavior in response to heat and mechanical compression, but also show excellent self-healing, reprogramming and recycling characteristics. We hope that such a TASN-LCE actuator system endowed with dynamic distortion, thermo- and mechano-chromic camouflage, and self-healing functionalities would pave the way for further development of multifunctional biomimetic soft robotic devices.

Penaeid shrimps are widely distributed from Indian to western Pacific Oceans and some which are economically important. In this study, we reported full mitochondrial genome of an endemic shrimp species,Penaeus acehensis, which inhabits exclusively in the coastal water of Aceh, Indonesia. Full length of circular mitogenome ofP. acehensiswas 15,991 bp in length, which contained 13 protein-coding genes, 2 rRNA genes, 22 tRNA genes, and a control region. Start codons of all protein-coding genes were ATN except for COX1 in which ACG was used. Incomplete stop codon (T- -) was found in five genes including COX2, COX3, NAD5, NAD4, and NAD4L. Among its relatives,P. acehensiswas most closely related toPenaeus monodonshowing 89% sequence identity in its mitogenome, which was corresponding to morphological analysis. Phylogenetic tree result showed thatP. acehensiswas clustered together with those were distributed in Indo-West Pacific region (clade II), which is distinct from Eastern Pacific region (clade I).
