Content-based medical image retrieval is an important tool for doctors in their daily activity. In this paper, we propose a novel image retrieval framework to combine visual concept and local features. To obtain visual semantic representation of the image, we first construct a graph model by feature distance and density similarity, and then a graph-based semi-supervised learning method is applied to get the membership degree of query images. Meanwhile, the dense SIFT feature of the image patches is extracted and described by bag of visual words as local features. Besides, we design a similarity measurement based on visual concept and local feature rather than using low level features only. We evaluate the proposed algorithm in ImageCLEFmed dataset. The results demonstrate that our method represents the visual semantic of images effectively, and compares favorably to state-of-the-art approaches based on single low level features in retrieval performance.

The existing algorithms of webpage information hiding have the common shortcoming that the embedding rule is not tightly integrated with the content and the structure of the webpage, and lacks the ability to resist analysis and automatic filtering. Based on the redefinition of cascading style sheets(CSS) class, a novel webpage information hiding algorithm is proposed. The CSS class with the same declarations and a similar but not identical selector are redefined. By changing the class selectors used in the webpage, the secret information is embedded into the webpage. The experimental results show that the algorithm does not affect the webpage display and introduce any specific markers, and has good ability to resist analysis and auto filtration. The improved scheme has controllable embedding capacity and higher security to meet different needs. It can be used in the webpage protection and covert communication.

Social media network analysis has become very popular in recent years. How do real networks evolve over time? What are the normal evolving behaviors in a social media network? In order to extract behaviors occurring regularly to reveal the microscopic evolving properties in social networks, the evolving process of networks is modeled as stochastic states transition, and the evolving behaviors are described as topological structure changes of a series of sub graphs. Then, based on Maximal Frequent Sub graph mining technology, RB Miner (Regular Behaviors Miner) algorithm is proposed to identify such regular behaviors in network dataset. The empirical evaluation using both synthetic and real dataset verifies that the proposed algorithm is valid, and the regular behavior patterns show more dynamic information hidden in evolving social networks than normal frequent sub graph patterns.

Many factors affect the QoS of network, and the congestion control mechanism is the most important one. In many references, the research on QoS is focused on the specific network architecture, while the QoS of overall network is still relatively seldom studied. In the paper, an acceptance and scheduling scheme based on the overall network QoS(ASSo Qo S) proposed is a new acceptance and scheduling algorithm of the link traffic. At first, the data stream with the admission control strategy will be distributed in different weights, the data flow will get the link(with different weight) transmission scheduling to improve the overall network QoS, according to the allocated weight of a network link and status by real-time networkmonitoring.
