Accurate analysis of patients' feedback on various medical aspects is of great importance for improving the quality of healthcare services. In this paper, we address the task of extracting aspects and opinions by adopting a generative end-to-end deep learning model. And we address the challenge of limited high-quality labeled data in aspect-based sentiment analysis by introducing a data augmentation method. To evaluate the effectiveness of our proposed generative model and data augmentation technique in the healthcare domain, we collected reviews related to diagnosis and treatment from online health communities(OHC) and verified the effectiveness of the proposed model. The experimental results demonstrate the superiority of generative models in complex aspect-based sentiment analysis tasks, showing a noteworthy nearly 13% increase in F1 score. Furthermore, we find that our data augmentation method is effective in enhancing the experimental outcomes. Our work contributes to the advancement of natural language processing techniques in the healthcare domain, and it has the potential to improve the quality of healthcare services through more fine-grained analysis of patients' feedback. The K-Step H Indices in Citation Networks at the Paper, Author, and Institution Levels

From the viewpoint of high-generation citation networks, h indices can be extended to global metrics at both basic and aggregated levels. To accomplish this, three types of networks are designed: the paper-paper network, the author-paper-paper network, and the institution-paper-paper network. The k-step h index is then proposed at the level of papers, authors, and institutions, respectively. Through a comprehensive empirical study based on the APS dataset, it is found that the k-step h index extends the depth and dimensionality of the Hirsh core, allowing for more global information. The consistency and convergent validity of the k-step h indices are quantitatively assessed. The results indicate that the k-step h index demonstrates a high degree of consistency and focuses on the potential for further research, and is capable of measuring the long-term reputation rather than short-term popularity. The convergent validity of the k-step h indices is rigorously tested using benchmark examples such as Nobel laureates and their publications, and they demonstrate superior performance in identifying seminal papers and prominent scientists compared to traditional metrics at the paper and author levels. The k-step h index also excels in ranking institutions, offering a promising new approach for evaluating the impact and influence of scientific entities at both the basic and aggregate levels. This study aims to clarify the contours of artificial intelligence (AI) and present how it has evolved in different publication venues in the different stages of its development. Based on the noun phrases extracted from scientific papers of AI, the authors constructed the co-occurrence network of noun phrases to visualize the context of AI. There exists a tension between the original descriptive concept of AI as defined initially in the workshop at Dartmouth College and the relatively recent, vague, and extensible concept of AI. AI is used as a technique or boundary object by different scientific publication venues. This paper creatively applies the boundary object theory to clarify the contours of the concept of AI. Besides, the results will bridge the gap between different stakeholders (e.g., AI researchers, government policy makers, and business entities) in different communities together and promote the efficient and effective discussion and communication about AI. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Journal discriminative capacity refers to the degree of difference between the journals in research subjects, and is of great significance for detecting the level of journal differentiation. Current research on journal discrepancies is predominantly focused on the quantitative analysis of journal content, and rarely measures the degree of journal difference. To address this lapse in research, a method from the perspective of difference is proposed in this paper to quantitatively measure and analyze the discriminative capacity of journals. Using the bibliographic of Science Citation Index (SCI), Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), and Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI) journals from 2015–2017 as the data source, the contents differences of 23 Library and Information Science (LIS) journals are analyzed through hierarchical clustering and journal discriminative capacity (JDC) measurement. The discriminative capacity of disciplines is then calculated and combined with multidimensional scaling analysis to detect the difference characteristics of journals in ten disciplines, and the mean JDC is used to explore the overall differences of disciplines. Results show that the discriminative capacity of LIS journals is obviously stratified, the journals of library science are the most discriminating, and the journals of evaluation and review are the weakest. In addition, the journals of different disciplines have distinct disciplinary characteristics, with the discriminative capacity of SCI journals as the most notable, followed by SSCI journals, and with A&HCI journals displaying the weakest discriminative capacity. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2020.

SAMPLING LOVÁSZ LOCAL LEMMA FOR GENERAL CONSTRAINT SATISFACTION SOLUTIONS IN NEAR-LINEAR TIME

We give a fast algorithm for sampling uniform solutions of general constraint satisfaction problems (CSPs) in a local lemma regime. Suppose that the CSP has n variables with domain size at most q, each constraint contains at most k variables, shares variables with at most Δ constraints, and is violated with probability at most p by a uniform random assignment. The algorithm returns an almost uniform satisfying assignment in expected poly(q,k, Δ) ·(n) time, as long as a local lemma condition is satisfied: k · p · q2 · Δ5 ≤ C0 for a suitably small absolute constant C0. Previously, under similar local lemma conditions, sampling algorithms with running time polynomial in both nand Δ were only known for the almost atomic case, where each constraint is violated by a small number of forbidden local configurations. The key term Δ5 in our local lemma condition also improves the previously best known Δ7 for general CSPs [JPV21b] and Δ5.714 for atomic CSPs, including the special case of k-CNF [JPV21a, HSW21]. Our sampling approach departs from previous fast algorithms for sampling LLL, which were based on Markov chains. A crucial step of our algorithm is a recursive marginal sampler that is of independent interests. Within a local lemma regime, this marginal sampler can draw a random value for a variable according to its marginal distribution, at a cost independent of the size of the CSP. Listening to the user's voice: A temporal analysis of autism-related questions on Quora

Social question and answer (Q&A) platforms offer a new way for identifying information needs of people with certain diseases. Taking Quora as an example, we examine which health topics are of interest to autistic people and how these topics evolve over time. Experimental results reveal increasingly heavy and diverse attention to the condition, from diagnosis and treatment of autism itself to extended issues like social challenges, parenting, and education issues. We find that users tend to post clinical concerns about autism on Quora although traditionally such social Q&A platforms encourage more social and awareness-level questions. New concerns have appeared recently about autism's relations to other diseases like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD). Next-POI recommendation aims to explore from user check-in sequence to predict the next possible location to be visited. Existing methods are often difficult to model the implicit association of multi-modal data with user choices. Moreover, traditional methods struggle to fully explore the variation of user preferences at variable time intervals. To tackle these limitations, we propose a Multi-Modal Temporal knowledge Graph-aware Sub-graph Embedding approach (Mandari). We first construct a novel Multi-Modal Temporal knowledge Graph. Based on the proposed knowledge graph, we integrate multi-modal information and leverage the graph attention network to calculate sub-graph prediction probability. Next, we implement a temporal knowledge mining method to model the segmentation and periodicity of user check-in and obtain temporal prediction probability. Finally, we fuse temporal prediction probability with the previous sub-graph prediction probability to obtain the final result. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods.

An ontology automation construction scheme for Chinese e-government thesaurus optimizing

To optimize the term hierarchy in the manual e-government thesaurus, we combine the mainstream knowledge organization technology to form a complete set of ontology automation construction scheme. We build an e-government knowledge base by using subject words in the Comprehensive E-government Thesaurus as the term set and encyclopedia text as the corpus. The specific work includes the extraction of semantic features from the bag-of-words model, determination of the number of clusters by linear and nonlinear dimensionality reduction, division of terms by spectral clustering, social network analysis to determine the class label, and storing knowledge ontology via OWL. The recall rate of term hierarchy in the ontology is excellent, indicating the ontology has good knowledge extensibility, and also proving the efficiency of the scheme proposed in this work. Besides, the application model of a term hierarchy in information retrieval can show a richer semantic relation than the original thesaurus to guide the retrieval extension of government information resources. 83rd Annual Meeting of the Association for Information Science & Technology October 25-29, 2020. Research Purpose: The distributed, traceable and security of blockchain technology are applicable to the construction of new government information resource models, which could eliminate the barn effect and trust in government information sharing, as well as promoting the transformation of government affairs from management to service, it is also of great significance to the sharing of government information and construction of service-oriented e-government. Propose Methods: By analyzing the current problems of government information sharing, combined with literature research, this paper proposes the theoretical framework and advantages of blockchain technology applied to government information management and sharing, expounds the blockchain-based solution, it also constructs a government information sharing model based on blockchain, and gives implementation strategies at the technical and management levels. Results and Conclusion: The government information sharing model based on the blockchain solution and the transparency of government information can be used as a research framework for information interaction analysis between the government and users. It can also promote the construction and development of information sharing for Chinese government, as well as providing unified information sharing solution at the departmental and regional levels for e-government. © 2019 IEEE.
