Nowadays,emergency accidents could happen at any *** accidents occur unpredictably and the accidents requirements are *** accidents happen in a dynamic environment and the resource should be cooperative to solve the *** methods are focusing on minimizing the casualties and property losses in a static ***,they are lack in considering the dynamic and unpredictable event *** this paper,we propose a representative environmental model in representation of emergency and dynamic resource allocation model,and an adaptive mathematical model based on Genetic Algorithm(GA)to generate an optimal set of solution *** experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can get a set of better candidate solutions.

In order to improve the anti-noise performance of quantum teleportation,this paper proposes a novel dynamic quantum anti-noise scheme based on the quantum teleportation which transmits single qubit state using Bell *** that quantum noise only acts on the transmitted qubit,i.e.,the entangled state that Alice and Bob share in advance is affected by the noise,thus affecting the final transmission *** this paper,a method for dynamically adjusting the shared entangled state according to the noise environment is *** calculating the maximum fidelity of the output state to determine the shared entangled state,which makes the quantum teleportation be affected by the noise as little as *** paper calculates the fidelity of teleportation under four kinds of channel noise(amplitude damping,phase damping,bit flip and depolarizing noise).The results show that the scheme has a suppression effect on phase damping,bit flip and depolarizing noise under certain *** the noise intensity is larger,the optimized efficiency is better.

The signal processing problem has become increasingly complex and demand high acquisition system,this paper proposes a new method to reconstruct the structure phased array structural health monitoring *** method is derived from the compressive sensing theory and the signal is reconstructed by using the basis pursuit algorithm to process the ultrasonic phased array *** to the principles of the compressive sensing and signal processing method,non-sparse ultrasonic signals are converted to sparse signals by using sparse *** sparse coefficients are obtained by sparse decomposition of the original signal,and then the observation matrix is constructed according to the corresponding sparse ***,the original signal is reconstructed by using basis pursuit algorithm,and error analysis is carried *** research analysis shows that the signal reconstruction method can reduce the signal complexity and required the space efficiently.

Cloud storage represents the trend of intensive,scale and specialization of information technology,which has changed the technical architecture and implementation method of electronic records ***,it will provide a convenient way to generate more advanced and efficient management of the electronic data ***,in cloud storage environment,it is difficult to guarantee the trustworthiness of electronic records,which results in a series of severe challenges to electronic records *** from the definition and specification of electronic records,this paper firstly analyzes the requirements of the trustworthiness in cloud storage during their long-term preservation according to the information security theory and subdivides the trustworthiness into the authenticity,integrity,usability,and reliability of electronic records in cloud ***,this paper proposes the technology framework of preservation for trusted electronic ***,the technology of blockchain,proofs of retrievability,the open archival information system model and erasure code are adopted to protect these four security attributes,to guarantee the credibility of the electronic record.

Quantum relief algorithm

Relief algorithm is a feature selection algorithm used in binary classification proposed by Kira and Rendell, and its computational complexity remarkable increases with both the scale of samples and the number of features. In order to reduce the complexity, a quantum feature selection algorithm based on Relief algorithm, also called quantum Relief algorithm, is proposed. In the algorithm, all features of each sample are superposed by a certain quantum state through the CMP and rotation operations, then the swap test and measurement are applied on this state to get the similarity between two samples. After that, Near-hit and Near-miss are obtained by calculating the maximal similarity, and further applied to update the feature weight vector W T to get W T ′ that determine the relevant features with the threshold τ. In order to verify our algorithm, a simulation experiment based on IBM Q with a simple example is performed. Efficiency analysis shows the computational complexity of our proposed algorithm is O(M), while the complexity of the original Relief algorithm is O(NM), where N is the number of features for each sample, and M is the size of the sample set. Obviously, our quantum Relief algorithm has superior acceleration than the classical one. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Modeling spatio-temporal sequences is an important topic yet challenging for existing neural networks. Most of the current spatio-temporal sequence prediction methods usually capture features separately in temporal and spatial dimensions or employ multiple mutually independent local spatio-temporal graphs to represent a spatio-temporal sequence. The first kind of method mentioned above is difficult to mine the complex spatio-temporal correlations, while the other is limited for the accuracy of long-term predictions. To handle these issues, this paper proposes a Transformer-Improved Graph Convolution network for spatio-temporal prediction. Specifically, the temporal location encoding method is exploited to derive the spatio-temporal characteristics of the sequence utilizing a spatio-temporal feature fusion network. In addition, a spatio-temporal attention network is developed to enhance the spatio-temporal correlation of the sequence, and the dynamic spatial features of sequence are further extracted through the adaptive graph convolution network. A private dataset and a public dataset are employed to demonstrate the performance of the proposed TIGC-Net. The qualitative and quantitative results show that the proposed TIGC-Net can extract dynamic spatiotemporal properties more effectively, enhance the spatio-temporal correlation of sequences and improve the prediction accuracy compared with four stateof-the-art. © 2022, The Authors. The performance of communication complexity depends on the selected computation model. Even on the specific model the quantum communication complexity is not always better than the classical one. This paper investigates the quantum communication complexity based on a multi-party computation model of the composite Boolean-valued function. On this model we design a quantum distributed algorithm to obtain the upper bound of quantum communication complexity. The result shows that the performance gap between quantum and classical communication complexity depends on the infinity order of function domain’s square root and users’ number. In the best situation the performance of the quantum communication complexity wins the quadratic level of advantage than the classical one. And sometimes the classical way is more efficient than the quantum one. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The rapid development of cloud computing probably benefits many of us while the privacy risks brought by semi-honest cloud servers have aroused the attention of more and more people and legislatures. In the last two decades, plenty of works seek to outsource various specific tasks to servers while ensuring the security of private data. The tasks to be outsourced are countless;however, the computations involved are similar. In this paper, we construct a series of novel protocols that support the secure computation of various functions on numbers (e.g., the basic elementary functions) and matrices (e.g., the calculation of eigenvectors and eigenvalues) on arbitrary n ≥ 2 servers. All protocols only require constant rounds of interactions and achieve low computation complexity. Moreover, the proposed n-party protocols ensure the security of private data even though n − 1 servers collude. The convolutional neural network models are utilized as the case studies to verify the protocols. The theoretical analysis and experimental results demonstrate the correctness, efficiency, and security of the proposed protocols. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Atmospheric PM2.5 is a pollutant that has a major impact on the atmospheric environment and human health. Based on LSTM, we construct two prediction models, Stack LSTM and Encoder-Decoder, and evaluate the prediction performance of the model through four years of meteorological data training and testing models in Nanjing, Beijing, and Sanya. In the experiment, using the meteorological factors, contaminant factors, seasonal factors, and the normalized results of PM2.5 as input, the daily average PM2.5 concentration is predicted from 1 to 3 days. Experimental results show that the LSTM model has better performance than Random Forest and Encoder-Decoder. Using Nanjing as an example, comparing the forecast results of Nanjing PM2.5 with the data released by the environmental authorities, it is found that the value of the PM2.5 concentration predicted by the LSTM model is very close to the value of PM2.5 monitored by Nanjing’s environmental authorities. In prediction of PM2.5 for three consecutive days, the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of the LSTM model is only 18.96. Under the LSTM model, the prediction result of the three cities are better than other prediction models, which shows that the LSTM model has a good adaptability in predicting the PM2.5 concentration. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2018.

Quantum blockchain can be understood as a decentralized, encrypted anddistributed database based on quantum computation and quantum information *** the data is recorded in the quantum blockchain, it will not be maliciously tamperedwith. In recent years, the development of quantum computation and quantum informationtheory makes more and more researchers focus on the research of quantum blockchain. Inthis paper, we review the developments in the field of quantum blockchain, and brieflyanalyze its advantages compared with the classical blockchain. The construction and theframework of the quantum blockchain are introduced. Then we introduce the method ofapplying quantum technology to a certain part of the general blockchain. In addition, theadvantages of quantum blockchain compared with classical blockchain and itsdevelopment prospects are summarized.
