In this paper,we are concerned with the trajectory tracking problem of a hypersonic flight vehicle(HFV),which is susceptible to composite perturbations involving parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. Toward this end,the longitudinal dynamics of the HFV are first established with consideration covering unknown parameter uncertainties and external perturbations. The longitudinal model is then separated into velocity and altitude subsystems. Regarding each class of subsystems,a dynamic surface controller is developed to track separately the desired command. An adaptive neural network(ANN)is exploited to construct a compensator for handling the parameter uncertainties and external disturbances so that the tracking performance of dynamic surface controllers can be guaranteed. The Lyapunov-based stability analysis shows that the tracking errors of the closed-loop system can attain semi-globally uniform bounded. At last,numerical simulations and analyses were conducted to confirm the validity and performance of the designed approach.

In this paper,we focus on the design of fault detection strategies for electro-mechanical flight actuators(EMFA) exhibiting strong nonlinearities and uncertain *** start by building a description of the EMFA dynamics,along with allowing for the effects of system nonlinearities and unknown *** next construct the system perturbation approximators from the type-Ⅱ fuzzy logic system(FLS),which is capable of yielding effective estimates of the system's nonlinear terms and unknown *** the subsequent step,the resulting estimation errors are incorporated into the fault detection routine to recognize whether or not a fault exists in the *** stability analysis demonstrates that the perturbation approximator errors are amenable to converge within a small domain around ***,the effectiveness of the proposed fault detection strategy is confirmed by numerical simulations and discussions.

Chemical treatment can effectively reduce the surface roughness of fused deposition modeling (FdM) parts. An effort is made in this study to appraise the surface finish of poly lactic acid (PLA) parts by FdM with hot vapor smoothing treatment. The tests were designed as per the Taguchi L16 orthogonal array based factorial design of experimentation while varying process parameters such as time, temperature and solution concentration of hot vapor smoothing. The surface roughness of PLA parts after chemical treatment reduces in different degrees compared with FdM prototypes. The results of the statistical study indicate that the surface roughness is affected by treatment temperature. The optimum parameters that have been verified by performing the experiments may provide a theoretical basis for FdM parts in practical application. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to improve the melt extrusion efficiency and extrusion stability of FdM wire extruder, ANSYS finite element software was used to analyze the flow field of the extruder screw. The effect of screw pitch, depth of screw groove, width of screw edge and length of metering section on velocity field, pressure field, temperature field and shear rate were studied by orthogonal test method, and the optimal combination of factors was obtained, then the optimized screw was tested and verified. The results show that when the screw pitch is 15mm, the depth of screw groove is 1.3mm, the width of screw edge is 1.5mm and the length of measuring section is 85mm, the wire extruder of FdM is smooth, efficient and safe. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. Research on Torque Ripple Suppression of Open-Winding BLdCM Based on Zero Vector

Brushless dC motors (BLdCM) are widely utilised due to their simple mechanical structure and high power density. To enhance energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and control flexibility, open-winding brushless dC motors (OW-BLdCM) have been introduced. direct torque control (dTC) is an efficient control strategy for BLdCM;however, the nonsinusoidal back electromotive force and phase-off operation characteristics of OW-BLdCM present fundamental theoretical challenges for its implementation. This paper investigates these challenges from both mechanistic and physical perspectives. The commutation current paths under zero-voltage vector conditions are analysed, and an optimised zero-voltage vector selection strategy is proposed to prevent simultaneous three-phase conduction and phase current reversal, thereby mitigating commutation torque ripple. Additionally, a duty-cycle control algorithm is introduced to further reduce torque ripple within each sector. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed zero-voltage vector strategy effectively reduces torque ripple by 27.8% by eliminating undesirable current behaviours. Further application of the duty-cycle control algorithm achieves an additional 26.9% reduction in torque ripple. These findings validate the theoretical analysis and confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, providing a solid foundation for the future application of modern control strategies in OW-BLdCM. © 2025 The Author(s). Based on the single screw extruder, straw/PLA composites with different straw mass fraction, drawing temperature and screw speed were prepared with corn straw powder and PLA particles as raw materials, and FdM printing test was carried out to further study the influence of straw mass fraction, drawing temperature and screw speed on the mechanical properties of straw/PLA composites The results show that the tensile strength of the composite is the best when the straw content is 15%, the drawing temperature is 215°C, the screw speed is 60r/min;the flexural strength of the composite is the best when the straw content is 15%, the drawing temperature is 215°C, the screw speed is 70r/min;the hardness of the composite is the best when the straw content is 10%, the drawing temperature is 195°C, the screw speed is 70r/min. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. Four-dimensional(4 d) printing technology is an extension of three-dimensional(3 d) printing technology that enables a 3 d-printed static structure to dynamically change its shape with time. Therefore, the resulting structure can undergo self-folding/unfolding assisted by some stimuli. This technology has made much initial progress in many industrial fields. Aiming to investigate the in-depth application value of4 d printing, this study reviews the recent research and application breakthroughs of 4 d printing in several emerging directions, including the simulation of plant and animal behaviors, smart tissue scaffolds and biomedical devices, food printing, digitalization of industrial art design, renewable energy, intelligent communication, soft electronics and robots, vehicle optimization, textile customization, and flexible machinery and mechanical structure. Based on the analyses of specific cases and processes, we present the current obstacles to large-scale applications and the future prospects.

In this paper, a half-mode gap waveguide (HMGW) filtering power divider (FPd) based on spoof surface plasmon polariton (SSPP) is proposed. The FPd construction is designed by using T-junction with HMGW and SSPP. In the proposed model, the combination of the low-pass characteristics of SSPP and the high-pass characteristics of HMGW enables the bandpass characteristics. The simulated results show that the frequency range of the proposed FPd is 18.8 GHz to 24.7 GHz with insertion loss of 0.8 dB. The in-band magnitude and phase difference of the two output ports are less than 0.33 dB and 2.9°, respectively.

This paper proposes a design of folded substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) cavity-fed miniaturized microstrip patch filtering antenna. The presented antenna consists primarily of a folded SIW cavity, a rectangular coupling aperture, and a stacked patch resonant radiator. Energy is fed into antenna through the folded SIW cavity on the bottom layer, coupled to the patch radiator on the upper layer, and then radiated. The multilayered design, along with the folded SIW cavity, allows for a compact antenna configuration. A prototype is designed and simulated. The results show a -10 dB impedance bandwidth of 4.75% (4.11 GHz to 4.31 GHz), a peak realized gain of 7.8 dBi, and a cross-polarization level better than 35 dB.

Ni-Cr-Fe porous material has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good permeability. It has good application prospect and development value as filtration, sound absorption, energy absorption and biological functional materials. In this paper, Ni-Cr-Fe as the main raw material, and PVP, carbon powder, starch as additives, using In-kjet printing molding process, the proportion of raw materials and additives as different levels of orthogonal experiment, the optimal formula was studied. The optimum combination of parameters was obtained by means of open porosity test, hardness test, compression test and comprehensive factor balance analysis. The results showed that the ratio of Ni-Cr-Fe was 20:50:30, carbon powder was 3%, PVP was 15%, and starch was 0.8%. The technological process of preparing Ni-Cr-Fe porous materials by Ink-jet printing technology is discussed in detail, and the adhesive formula and ink formula suitable for Ni-Cr-Fe powder material are provided, which provides practical proof for the indirect pore forming theory of binder. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing.
