High-Performance Green Quasi-2D Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes via Passivated Defects

In next generation semiconductors, metal halide perovskite materials would replace traditional light-emitting materials since their exceptional photoelectronic characteristics. The future development of perovskite light-emitting diodes have generated challenges such as abundant surface or interfacial defects and exciton quenching. To overcome these challenges, the light-emitting layer is modified utilizing benzimidazole/phosphine oxide hybrid 1,3,5-tris(1-(4-(diphenylphenylphosphoryl)phenyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)benzene (TPOB) and 1,3,5-tris(diphenylphosphoryl)benzene (TPO) with high triple energy state. It is demonstrated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results that the oxygen atoms in the P = O functional group of TPOB and TPO provided lone electron pairs coordinate to the unsaturated Pb2+ in turn led to a decrease in the electron cloud density of Pb2+ and Br-, which can suppress defects. Additionally, this technique improved the morphology of film, reduced surface roughness, and facilitated carrier transport, all of which are crucial for achieving high-emission efficiency. As a result, the optimal devices has EQEs of 16.20 (TPOB) and 20.48% (TPO), respectively. Furthermore, the devices demonstrated excellent reproducibility. Excitingly, the champion EQE value for the optimal device is 22.64%. Simultaneously, it can increase the stability of the devices and the lifetimes are increased from 1231 s (Pristine) to 5421 (TPOB) and 5631 s (TPO). © 2024 Wiley-VCH GmbH.

Background: The motorized spindle preload technology is one of the motorized spindle key technologies, and adjusting the preload according to the working conditions can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the motorized spindle and enhance the machining accuracy. Objectives: Review the preload mechanism development, introduce various preload mechanisms, and show research status in recent years. Then to explore and predict the future development of preload technology through the analysis of the overall preload mechanism. Methods: Search for different kinds of patents and literature about spindle preload structure in recent years. Through structural research and comparison with the traditional preload mechanism, to review the structure principle of various preload mechanisms at the present stage, then shown the advantages and disadvantages of each structure. Result: According to the patents and research of the preload mechanism in recent years, classification introduced the piezoelectric ceramic preload device, electromagnetic preload device, and hydraulic preload device, and so on. Introduce their advantages and existing problems in detail, then comprehensively compare the advantages and disadvantages of various mechanisms in control and mechanism. Finally, discuss the prospects and development directions of preload technology. Conclusion: With the further development of technology, high-precision products have higher requirements for machine tools, such as low latency, low heat generation, high efficiency, and long life. People use electromagnetic force, air pressure, hydraulic pressure, and other methods, to control the magnitude of the preload, maintain the performance of the motorized spindle at a high level. Compared with the traditional quantitative preload, their applicable working conditions are more extensive and accuracy is higher. A non-contact 3D data acquisition system based on fringe encoded light is analyzed. In this paper, the characteristics of encoding light structure based on space-time domain are studied, and the encoding combination with fringe boundary features is designed. This paper discusses the hierarchical reconstruction technology based on the three levels of projective radiation metric, which is better adapted to the measurement environment of inaccurate or uncalibrated camera parameters calibration, and more convenient to introduce the optimization algorithm. On the other hand, the affine coordinate system and the projective coordinate system are more widely used than the Euclidean coordinate system. The active binocular measurement system is constructed to collect the spatial information of 3D objects and store it in the form of point cloud. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2020.

According to the problem of discontinuous of jerk and low rate of federate change in S-shape federate control method, a jerk-limited federate control scheme which reduces the shock to machine tool in interpolating is presented. The constraints are analyzed from the angle of bow height error and acceleration. The simulation result shows that this method can improve the feed speed faster, realize the smooth transition of acceleration, and reduce NURBS Flexible impact on machine tool during curve interpolation. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

For 3D scattered point cloud, before surface reconstruction, preprocessing such as quantity reduction and surface denoising is needed. In this paper, a fast point cloud reduction algorithm based on farthest point sampling is proposed. The fast marching algorithm is used to expand the sampling area, and the farthest sampling condition is used to select the qualified sampling points. According to the characteristics of point cloud noise, a compound kMS point cloud denoising algorithm is designed based on k-d tree model and mean drift technology. Realize the fast and efficient denoising of point cloud data. The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively realize the function of point cloud reduction and denoising. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2020.

The traditional single three-phase two-level voltage source inverter introduces high-frequency current ripple due to pulse width modulation. It leads to high-frequency vibration and noise in motor control. To solve this problem, carrier phase-shift SVPWM (CPS-SVPWM) algorithm for a dual three-phase PMSM system is proposed in this paper. First, the reasons for the high-frequency torque ripple in the traditional three-phase PMSM system is analyzed. On this basis, a carrier phase shift algorithm is proposed for the dual three-phase PMSM system to reduce the motor torque ripple. Finally, finite element simulation verified the effectiveness of the algorithm. © 2021 IEEE.

In this study,the low emission combustion technology of Rich-Quench-Lean(RQL)has been applied in Trapped-Vortex Combustor(TVC),and the combinative RQL-TVC shows a promising low emissions *** utilizing a quench orifice plate combined with a bluffbody,a lab-scale RQL-TVC was *** flow fields of RQL-TVC were measured by 2-D PIV and predicted by 3-D numerical *** structures,radial profiles of normalized mean axial velocity,turbulence intensity and mixing level of the quench zone were *** reveal that the dual-vortex and the single-vortex flow patterns both exist in cavities and quench zone of RQL-TVC,and the turbulence intensity is strong in the quench zone with some reverse *** spiral vortex was discussed by 3-D streamlines and the detail flow structures of the quench zone were analyzed based on the numerical *** mixing level of the quench zone was determined,and results show that the quench device enhances the mixing level compared with *** efficiency and emissions performance were investigated experimentally,and results demon-strate that RQL-TVC has relatively higher combustion efficiency and lower emission index of CO,UHC and NO_xthan the same size lab-scale TVC in present work.

The underwater detection imaging technology mainly includes sonar imaging and underwater optical imaging. In order to overcome the disadvantages of low resolution of sonar imaging and short detection range of traditional optical imaging, optical gating technology is applied to underwater fishing net detection. This technology has higher resolution compared to sonar imaging, and its detection range has also been shown to be three times larger than that of conventional optical imaging. However, underwater range gating imaging can suffer from large random noise and low signal-to-noise ratio. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a convolutional sparse coding denoising neural network based on deep learning to improve image quality. This network consists of a local residual channel and a global convolutional sparse coding channel. Compared with DnCNN, ECNDNet and other methods, the average Peak signal-to-noise ratio of the proposed method is improved by 1.57~2.11dB, which can effectively remove random noise and reconstruct clear underwater fishing net range-gated images.

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials with encapsulation dendrons have exhibited superior advantages in the solution-processed OLEDs. Herein, we utilized electron-donating carbazole and electron-withdraw phenylbenzimidazole as the peripheral wrapping unit to design and synthesize two TADF materials, TRZCz-Cz and TRZCz-Bz, to discuss the distinction about different encapsulations for one identical emissive core. The photophysical investigation demonstrate that both compounds have small ΔE ST and clearly AIE properties, which are benefit for enhancing the exciton unitization of electroluminescence devices. Despite similar characters in photophysical property, the blue phosphorescence OLEDs host with TRZCz-Cz obtain the maximum current efficiency and external quantum efficiency of 38.6 cd A -1 and 18.4%, respectively, which far exceed TRZCz-Bz based one. Thanks to the high performance of blue device, the fully phosphorescent white OLEDs with Ir(MDQ) 2 (acac) as red phosphor dopant achieves the maximum luminescence, current efficiency, external quantum efficiency as high as 12874 cd m -2 , 33.8 cd A -1 and 16.5%, respectively, which are among the highest efficiency of solution-processed white OLEDs. Moreover, the hybrid white OLEDs with TADF as blue host and red phosphor as dopant was also achieved with a low turn-on voltage of 3.2 V, and more standard white emission with CIE coordinate of (0.34,0.33). Thus, this work significantly extends the range of AIE TADF materials and paves the useful way for the fabrication of high efficiency white OLEDs through solution-process. © 2022, The Authors. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is continuously evolving since *** monoclonal antibodies(mAbs)have been developed and widely used,such as etesevimab(CB6)developed by Eli-Lilly/***,the mAb escaped from the variant of concern(VOC)ever since the emergence of Beta VOC,with a complete loss of efficacy against the Omicron ***,we developed a broad-spectrum and affinity-mature antibody design(BAADesign)procedure to design CB6,enabling it to bind to the receptor-binding domains(RBDs)of multiple important Omicron subvariants,including the recent variant *** analysis confirmed the desired CB6-RBD ***,identical mutations in the complementarity determining regions(CDR)1 and CDR2 of the CB6 mutants also restored neutralizing potency for some RBD-1 group ***,the enhanced CB6 neutralizing capacity makes it a promising candidate against SARS-CoV-2 infection,and the BAADesign method has implications for the design of other antibodies.
