Suspicious transaction alert and blocking system for cryptocurrency exchanges in metaverse’s social media universes: RG-guard

In this study, we propose an effective system called RG-Guard that detects potential risks and threats in the use of cryptocurrencies in the metaverse ecosystem. In order for the RG-Guard engine to detect suspicious transactions, Ethereum network transaction information and phishing wallet addresses were collected, and a unique dataset was created after the data preprocessing process. During the data preprocessing process, we manually distinguished the features within the original dataset that contained potential risk indicators. The learning process of the RG-Guard engine in risk classification was achieved by developing a deep learning model based on LSTM + Softmax. In the training process of the model, RG-Guard was optimised for maximum accuracy, and optimum hyperparameters were obtained. The reliability and dataset performance of the preferred LSTM + Softmax model were verified by comparing it with algorithms used in risk classification and detection applications in the literature (Decision tree, XG boost, Random forest and light gradient boosting machine). Accordingly, among the trained models, LSTM + Softmax has the highest accuracy with an F1-score of 0.9950. When a cryptocurrency transaction occurs, RG-Guard extracts the feature vectors of the transaction and assigns a risk level between 1 and 5 to the parameter named βrisk. Since transactions with βrisk > = 3 are labelled as suspicious transactions, RG-Guard blocks this transaction. Thus, thanks to the use of the RG-Guard engine in metaverse applications, it is aimed to easily distinguish potential suspicious transactions from instant transactions. As a result, it is aimed to detect and prevent instant potential suspicious transactions with the RG-Guard engine in money transfers, which have the greatest risk in cryptocurrency transactions and are the target of fraud. The security of circulating and processed data on digital platforms reveals new security needs. In this study, a model is proposed that the transaction records of the devices and the data obtained from the sensors on a designed internet of thing network they cannot be tampered with blockhain technology. In proposed model, by making the necessary settings of the operating system installed on the Raspberry Pi 3 and writing additional services to the operating system, the Raspberry Pi 3 has been turned into access point devices. In this way, internet of thing network was established by offering internet access service to clients who will be members of internet of thing network. Records of the transactions that take place on the internet of thing network are stored in the Raspberry Pi 3 by converting them into a blockchain structure. In addition, the raw data was sent to a server with hyperledger fabric installed on it. A blockchain software using hyperledger fabric framework running on the server was realized. This software is configured to convert motion records of devices that are members of the internet of thing network to be sent to it into a blockchain structure. Thanks to the hyperledger fabric framework, which has a distributed structure, the loss of data and the risk of modification given by the ledger structure are eliminated. Simulation continues to be highly attractive and indispensable for studying networked systems. There remains the need for simulators that can support efficient execution in large-scale, complex models and can offer a theoretical underpinning with model abstractions. A qualified and effective simulator is still hard to find in education and research. To obtain a better solution in education and research, a collection of the parallel DEVS-based computer network model components is presented in this article. The Discrete Event System Specification (DEVS) is a mathematical modeling formalism for describing (discrete and continuous) dynamical systems. Among discrete event modeling approaches, it is well suited for formally describing concurrent processing and the event-driven nature of arbitrary configuration of nodes and links forming network systems. The suggested system is developed by emphasizing the Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) protocol. These expressive models are realized in the DEVS-Suite simulator as DEVS-Suite provides a robust environment with rich support for designing experiments and visualization. Visualization representation of a typical routing protocol logic with routing tables and control packet provides better support for active learning, particularly for distance education in COVID-19 disease. The resulting OSPF-DEVS simulation environment offers a model abstraction well-suited to educational environments. An exemplary computer network model is developed and evaluated in both simulators. Fairness concern behavior, a well-known cognitive bias, refers to a person’s attitude of dissatisfaction for unequal pay-offs in someone’s favor. Against environmental pollution, many firms are focused on green manufacturing to maintain sustainable development. The adoption of online shopping by customers around the globe has altered the dynamics of competitiveness in the retail supply chain (SC). Considering the above facts, the effect of fairness concern on optimal prices and channel members’ profits in a two-level dual channel SC is investigated. Here, we consider an SC comprising a green manufacturer and a fair-minded retailer where the manufacturer produces and sells the green product through both offline and online channels to consumers. Due to uncertainty in the real world, the fuzziness is associated with market demand, price elasticity, and the coefficient of greenness. The fuzzy objectives and constraints are reduced to crisp ones using expectation and possibility measures, respectively. Both centralized and decentralized models (with and without cognitive bias) are formulated and solved by the Stackelberg game for the optimal prices and product greenness level. The models’ optimal solutions are analyzed and compared with the deterministic models numerically. The effects of the fairness concern coefficient on the optimal prices, product greenness level, and channel members’ profits are investigated. The sensitivity analyses are presented to study the effects of the fuzzy degree of customers’ sensitivity toward greenness on channel members’ profits. Retailer’s fairness is harmful to the manufacturer but beneficial for her own profit. The article presents the history of the development of sports programming as a sport in Russia. The main stages of the formation of the legislative basis for this sport are given. Selective laser melting (SLM) is a three dimensional (3D) printing process which can manufacture functional parts with complex geometries as an alternative to using traditional processes (i.e. via machining of wrought metal). The fabricated parts can be then machined if precision and high surface finish are required, particularly when miniature channels/geometries smaller than 1 mm are to be made on the part. Therefore, micro milling has a significant role in the production of such miniscule geometries. In this experimental effort, the micro machinability of Ti-6Al-4V (Ti64) parts produced via SLM compared with wrought Ti64. The aim is to study the effect of micro milling parameters: feeds per tooth of 0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 5 and 10 μm/tooth, cutting depths of 25, 50, 100 and 200 μm and spindle speeds of 5000, 10000, 20000 and 50000 rpm © 2023, The Authors. The theory of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) plays an essential role to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity. However, the IFSs deal only with anticipation, not periodicity. But, complex IFSs (CIFS) can handle both uncertainties and periodicity at a time. Therefore, this paper focuses on a new multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) approach using Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator in connection with the CIFS setting. Then, we develop some CIF partitioned based MSM (CIFPMSM) operators and their weighted form by considering that all the criteria can be arranged into some groups. The proposed operators not only deal with the interrelationship among criteria but also deal with the partitioned relationship among criteria. We discuss the properties of these proposed operators and investigate their cases. Finally, a decision-making approach for radio frequency identification (RFID) for manufacturing companies is developed based on the proposed operators and compared the results with the existing method to show the application and feasibility of the proposed method. © The Author(s) under exclusive licence to Taiwan Fuzzy Systems Association 2024.

Integrating electrophysiological signals in larger systems is getting wider due to the fact that such modalities facilitate the daily tasks of users. However, the high cost of monitoring systems (e.g., oscilloscopes) limits the testing and analysis of the acquired signal from such noisy systems (i. e., electrophysiological devices). The proposed system is a part of a larger proj ect that deals with the identification of sign language movements through the use of Muscle-computer Interfaces. On one hand, the user is able to display the signal acquired by the electrodes on an LCD screen. On the other hand, the system helps a mute patient to issue a special message to his surrounding environment that does not know the sign language to ask for help. The second feature is not unique, as it can be replaced by any other application based on the user's needs. The system was tested on several persons, and the results are promising. © 2022 IEEE.
