The purpose of this research is to guide the implementation of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 37301:2021 on Compliance management System (CMS) effectively through compliance contract management to improve the product quality of an Indonesian manufacture-company for achieving its consumer/customer's satisfaction. Compliance to contractual requirements to achieve customer satisfaction should not only rely per se on the contract requirements as stated in the contract, but also consider customer's concerns on product quality. It has become the finding of this academic research that by integrating the Kano Model into contractual compliance management in the Company, the Company's product quality improved and attracted its customer. Such improvement is resulted from the ability of the Company in its CMS strategy by interpreting the provisions of the contract within the perspective of Kano's satisfaction quadrants. © 2024 IEEE.

The global trend in broadband internet services reveals an increased focus on reliability, customer service, and integrating new technologies like IoT, 5G, or FMC. Customer service is primarily determined by network quality and reliability, price, and the quality of customer support provided by ISPs. Meanwhile, existing network quality measurement methods often involve numerous parameters, ranging from download speed and server response time to video streaming quality, each providing a separate insight into aspects of user experience. Therefore, the importance of the composite index method is becoming increasingly relevant. This method allows the integration of these various parameters into a single, easily understandable integrated index, simplifying complex data analysis into a more concise and interpretable form. As a result of this approach, internet service providers can more effectively monitor and enhance the customer experience and the overall quality of their services for various purposes with a single composite parameter value, providing reassurance and confidence in their operations. © 2024 IEEE.

Digital technology is currently a vital medium to influence consumers with diverse behaviours and a high level of sensitivity when purchasing goods and services. The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of exposure to digital technology and user-generated content on the brand purchase intention of travel packages in the Bali tourism sector. As digital technology changes the way we communicate or convey information to attract consumers, one of the methods used to attract consumers is user-generated content (UGC) to create a more intimate engagement between products, services, and consumers. A total of 200 tourists who bought tour packages were used as respondents using accidental sampling. The results of the study explain that digital technology and user integration center have a significant influence on brand purchase intention, and brand exposure and brand familiarity have a considerable positive influence on brand purchase intention. A different influence is found: brand knowledge and attitude have a negative impact on brand purchase intention. The results of this study can enrich knowledge about the currently developing topic of e-marketing aimed at academics. From a practical perspective, this research can provide marketers with insight into the effectiveness of content as an advertising platform in the travel and tourism industry. © 2024 IEEE.

This study proposes an approach to improve sales forecasting accuracy by integrating System Dynamics (SD) modeling with the Random Forest (RF) algorithm. The combination of these two methods offers a promising way to make sales predictions more reliable, especially in uncertain market conditions. Using SD principles within the RF algorithm helps us simulate expected sales growth, gain insights into market dynamics, and make our forecasting model more understandable to stakeholders. This study using synthetic sales data shows that the integrated approach is offered as an open idea and customizable, particularly in scenarios with dynamic growth patterns and feedback effects. © 2024 IEEE.

To generate a research overview of digital banking, we did a bibliometric analysis. In our bibliometric analysis, we identified 2475 papers about digital banking that were published in the previous 10 years (2013-2023) from 1492 different sources under the direction of 6777 academics. The bibliographic information was gathered using the Scopus database. The dataset was examined using the bibliometric R program Biblioshiny. The number of digital banking research publications published each year, the most relevant author, the most cited articles, thematic maps, and trending topics are all listed. A keyword analysis showed that "blockchain", "security", "digital banking", and "digital storage" appeared most often. The research results will be significant to scholars, researchers, and policymakers in banking, as the study showed the roadmap and pathways to scientifically understanding current and future research trends. © 2023 The Authors. Communication infrastructure is vital for the activities in an area. However, off-grid is still common in many rural areas, which results in a significant gap from the outside of the area. To provide home care and emergency call functions, we propose a scalable wireless signal transmission architecture based on AIoT and Edge Computing, featuring low power consumption, long distance, and low transmission volume, which are applied to off-grid infrastructure lacking area. © 2022 IEEE.

The problem of flooding in Central Vietnam in general and the lower Ba River in particular is one of the natural disasters that frequently threatens people's lives and socioeconomic development in the ***,climate change is becoming ever more prominent and hotter,making extreme natural disasters more unusual and *** this research,MIKE-FLOOD—a model that connects a 1-dimensional(1-D)MIKE 11 Hydrodynamics(HD)model with a 2-dimensional(2-D)MIKE 21 HD model—was used to set *** model was calculated for three floods:(1)flood in October 1993,(2)flood in November 2003,and(3)flood in November 2007;these are floods with high frequency and relatively large *** results show that the 1993 flood rose and receded *** flood peak inundated an area of 22,600 ha,accounting for 52%of the natural *** flooded areas deeper than 1,2,3,4,and 5m were 16500,11,000,7000,4200,and 2200 ha,*** the center of Tuy Hoa city,the flooded area at the time of maximum water level was almost 100%.
